I was very happy with my 3-night stay! The front desk was so helpful and kind. Over all great customer service! I interacted with 3 different ladies at the front desk and they were all pleasant. The housekeepers were also very polite. The workout room has everything you need to get a good workout in and very clean. The location of this place is perfect! It is only 15 minutes away from the Gilroy Outlets & across the l street to a local grocery store in case you need to buy essentials like water or if you forgot toiletries. The area outside is safe and not in a high-traffic area. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location for a trip into the Bay Area. We chose this specific hotel for the Tesla destination chargers offered to guests. There are four Tesla 50 amp destination chargers and four non Tesla J1772 chargers along the back wall of the hotel. Location is easy on and off 101, area felt very safe. Cannot hear the freeway. Rooms were well appointed, beds were comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great with plenty of seating.

Check in process was awful. Front Desk told me they would let me know when my room was available I stayed near the desk. They then let in around 15 guests. When I asked the front why they hadnt checked me in they said people had called ahead. I asked how to do this and was ignored. Pool was over max capacity health and safety issue i took pictures. We didnt feel comfortable using it due to dangers of over capacity and we had booked the hotel because it had a pool. Extortionatly expensive for a 3* hotel. Bed mattresses were lumpy signs of mold by the shower.

We stay here often. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms is kind of a toss up. They are all not the same in size. We actually had a room that was missing chair. My kids enjoy their indoor pool and youre not far from good eats.

Really disappointed, went in after booking (and they did charge us for booking that day) just to get there after driving a 7 hour drive and find out you have to be 21 to book (i had no problem booking and there was nothing on the site that said so) Red head with thin hair was saying they were supposed to call us to let us know we couldn’t stay there, never got anything even though i did add my phone number. I got texts from there as well confirming my booking. It was all super frustrating but i ended up going somewhere else in the area.

I returned here because of good previous experiences. This time was not good. It began with a room that had no desk lamp. Instead of just finding me a lamp, she gave me a different room. It was 30-40 minutes before I could even unload into my room after a 650-mile drive. This hotel wasnt even on the way for me but I wanted to stay somewhere safe and nice, because thats how i remembered it. The next room I got was filthy. The carpet wasnt vacuumed. The floor wasnt washed. There was even blood on the carpet. The vent screens in the A/C unit were black and hadnt been washed in a long time. The bed wasnt comfortable. The breakfast wasnt as good as other La Quinta locations. For $140, I expect better than a Motel 6 quality. The manager shouldve either comped the room or given me a 50% discount. By the way, Im a Diamond member and had to remind her to give me the free bottle of water (woohoo - a $0.50 bottle on a $140 room).

It was pretty ok. My complaint is I hate to go in the bathroom and see hair from previous guests. Also vacuum better.

This was the nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful as I had to extend my reservation multiple times. Thank you! ❤️

This La Quinta Inn exceeded our expectations. We stayed for two nights and from the lobby to our room the place was comfortable and cozy, clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We were a large group attending a wedding in the area and there was room for many to hang out comfortably in the lobby and the breakfast meal that was included offered enough choices for us, too.
