I’ve been putting off replacing my windshield since it’s typically pricey but a friend recommended LA windshield (Tarzana). I’d say they have the best price in town. Prompt and courteous service.. There are restaurants and coffee shops around so the two hour wait was a breeze.

Best Auto Glass installer and really great price competitive,I had to replace my front windshield after contacting several different shops. I had a brand new 2022 Honda Civic with a crack creeping all the way to middle of the windshield. I called Mark with in a couple minutes they picked up and we’re able to give me quote and out of all places I called their prices were the best. Once I took it in around 9 a.m they had me park and started working on my car right away. Overall they did amazing work and the service was great!

Would recommend this place to anyone needing a windshield replacement or anything auto glass-related in the valley. I have a car that is old enough that they dont make many parts for so they came up with a solution for the weather strip on top that would prevent air/wind leaks and it worked great. Very easy people to worth and they stand behind their work and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy!

My windshield was replaced at a competitive price and extra work was done to correct shoddy work done the last time my windshield was installef at no extra cost.Casey was polite, he explained the situation and what he was going to do beforehand, and explained what happened and showed us pictures of what he fixed afterwards.When I called to schedule my replacement, the phone call quality was a bit poor, but I wouldnt consider that a deal breaker.

Amazing work! So thrilled to have found Mark and his company. After a small crack in my sons windshield grew overnight, Hanks Tires (another 5 star place) recommended Mark at LA Windshield. His work is guaranteed and was literally over $240 less that Safelite!!!! Do yourself a favor and call LA Windshield. I wish I had found him a few years back when I had another cracked windshield from a truck kicking up a rock on the freeway!!!!!

Best price that I could find. I have a newer Honda Civic and I got quotes around town spanning from $280 ish to $500. They were very quick, professional, and easy to work with. They were able to come and completely replace my windshield with less than two hours notice on a Sunday morning. I hope to never need them again, but Ill be calling them first if I ever do. Oh, and they came right to my apartment!

LA windshield has great people and exceptional service at an AMAZING rate. Don’t hold me to it but in my case was less than half the quote from competitors. High quality parts and the manager keeps you updated on status via text. There’s a Starbucks right down the street where you can get some coffee and hang out. My car was ready in less than 2 hours. Owner is a great guy! Hope I don’t need to but would be back in a hurry if anything happens again to my windshield.

I called all over to try and get a windshield replaced quickly. Everybody needed time to order the glass and the prices were crazy high. My windshield was severely damaged yesterday (my fault) I have a trip to San Diego in2 days and last night 10:30pm I was desperately looking for a place to get it repaired. L.A windshield not only picked up the phone late night but set me up with an appointment the following morning! Upon arrival they took care of me. I called in needing a rear window replacement for my wifes Jeep Grand Cherokee. We were in the middle of moving to a new house when my wife shattered our rear windshield with her subpar parking skills. We needed a very quick turnaround for a replacement. I cannot say enough nice things about this business, I was in a really big pinch and had my rear windshield shattered at 6pm on a Monday, and after searching online for what seemed like over two hours I couldnt find someone who was affordable or able to help me because I had work early the next morning. I called my dealer who had sold me my Hyundai, and he referred me to Casey. Not only was Casey super helpful and affordable, he told me I could come in at the earliest appointment which was 8:30am Tuesday, and have my car ready in just an hour.I was instantly put at ease and he gave me a great deal on the price, and my windshield is dealership quality and looks like nothing ever happened. These guys are the best in the business hands down. If you are as picky as I am with your cars then don’t go anywhere else. They worked with me and my schedule to get me in on a Saturday and were able to get me out within an hour. Not only was it quick but the quality and fitment was amazing. You can not even tell that the window was ever replaced, almost better than the factory. Before placing the glass they checked the fitment made sure I was 100% happy with it and then installed it. These guys are great, very customer service oriented! My husband had a large crack in his Acura TL, they were able to get the correct replacement glass very quickly. It was also nice that there is no extra charge for getting it fixed at my house. That was very convenient. The work was quality and time efficient. I also appreciated how thorough they were about explaining the process and what the car needed.I hope I dont have to use them again! Excellent service! We called them and a got a same day appointment after my RAV 4 windshield had a massive crack in it from a rock on the 101. The service was impeccable and the cost was almost half of the competitor we called. They arrived on time, were incredibly professional and took care of the issue. I had a small crack in the middle of my windshield from a passing truck on the freeway. My husband reached out to Auto Glass La in Tarzana the next day and they were able to give us quote over the phone and an available date that worked with my schedule. They were very professional and prompt in their responses. They were prompt in arriving on the day of the appointment on May 2, 2020. During the repair the technician was very friendly and professional. He explained the process of everything he was doing. It was clear that he understood the process very well, which I very much appreciated his knowledge. His work was fantastic. I couldnt see the crack at all, after the repair. LA Windshield is great! Mark was wonderful and really took the time to make sure that every detail was attended to properly. He explained to me about the windshield replacement process, the adhesive and how it is applied to the glass, and really shows that he cares about his customers. Even during the glass shortage he was able to source a windshield for my car, and was able to see me promptly and in a timely fashion. This team is really amazing. The technician was so helpful and did a great job fixing the driver window of my Honda CRV. He did an excellent job fixing and replacing the window, and he cleaned my car of all the debris from the break. After feeling down about the broken window, these guys took care of me. I contacted la windshield because I had another company replace my cracked windshield a few months prior. However that company did a poor job and did not seal the windshield correctly. To fix it I had to get my windshield put in again.La windshield was very helpful and worked with me to get my windshield back up and running in short notice. I had a great experience with Marc and his crew from Auto Glass L.A. He really accommodated my schedule so that we could get my front windshield replaced (there was a big crack in the glass) as soon as possible. Originally we were supposed to meet at my house at 6:00 after work to get the job done, but due to my hectic work schedule, I wasn’t able to get home until 6:30. He took the time to come at 6:30 and get the job started so that his work crew didn’t have to do the whole thing by themselves and have to leave my house even later. I thought that was considerate and nice of him as a boss. He was very thorough with his work and made sure the rear view mirror was put back properly on the new windshield after the installation was finished. Very happy with their work, work ethic, and friendly service. Also, the cost was very reasonable.

