PLEASANTLY surprised by our free upgraded room #203, right above the front desk, so very convenient to breakfast buffet & quiet. As much as I stay at Hyatt-Hilton chain hotels, this one stood out amongst all other chains for having dedicated rooms marked with No Pets, especially since I have a severe pet dander allergy. It is always entered as a special request, but never have I seen rooms with that label, like a nonsmoking label back in the day. VERY clean room, including bathroom which is a must. Free breakfast is consistent with leaner expectations for rom rate. Would definitely stay here again.

I dont know about any of the other rooms but ours was very clean. Our neighbors were quiet and polite. It was not the most upscale of hotels, but it suited my purpose as we were having work done on our home. It is close to the freeway, which made it easy to get around town. A Dennys restaurant shares the same parking lot, but we availed ourselves of the free breakfast provided.

FoH staff all seem to be very supportive and coordinated with one another. Clear communication is so helpful. Room was clean, organized, and easy to find. Water pressure in the shower was actually really good, too. Seems to be really convenient location too, right off the 805 and close to great restaurants and grocery stores.

My friend and I plus my service dog Bailey stayed at Chula Vista LA Quinta on Thursday and Friday night. It was wonderful, quiet, clean and great staff. The only very small thing was I wish they offered sugar free yogurt and hot chocolate.

This roach motel is nothing like it’s reviews. We arrived late from a 5 hour flight, my 2 year old needed milk to get to bed so I asked kindly at checkin if we could purchase a small cup from the front desk since they advertise breakfast I thought I would try. The lady checking us in was extremely rude and told me all gas stations sold milk and that I should find one. We went a cross the parking lot dodging several sketchy individuals gathered around cars and went into a Dennys where we paid $5 for an 8oz cup. This was close to 11:00pm. The elevator is full of half cleaned graffiti and struggled to make it to the 3rd floor. Since it was so late and we were exhausted we crashed immediately after arriving to our room. The next morning everything came to light and by everything I mean we realized we slept in bed bug infested beds. We immediately went to the front office and left. We received our money back but the horror of having slept where we did can not be fixed with a refund. I’m disgusted and will NEVER stay at any of these hotels again. The way the manager was so passive about the entire situation makes me wonder how many times a week he deals with this. Absolutely gross and unacceptable!

Obviously older hotel, rooms were well kept though. The freezer was completely frozen over, so had to sit for almost an hour with a blow-dryer to remove the ice so that our food and drinks would actually stay cold (these types of refrigerators do not stay cold if frozen over). My bed was nothing to brag about, but I slept ok. My brother unfortunately had a bed, in the same room, with a completely sunken in middle. A very clear at least inch difference from the middle of the bed to the edges.Aside from that it was clean and enjoyable for our 3 day stay.Booking can be misleading though. Upon booking one room was $20 more per night without explanation. Upon arriving we discovered that was because one room booked was actually a one bedroom suite with a living room and washer/dryer. My parents took this room, and that was where we would all meet to hang out, so it was nice, just very unexpected.

Rooms were very dirty feeling — carpet was stained, there was a dirty footprint in the shower, and the room had a very musty smell. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to switch hotels so I had to make do. I bought two room fragrance fresheners.On my second day, I received a call that my water will be shut off for the day because they were doing repairs to a neighboring unit. Okay, no problem. The gentlemen who called me said he would call me back when the water was working again. I received no call.I had all sorts of bugs in my room and cockroaches.After checkout, I phoned in for a tax exemption. I called numerous times and always left with “I’ll speak to my supervisor” and we will call or email you back. They didn’t do any of that, which led to my last final call to gather that info.Just overall, would not want to stay here again.

