I came to Dr Assadi because I was suffering from daily chronic headaches and migraines. After seeing Dr Assadi my headaches and migraines have dramatically improved and I get much less frequent headaches and they are less severe. Dr Assadi has always been upfront about the process and explains her reasoning behind all of my treatment. She’s helped me work through highs and lows in my progress and is always flexible with my schedule. Highly recommend scheduling a visit if you think there is something you want help with!

I began visiting Lakeview Chiropractic at 9 mos pregnant due to debilitating back pain suddenly brought on by my pregnancy. After visiting a few times a week for the last month, I am already experiencing less pain and easier mobility. Dr. Assadi is wonderful and her appointments are not only accommodating to my scheduled but I am in and out within 15 minutes each time- which is ideal for someone who is still working and due any day now :)I plan on continuing to see Dr. Assadi post pregnancy along with my baby. My only regret is not coming sooner which is how my back ended up in so much pain to begin with. I highly recommend booking an appointment with her asap. I highly recommend Dr. Maryam Assadi as she is a fantastic chiropractor. She’s patient and very thorough in her assessment of your issues. I went in because I was experiencing facial neuralgia and she took the time to listen and help me come up with a game plan. I’ve seen her now a couple of times and the facial pain is starting to subside because of her care.If you are in need of an experienced chiropractor that will take the time to work with you regarding your specific issues, you should spend time with Maryam.

I highly recommend Dr. Assadi for anyone who is looking for a chiropractor that treats the whole person. I have been seeing her on a regular basis and she worked out an affordable plan for me that I could manage. Goal is to continue managing my arthritis pain in my back and hip. She is kind, thorough and explains everything. She especially encourages me to continue both exercising and stretching and takes time to offer and demonstrate her tips. I have been treated by Dr. Assadi at Lakeview Chiropractic for 6 years. She took the time to review my spinal history prior to treating me and explained clearly what was going on with my back. Having a job that has me sitting full time causes me upper/lower back pain, shoulder pain, muscle tightness, etc. But when I go to my weekly adjustments, I am relieved of pain and feel rejuvenated again. It is evident she knows what she is doing and does it with compassion and care. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

I feel very fortunate to have found Dr. Assadi. I was struggling for years with constant debilitating migraines and neck and back pain with no relief. Upon meeting with Dr. Assadi, she was incredibly thorough with her evaluations and ensured that I fully understood her processes and what it would take to get on the path to get better, which was unlike any chiropractor I had seen in the past. I immediately felt at ease and confident in her holistic approach to the situation, and within only six months of treatment, I feel like my pain has pretty much disappeared. We take treatment week by week and she has helped me through the ups and downs of correcting my spine. I can now do activities I didnt think I could do anymore without any pain! I have worked with a number of chiropractors (both male and female), and Dr. Maryam is one of my favourites. I appreciate how she helps your body to get back into alignment without forcing it. Although I am small, I am known to stubbornly resist the manhandling of my spine.She is surprisingly super strong yet gentle. (She could probably break me if she really wanted to...) Also, I must add she is super fashionable! She always colour-coodinates her glasses/clothes/accessories. (Her choice of music in the office is quite amazing as well!)If you are looking for no BS solid chiropractor, Id highly recommend her.