I searched around for a reasonably priced company that could replace my window on my Honda Element and also repair a small crack in my BMW 325i . When I called around town, others were 30% to 50% higher. So I was happy if I could get a really good deal with Auto Glass LA.I went down to their shop in Tarzana on Ventura Blvd. I was a little unsure if I found the right place because the building didnt seem very clean or professional. No one answered the front door either. But hey, its an auto shop and I didnt really care what the building looked like if I could get a great deal. So I went around back and found the workers doing their job.I met the owner who seemed very nice and personable and he re-assured me of everything they would do. He was very professional so I decided to give it a try. A few hours later, they glass was replaced, it looked great and they did a wonderful job. I was very happy to find someplace that I could get a really good deal and professional work. The owner guaranteed me that they stand behind their work and will fix any problems.A few weeks later, I noticed a high pitch sound coming through the roof of my car near the windshield, when I drove higher than 60 MPH. I brought it back to the company and they immediately took a look at it. Without any question, they fixed the problem and didnt charge me a penny. The owner was amazing and I was so happy that he stood by his promise to back up their work. Diego also helped me and he was a very professional and excellent person to work with.I got great value, the lowest price in town for auto glass replacement, and excellent work. I cannot say enough about these guys. If I ever need help again, they are the only company I will go to. And I will refer all my friends and family to them as well.

I got referred to auto glass LA by my Honda service guy. My front windshield was shattered. This place was the most incredible experience. Mark and Victor helped me from start to finish. They were very friendly and informative. They let me watch while they change the glass. The vacuumed thoroughly and gave me tips for after care as far as turning on my air conditioner. I found Auto Glass LA online and, based on their many positive reviews, gave them a call. On the phone they were polite, quick to respond, and available to fix my window the next day. They also said they would come to me, and quoted a price about half what I was quoted at my normal garage. So, I gave them a shot.Great decision. Marc came to repair my window. Some mechanics can be impatient or rude, but Marc had a great attitude and seemed to genuinely care about the service he was providing. Called Mark on Friday early afternoon with my vehicle information and my concerns of the cracked drivers window that needed to be replaced, he called me back within an hour, said he could order it and have it installed next day! I was suppose to see him at 11am, but my car was still being repaired in the shop for other things. Mark checked in with me during the day to see my ETA, as they close at 1pm on Saturday. What a great experience with Mark and LA Windshield! I have had to replace three windshields in the past four years; the last two times I called SafeLite. This time I looked for an alternative only because I could not talk to a live agent as SafeLite now makes you fill out a form on line to get a quote and book an appointment. It quoted me $930 for a Mercedes SUV windshield replacement of which $300 was for a re-calibration and required taking the car to them. I doubted I needed a re calibration and I wanted to opt out of it but could not with their automated system. So I called around and found LA Windshield in my area.Post calling and talking to Mark there, I drove out to them to verify that I did not need re-calibration. Dont let their simple workshop fool you; these guys are for real. While I was talking to Mark there, he got a call from a Mercedes dealer to replace a windshield for them. He took a look at my car, confirmed I did not need a re-calibration, and quoted me $378 and 90 min to replace it. When I got back, I could not even tell work had been on my car. Basically then, I got a replacement for a third of what SafeLite would charged me and probably a fifth of what the dealer would have asked for.Dont hesitate to use these guys services; this experience went a long way in confirming to me once more that independent shops with honest, competent professionals are still a viable, more economical and happy alternative to national outlets with huge markup on cost of their services.

