I was at Metro by T-Mobile and they recommended me to come here to get my screen fix. They were able to fix it within 2 hours or less I really appreciate the work you guys do here. When I arrive to the store I was greeted by John and he was able to help me out, I notice the reviews about him and I see why people talk so much about him, make sure you guys ask for him !

My son needed his PS5 controller put back together properly after he added some special colored buttons to it. Was referred here by another tech repair shop. Was very reasonably priced, quick service (next day repair…completed in less than 24-hrs). Greg helped me checkout quickly today. Friendly & professional service. Will definitely use again and refer fam/friends. They also sell many products with a warranty & payment plans (cell phones, speakers, smart watches, etc).

The nicest and most competent people you can want when your electronics go on the fritz. Keanu was amazing, everyone else in the store was amazing. Some of the best costumer service I’ve ever gotten anywhere. My iPhone XS is working like new. I usually don’t ever write reviews but I had to let the people know. If you need a phone or laptop or tablet or console repair, these are the people you want working on it. Finding a good trustworthy and fair repair shop is like finding a good mechanic for your car. It can be difficult but youre happy when you finally do. This is premium tier service. Thank you

Told me they could definitely fix my PS5, I brought it in and paid the $59 diagnostic fee. Waited for 2 weeks to hear back just to be told they couldnt fix it and would not refund me the diagnostic fee that was supposed to eventually be applied to my repair. I dont blame them for being unable to fix it but ridiculous to take that long and to take my money when they couldnt.

To be honest LA Tech and I had a rocky start. Everything that could go wrong went wrong. To their defense my iphone 12 pro was destroyed. Everything has to be replaced. Frame, screen, cameras etc... With all that work to be done it still ended up saving me money than buying a new or used one. Which they also offer as well. $500 and 2 weeks later I got my phone back and in the color I always wanted. Juan was such a knowledgeable and helpful person I gave him more business that day and bought a used phone as well.4 stars because it took so long, but I am going to be a returning loyal customer. Its my tech spot.

My V40 ThinQ stopped charging so I had to buy a new phone. My phone company told me that could credit my phone if I was able to at least get the old one on. I had irreplaceable data on it, which was not backed up, and was extremely distraught about possibly losing it for good. I really wish I could give a better review but at the end of the day I’m leaving disappointed. The tech worked with me to get it back to working, but there was way to much back and forth. I picked it up a week ago and the screen was correctly replaced, but the battery was 100% dead. Which I really wish they had told me because I wouldn’t have picked it up. So I dropped it off again. Tech replaced the battery, works so far, but the screen has a small crack. So I have to come again. It has taken something that should be a small errand, drop off and pick up into a saga.
