I enjoy doing my taxes thanks to Mr.Ladinez. He is extremely thorough and provides me with a tax update(all the deductions/changes) for the year. I appreciate his advice as I advance in my career and life. His prices are reasonable as well. Ive referred family and loved ones to his company.

My wife and I have been running our own video production business since 2017 and it hasnt always been easy. We excel at producing video content but when it came to running a business we had a very limited understanding and made many mistakes in the beginning. It wasnt until we met Vincent about 4 years ago that we finally started running the business correctly and efficiently thanks to his assistance. Vincent is very good at communicating with us when something is hard to understand. He is also very good at responding to emails and phone calls immediately. He really does make us feel like we are his only clients. I cant count the number of times he has successfully helped us out of bad tax/IRS situations. Just knowing that he is there for us whenever we need him provides us with a great comfort and allows us to focus on the video aspect of our business. We have recommended him to all of our friends looking for tax help and will continue to do so in the future.

We made a move around 2-3 years ago to Ladinez and it has been quite literally the best decision yet. Vincent is truly a great CPA. He is very knowledgeable about a tax codes and makes sure that everything is well done and explained. No questions go unanswered with him. No more stress about business taxes for me or my business. Vincent is professional, organized, and timely in his responses. Before I hired him to do my taxes, I needed advice to help resolve prior tax issues that occurred due to the lack of experience of my previous tax preparer. He responded promptly to my inquiries and recommended the correct course of action to help remedy the situation.He charged a reasonable rate and was able to file my taxes quickly. I saved a substantial amount of money compared to previous years.Im going to use him again to file this years taxes and I highly recommend him!

Ladinez & Company, PC has done my tax returns for over 10 years now and I never have had problems, no audits whatsoever. I live in Riverside and even though he is in Los Angeles area, Vincent makes everything easy for me. I just send my tax docs to him. He processes them. He follows-up with me if there are missing documents or other possible deductions. Before he e-files the returns, we review the returns together to make sure we are in the same page. Also, Vincent is very approachable so I never had the feeling of hesitation to ask him tax questions.Their office is very accessible from the freeways and the parking is also free and very relaxing, like a park. The receptionists are very nice and professional and the office building is very clean.I highly recommend the firm to other people!

Vincent is very knowledgeable and have tremendous patience to explain issues in detail. He helped a great deal on my moms tax return (foreigners tax filing) that other CPA had messed up by using the wrong form, providing the wrong doc...etc. Vincent had helped and followed up with IRS for us for two years. Save me a lot of headaches. He is awesome.

Receiving a letter from the IRS is absolutely nerve wracking. Not only did Vince fix the problem, he even got me a refund! Thanks for his professional expertise. Vicente has been an awesome tax consultant-- doing my taxes for the last 11+ years!!I cant believe this much time has past. I am so grateful to have him as my go-to person for any questions and concerns that relate to my taxes. He has been authentic and right there to help, doing the best he can for me from the very beginning. Vincent has to be the most ACCURATE & HARDEST working person I know. I went to him in a bind, I owed the IRS over $7000 and hadnt filed within the last 4-5 years. He literally went through each year with a fine toothed comb and got me the most possible to apply toward my balance. When it was all over I went from $7000 to $800. He literally stayed up late nights working. (Id wake up to emails received at 3:00 AM asking for further documents or to confirm something.) He connects with his clients on a personal level and even asked for updates on career goals I set from a year prior (I partially forgotten). This man is the REAL DEAL!!! I have recommended family, friends, neighbors and now strangers to him. I am forever grateful and Im sure to let him know every year!