Ive been seeing Dr. Assadi for a while now and I cant say enough good things about her. Very professional, knows her stuff, super kind with great bedside manners. I am an athlete and have major lower back problems. I have tried several Chiropractors in Orange County and Dr Assandi is by far the best. My neck and back had been aching and bothering me so that I could not sleep well at night. After a few visits, I am now able to sleep much better and the pain in my neck and back is gone. She listens to what I needed and customized her approach to work with my needs. I had intense mid back pain where daily tasks such as sitting, walking, sleeping, or getting up and down would put me in agonizing pain. I was told that I developed psoriatic arthritis in my spine and would need to start medication immediately and even that might not stop the pain. I was hoping to find a more holistic approach, so I made a spontaneous appointment with Dr. Assadi, and I am so glad I did! After the first month of visits, I started to get my life back and the pain was significantly less. I cam to Dr. Assadi after getting in my first LA car accident. Ive never been to a chiropractor before but I was in pain/ discomfort and figured Id try Lakeview Chiropractic and Wellness Center based on all the great reviews I saw, plus she was located right down the street from my work. I came into Dr. Maryam’s office with a really damaged neck and back. Arthritis, stenosis, sciatica, scoliosis, you name it! I wasn’t able to walk, stand or sit for more than a few minutes. I injured my ankle in a fall and needed help to quickly reduce the swelling prior to my travel plans. Using cold laser therapy the swelling was markedly improved in 4 treatments! I was recently in a car accident and found Dr. Maryam online. I read her great reviews and decided to call her. I am so glad I did find her. She is awesome! First off, she really really listened to what happened and came up with a course of action to help me get better. I really was having some major pain after the accident and it was not getting better. She is on top of her game and is very knowledgeable. I have been seeing her now for a while and almost within the first month, my pain levels were about 50% better. When I first scheduled an appointment with Dr. Assadi I had thrown my back out and had no idea of the cause. She got me in the next business day, took my history and made a referral for X-rays. She was able to shed some light on my particular problem, what was causing it, what we could do to prevent it from getting worse and hopefully reverse it! Woke up with severe Sciatica shooting down my left leg. I telephoned Dr. Assadi and she made room for me immediately. My first visit the pain diminished to tolerable levels. When I first saw Dr. Assadi, I was desperate for any relief. The pain in my back often left me in tears, sleeping upright on the couch. I was having bad headaches multiple times a week with migraines several times a month. I’ve only been seeing her for a couple months, but my back pain is now very minimal (and usually only after a long day at work on my feet) and I haven’t had a headache (let alone a migraine) in over a month. I’ve had pain off and on since I was a teenager and thought I was destined for multiple surgeries like my parents. She is very patient, very thorough, obviously passionate about what she does bc she is so good at it. I had been to other Chiropractors through the years, but she is the only one for us now. Ive been seeing Dr. Assadi for years. I had really bad low back pain along with tingling in my toes and she was so thorough in her evaluation of me that I was shocked. My consultation with her took an hour and she was thorough, didnt rush through anything. She sent me to get xrays done and spent another day explaining exactly what my problem was and how she was going to help me. I have been to other chiropractors before, no one except her took x-rays or took so much time explaining them to me. They all just adjusted me that first time and that was it. I had the fortune of using Dr. Assadis services not too long ago. Id been having some significant shoulder pain (tense enough to keep me up with a headache the night before) and within a few minutes of chatting about it, she had been able to get a pretty good idea of what it was that was causing it. A couple treatments later and things are right as rain (it felt immediately better after the first one, but the follow up made it stick). My 13 month old son has been receiving chiropractic care for the last 2 months with Dr. Assadi. We felt a bit hesitant to begin adjustment because he’s so young and has always been healthy. However he has never been a good sleeper and was still waking up 2-3 times a night at 11 months old and had only slept through the night (10-12 hours) maybe 10 times in his life, and he only took 30 minute naps. Dr. Assadi was confident that chiropractic adjustments could improve his sleep so we decided to give it a try. After a week of care he suddenly slept for 12 hours straight 5 nights in a row! we were blown away! Since then he’s had some ups and downs in the sleep department, because he has molars coming in, but overall he has been sleeping better and is happy and healthy, despite having some cold bugs come through our home. He is now napping 2+ hours most days, which is also a huge improvement. He loves the visits with Dr. Assadi and he giggles through his adjustments. She is very gentle with him and has spent the time getting to know him and make sure he is comfortable with her so that he can enjoy the visits. We recommend Dr. Assadi for chiropractic care for all ages!