I told them I needed it fixed by the evening of the next day, but I work all day and there’s no way for them to come to my home (for complications with my parking situation). At 4am my car window was broken by a thief so I went to Yelp and found a 24/7 glass repair company and to my amazement a human answered! The gentleman gave me a price and said come at 9am. The expected hour repair took closer to two hours but that was ok by me. I called Auto Glass LA a person answered the phone on a Saturday 7:30 am, he verified the glass i needed and if it was available. It was delivered by 10 am that day. My automatic door lock was broken and i happened to have the new actuator part in my car. They installed that as well since they had the door panel off for a very fair price. Let me start by saying I dont normally write a review unless Im blown away. I had a leak in my rear window thanks to a horrible bodyshop. Ive called many windshield replacing companies, even the big guys Satellite and no one wanted to help me out. Every single one of them said I had to buy a new glass. I dont need a new glass, my glass was fine, its just leaking due a poor sealing job. They dont care because they want to make money, they dont want to waste their time on my fix because it will take time to remove the glass and not break it. Buying a new one is easier and more money. I almost gave up but then I spoke to Marc.The first thing I noticed when I spoke to him in person was that he didnt see me as a dollar sign, he saw me as a person. Both my cars got their windows broken overnight when I was at a friends house long story short, whenever I woke up I saw what had happened so I went on yelp to find someone to fix my cars. I called safelite and they were over priced and cant do it till the next day. I saw this guys with 5 star reviews so I gave them a call they came with in 1 hour and half and they were over $240 cheaper than the other company. Thats why I give them my time to write a 5 star review.

I was driving my friends car and I saw two chips on the windshield. I searched on Google and I found these people. I called a few others places and no one was willing to quote any costs over the phone. Marc right away quoted me a price and asked me to call him before I go there. When I got there he looked at the chips and he told me that I DO NOT need any repairs because repairs were already done by someone. His honesty really impressed me since I had no idea, he could have simply said wait and half an hour later tell me repair done and charge me for it. I was preparing to leave on a 48-state road trip this week. As I was parked at a friends house saying goodbye, we heard a boom. I looked to my right and the front passenger window had suddenly shattered. It was after business hours, so I had to delay the trip. I called Auto Glass LA the next morning and spoke with Mark. I was very satisfied with Auto Glass LA. Getting a broken window and getting things stolen from your car is not a pleasant experience. However getting that window replaced at your home at your convienience the very same day is. They arrived in a timely manor and completed the job as promised with no hidden fees. Use them! I needed my 1973 Datsun 240Z windshield put back in, and the service was top notch. The Z not only has rubber that pops in, but exterior molding that is not easy to install. Will definitely use again for my next project!

I cracked my glass from my steering wheel quick release unlatching. It was really dumb for me to have my steering wheel on the dash. Non the less I had to get it fixed and cured by Saturday before I go to the track. I searched and decided to give AutoglassLA a call and spoke to Mark. He quoted me a price and I told him the time I needed it and he said he had everything and it was no problem.I set up the appointment but told him that he was the first company that I called and I would have to check back after. He said it was fine but he wanted to book the slot first. I found another place that actually quoted me cheaper. So I called Mark back and told him what happened. He wanted to know where they went wrong. He was actually able to beat the price and even add in new molding for my car. It was an amazing deal that I could not pass. On top of that he was able to send people out to my job site.The guys arrived at 12:30 as per Mark he said that they would be there between noon and 1, which is not a really big window. So I was extremely happy about that. There were 3 guys that showed up and they all knew what they were doing. They all explained to me what they were going to do and how and what would happen to the car once they did something. They all assured me that it will look amazing at the end and I was going to be really happy.After the explanations and the run through they started at about 12:45. They worked really fast. By 1:30 they were done. They wanted me to inspect their work first of all. I did a quick walk through and they explained to me about what to do to allow the windshield to cure even before I asked, that showed that they actually cared. In the end I was so happy that I tipped $15 extra on top of the service. Oh there is also a lifetime warranty included. So far so good. I will be racing at the track on 11.03.12. If anything goes wrong I will be back here to let you guys know. I am extremely satisfied with how everything went today. I will definitely refer this to my friends and family as though theyve also been waiting to get their windshields done. Give Mark a call he really cares and strives for great customer service.
