Showed up 20 minutes before closing time and was able to purchase a recliner for my special needs Granddaughter. She’s having spinal surgery and we wanted a power recliner for ease of positioning her comfortably without being completely flat. They let us wander around the store until we found a power recliner that fits our needs. Catherine was great and stayed after closing to make sure we had exactly what we needed. Delivery within the next week. Thanks for all your help!!

Our salesperson, Eric, was also the sales manager at this store. He was low key, not pushy and easy to work with. He helped us narrow down our sofa/loveseat choice to a fabric and color choice both my wife and I could agree with. The financing paperwork went smoothly, and we completed our transaction in a minimum of time. Best of all, we picked a set that was in stock and could be delivered within a week. (We had purchased a set at a competitor’s chain, and kept getting the ‘run around’as to when it could be delivered!) Our whole experience was a pleasant departure from our previous one.

Visited the lovely Yorba Linda store two times and then arranged to have Cat T. come to my home to check out our space and give recommendations as to how sofa and loveseat would fit. A few days later we went back to the store where she gave us an in-store presentation on the computer screen complete with a mock-up of our room with the measurements she had computed from the previous visit to our home. All at no charge. I would highly recommend working with Cat. She’s great!

Service is great. Sales rep Kath did her best to work with us. Ordered a Lift Chair with all the medical requirements, we negotiated came to an agreement and when the chair is made delivery is set for 4-8 weeks. When I receive the chair and am able to use it I will give more information.

Right when my husband and I walked in, we found this couch and loved it. We knew we had to look around first, and did, but after 2 stores we went back to this one. Love the navy blue, love the seats all reclining, and most of all, love the European look. To us at least. Price was not on the lower end, but the quality seems to be great. Service throughout, including delivery was a 10.

Terrible experience here. I ordered my couch on January 5th and was told it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. I had to call to get updates on my delivery date and it kept getting pushed back. At the end of May, I was told June 6th would be the new delivery date and then it changed to June 29th. Mind you, the only reason I knew of the date changes was because I had to personally call. No one went out of their way to call me /update me/ inform me.I called today to make sure my couch was still on schedule and they told me that the cover I picked for my couch was discontinued and they had been lied to by a third party company about the shipping dates. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I waited 6 months for a couch that wasn’t even in production and they wasted my time. I had to pull teeth to even get this information. Terrible customer service. This place ruined my experience and unfortunately 1st impressions last forever.

After searching for a swivel rocker recliner at every furniture store around we ended up at Lazy Boy. So glad we did! Our sales associate, Ramzia Sarwary, was amazing. She was very knowledgeable of the product and gave us time to feel out the chairs without any pressure. We did go back the next day and purchased our chair which is being quickly delivered tomorrow. When walking in I knew exactly what I was looking for. I really dislike pressure selling places this wasn’t it. When we walked in we were greeted and if they could help us find anything I said no we came to look around. So they said let us know if you need anything and let us do our thing. My review is not for the store but for la-z-boy. I just purchased a new recliner and the quality is absolutely horrible. First thing I noticed once it was delivered is how far away for the wall it has to be in order to recline. Next issue I noticed was if you recline the chair all the way the chair falls over backwards. So reclining it is worthless. Now its 4 and a half months old the padding is crushed. Not only is it not a comfortable but the leathers is all loose and looks horrible. I contacted la-z-boy corporate and they were not any help at all. They showed zero interest in stand behind their product. This chair wasnt cheap and is falling apart very quickly. I would highly recommend looking at other brands. La-z-boy is running off their name and not their quality or after sale customer service.

It was fairly easy. I went in looking for something in particular, and they actually had one for a great price! The salesman was very nice. The only part of the transaction that I object to is they passed on a “delivery charge” for the floor model I bought, even though I picked the item up in my own car. That seems a little ridiculous and felt like a car salesman. I did not care for that at all, put a damper on what would have been a 5 star experience.

I recently went to Lazy boy for my living room and tv room. The furniture was high quality. More than that, the interior designer was most helpful with her ideas, input, and creativity.She was very helpful and took all the time that I needed to see the different arrangements for each room and make the best decision on furniture and interior design that fit my idea of a nice and comfortable home. We were able, with his help, to avoid the 4 month wait. His focus was on giving us options until we found one that didn’t make us feel compromised. First time and last time buying furniture from here. We just remodeled our home and wanted higher end furniture. We bought 3 sofas and a recliner. It all went downhill from there. Right after the furniture was delivered, the recliner motor gave up. We also noticed one of the sofas was defective. I called and set up a date for the repairs. Of course when the first technician showed up “I need to order parts.” Parts were ordered and another repair date was set up. The technician arrived and fixed the recliner. However, he was unable to repair the sofa. I had to call again for an appointment to fix the sofa. We scheduled an appointment for a Tuesday morning. I got a last minute text from the technician saying he had a family emergency and rescheduled for that Friday morning. I received another late notification that he would be at my home on Friday evening. That was unacceptable. Friday night is family time and I have yet to get a new appointment. I’ve called Lazyboy several times only to be transferred, hung up on or flat out lied to. I called several times to speak with a supervisor and “none are available.” How nice to work without a supervisor. I’ve given this company too many opportunities to fix their mistake but have been unsuccessful. I even tried to email their corporate office but the system would not accept my email. I filled out every box correctly and the system responded “the page failed to load.” I tried sending the same email on another cel phone and computer with the same result. I know this will generate a “rubber stamp” response from the company. Bla, bla, bla, but you try to email them and see if it goes thru. I expect this type of treatment from living spaces but not from Lazyboy.