I have chronic neck and back pain from a car accident 12yrs ago that often causes one of the ribs in my back to slip out. Since going to Dr. Maryam, I’ve only had it slip out once and was back in the gym the next day, when I’d normally be me out of the gym for days.Something else I appreciate is how quickly I’m in and out. I have been going to Dr. Asadi over 4 years . When I met her first time I was told I have to do fusion but Dr. Asadi took her time, study my X ray and suggested I should try her technique for 8 sessions. She said she will evaluate my condition and by then we will know If this is working or not . I had tried everything and I was so desperate back then I was ready to try her technique. This is the best experience of my life because by fifth session I could feel the difference and by 8th I was pain free .I did not to do surgery any more and since then I have been her regular patient . I have a very physical job and getting up there in age. I have been to Chiropractors before without much results. They all just adjusted me a couple of times and sent me on my way. I still had lower back problems of many years! I was referred to Dr. Maryam by a friend of mine who has been seeing her for a few yrs now and only had great things to say about her. Well, since I had nothing to lose I did come and see her. First of all, she is very kind and clearly loves what she does. Second, she is very thorough, knowledgeable with excellent bedside manners. She actually took AN HOUR listening to me and figuring out what is going on and then instead of adjusting me that same day like all other Chiropractors Ive been to, she sent me out for Xrays and had me come back a different day. I came back with Xrays and again she took an HOUR going over the xrays with me and explaining to me thoroughly what is going on with me and what she will do about it. I have never experienced such thoroughness before. I was so impressed. I decided to go with her recommendations of care and I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER!! I have been seeing her close to a year now and trully feel so much better than I ever have. Her adjustments are completely different than regular Chiropractic adjustments and it is so gentle you almost dont know it is happening..but, the results are AMAZING!! I am out of pain and my quality of life is totally different and better. I can do my very physical job now better than before and she keeps me maintained and going with her superior adjustments. I started seeing Dr. Assadi about 7-months ago. One day, enough was enough and I had to get an opinion on what was going on...I am in my mid-twenties, never had a major accident or injury, and would like to believe I have good posture habits...but I had this neck pain just wouldnt go away.When I went in, Dr. Assadi was kind and efficient in getting down to what the problem is. She had some ideas but recommended I get an X-Ray, which led to a huge surprise...I have a reverse curvature in my neck!She explained thoroughly what limitations I may have had in the past and not even realized (which were all true...), as well as the severity of working on it now before it is to late and escalates into a bigger problem. I was reluctant as I had never had an adjustment or work done on my back or neck before...but I am glad I did!7-months later, I no longer have to move my whole body whenever I try to look to the side...I no longer sleep in pain, and this neck pain no longer interferes with my life. She is gentle and knows how to fix the problem well. I am still getting frequent maintenance work done when my muscles are tight, but for the most part this problem does not exists in my day to day life anymore!I would hate to think if I had not seen her, where my pain would be now? My recommendation is if you know someone who even has minor pain that is slowly getting worse and not going away, go see Dr. Assadi! I will start off with my diagnosis of a CT scan from my regular doctor.I had a herniated disk between lumbar L4 & L5 over 30 years ago and operated on that was successful.30 years later, I now have moderate lumbar spondylosis due natural fusion & de generative disc disease. I also now have a new disk herniation between lumbar L2 & L3 contributing to moderate central canal stenosis.Needless to say I was in very much pain with the lower back, sciatic nerves in the legs. Worried about further surgery, complication & risk. I went to Lake Chiropractic & wellness center. They helped tremendously. Dr. Maryam Assadi told me about ways that would help. She recommended cold laser therapy, cox Technic Flexion distraction & decompression (on a machine) and ice pack at end. The pain went down the first week and never got worse. 4 months later I am completely well with zero pain.

I was involved in a car wreck and broke my foot. Once the cast came off, I ended up with extreme pain and was diagnosed with Plantar Fascitis so severe that surgery was recommended. This location is the place to go if you have severe pain regardless of the cause. I had hurt my rhomboid on the right side of my back. I was unable to stand up, sit down, turn at the waist, raise my right arm, lay down, or even inhale completely. However, after one our of a deep tissue massage I recovered up to 95% normalcy.