We purchased our last couch at Lazy Boy 10 years ago and we’re still using it so we knew that we wanted to buy another couch from Lazy Boy.They were having a great sale for Memorial Day weekend so we thought it would be a good time to stop by. Michael and his manager helped us find the perfect petite recliner. It is the perfect size and color I had wanted. When I saw the recliner I fell in love with it. We walked in the La-Z-Boy interested in purchasing a sofa. Fortunately for us, lazy boy was having a renovation sale so we were in luck for a deal. We were approached by Nancy in which we found very nice polite. We fell in love instantly with a couch and started talking numbers with Nancy. The couch was a little bit bigger than what we wanted, but luckily it was in sections which meant it could be broken down. I further proceeded to negotiate with Nancy and ask if we could only have three out of the four pieces. She asked her boss and came back with a YES. We were elated as the couch is beautiful and very comfortable. We opted out for the white glove service since i have a pick up truck and could picked it up the following day ourselves. Since the model that we bought was a floor model we were very interested in switching two of the cushions out as it seemed that one section of the couch was used a lot for testing out. Nancy was very sweet and made sure to switch the cushions out upon our arrival the next day. Finally what made me give this experience a five star was when we went to pick up the couch the following day, Nancy was so sweet and even helped us move out the pieces to the front using a floor dolly where my pick up was parked. This person went above and beyond in service And willingness. I will definitely go back and purchase from La-Z-Boy.

We ordered a love seat and recliner back in July 2021. We received the recliner in October of 2021. We didnt get the love seat until August 2022. Since then the place where we mostly sit has worn to where the leather lost all color. Lazboy has refused to cover the factory defect in regards to the dying of the leather. Their quality and Customer service has declined greatly from what it used to be.

A couple months later, we were looking for additional furniture. Yorba Linda store didn’t have the particular item we wanted to see on display, so we visited another Lazy Boy Store to see if they had the item on display. During our visit to this other store, we came to appreciate Dylan even more because the service at this other store was not nearly as customer service oriented or knowledgeable as our past experience with Dylan. We returned to Dylan’s store in Yorba Linda and he helped us purchase a couple more recliners, couch with sleeper, side table, and pillows. We spent hours in the store, never once feeling pressure to hurry with our selection or to buy. Once again, Dylan’s customer service and professional demeanor stood out as exceptional. He checked on us often, but also left us alone enough to explore. He answered our questions, gave us advice when asked, and made us feel at home in his store. We also had the opportunity to interact with Daisy during this visit and she too was very helpful and knowledgeable. Daisy helped with the final purchase details that evening after we had to run home to get a color sample from our home. When we returned, Dylan had already gone off duty, so Daisy pulled up our order that Dylan had saved and completed the sale for him. This site is clearing out its inventory for an upcoming remodel. The signs all say ‘everything must go’. The assistance and guidance at the YL store was great. With the Covid 19 disruption it took longer to get the furniture. We are still waiting on one piece and have not been told when it will be delivered. The delivery was an hour or so beyond the last hour of the 3 hour window we were given. We had been told that they would remove the furniture in our house to wherever we wanted it. However, the delivery men said they weren’t suppose to do that. After my explaining that that was not what I had been told and with our ages we were not capable of moving the furniture ourselves, they agreed to move it out of the room.

John Gannon was very professional. He spent a lot of time with us. We wanted two new chairs. My husband and I are different sizes. He is tall and I am short. I found my chair and then he found his chair, but we couldn’t have the same leather on the two chairs. My husband finally decided on my chair. We also wanted a new couch so we had to get one that could be made in leather. We will order that later.

Jennifer and John rock! We kept changing our minds, but they were so patient and always happy to help. We got nothing but smiles. Their quality exceeds all others (e.g. Jeromes Furniture, Ashley Furniture, etc.). Lazy Boy makes perfect furniture - not hollow or cheap. Test this yourself! Simply touch the back/side of one of their couches. Notice how well made and solid it feels. If you go somewhere else, it will feel hollow and the material will sink in (lol). Im telling you! Go to Lazy Boy! It will be an excellent experience!

The store is nice and the furniture looks nice and is comfy but be sure you know what youre getting when you want the leather furniture.According to manager the picture I showed them (posted here) is normal wear and tear for this type of leather. The chair is about a year old.This was our experience. Your experience maybe different.

My husband and I have had La-Z-Boy couches and recliners for 25 years, until a year ago when we bought recliners at Jeromes. They were power lift chairs, with bonded leather, and were very comfortable - but they lasted only a year before the power mechanism failed. Were back with La-Z-Boy. 😄