The kids that work at the front desk on the day I checked in 10/3/23 are in desperate need of training!!! The manager should be ashamed for hiring them without sufficient training in customer service!!! John and Rebecca on the other hand were wonderful the following day!!! We researched all reviews for all hotels near by (without an unreasonable rate) I was tired of looking then we found la Quinta in Chula Vista!Everyone at the Front desk was super super nice, in person and over the phone 💯 at check in and also at check out (sorry I am bad with names but at check out it was Rebecca)Room was very clean thanks Elizabeth (housekeeping)Breakfast is good waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, baggels, toast, juice, coffeePet friendly, I was worried we were near the elevator but it wouldn’t loud at all.And there are some beautiful flowers outside I would love to know the name is someone reads my review 😂Everything was great! Much better than the hotel I stayed at the night before. The two ladies at the front had compassion for my situation.Bed and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure/shower wasnt great, took essentially lukewarm cold showers and water took awhile to heat up. Water wasnt drinkable as well from the sinks.The single reception staff this morning, I was thoroughly NOT IMPRESSED, knowing the day before the ladies said I could get a receipt printed - while this morning he said because I inputed my dads rewards number (Mind you I did that yesterday to which it switched) with his name on my reservation I supposedly COULDNT get a receipt. Saying that my Dad needed to be here with his ID, to which then he finally reads the note on my account and hands me it.Then another gentleman walked in asking for another set of towels and he asked how many - like shouldnt that be common sense?Please HIRE better staff to have common sense and customer service!

Rooms were nice, theres a stale/mildew smell in the room. So I went out and bought a bottle of bleach and its smelled great after the bleach cleaning but still NEEDS deep cleaning in the bathroom and deep carpet cleaning. Do not walk barefoot on carpet.Pet friendly, theres a grass area complete with poop bags and trash cans. Front desk person was very professional and courteous. Breakfast is continental and ends at 10am.Will absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is old and the pool is dirty. The weather wasnt warm enough yet, so even if you think youre not taking care of it at all, its too bad. The deposit fee was not canceled on time and I was upset with the staffs responsiveness when I called because of this.

This is the best La Quinta we have ever stayed at and we’ve stayed at 6 between ME and CA as we drove cross country. We are in San Diego as my husband has been assigned to the navy base. Until they got our housing orders in order we needed a place to stay. They were more than willing to work with us as well as offer a military discount. From the check in woman, to every single employee, every single time I passed them I was greeted with a kind smile and always a good morning or afternoon. They were gentle to my dogs when I was walking them. Shout out to Marcelo as a Star employee who helped us above and beyond by helping us understand the area even though he didn’t have to. Every time after the first time I met them I got a huge wave and smile and friendly conversation if they weren’t busy. The grounds were immaculate. Doggy bags always always at the ready. Everything is beautiful. The pool is the perfect temperature. I genuinely cannot express this louder- Best La Quinta all around, staff/aesthetics/cleanliness in the entire country.

To be clear this is not a 5 star hotel. It is an older well maintained hotel with good staff and clean rooms that is pet friendly. It is just off the highway and coming from the highway you will need to make a u-turn to get to it. The Dennys in the parking lot is excellent. For the money and being only 19 minutes from downtown SD it is a great option.

Water temperatures in the bathroom were all over the place, it took some effort to get it to not scalding or freezing. Room keys had to be redone 3 times in 2 days. Hotel was quaint, nice location and right next door to a dennys. Staff was friendly.

The front desk receptionist who greeted me in the evening was wonderful. Very kind and offered to help arrange transport for me. There was no one available to help with my luggage to the room. But they did give me a dolly to do it myself. What I wasnt super happy about was that the surrounding freeway noise was exceptionally loud. The hotel didnt have any ear plugs, nor did the few convenience stores within walking distance. So with windows closed and fan on it was do-able, but at 3:15am the grease truck rolled into the Dennys parking lot (directly outside of the rooms) and made the most horrendously loud noise for about 20 minutes. The bathroom was clean-ish and the carpeted floors were gritty. This was definitely not the way I expected a La Quinta to be. I was grateful they accepted pets. I was only there one night thankfully, so I didnt use the other amenities.

Upon check in we were notified they were no longer doing a full breakfast, it was a take out bag that had a small muffin or some similar roll in it along with a very small granola bar. We were also told they would only clean the room every three days, when day 5 arrived and our room had not been cleaned, we went to ask for clean towels and were given them and then told Oh, rooms are only cleaned when you ask. Over all the room was bad, sticky carpet, the threshold was bent down so much I could stick my hand under the door to the outside. The rest of the door itself didnt seal very well. The tub base, was like walking on a water bed, it bowed and flexed, was not sturdy or solid, nor were any of the shower walls. We were on the third floor, the water pressure in the shower was never consistent and proved problematic. The bathroom had a light non pleasant odor. Parking around this hotel is horrible and in short supply. The staff were friendly, but I figure thats because they know how horrible the hotel is.I was with two other groups, we had three rooms between us, upon comparing notes, all the rooms were disappointing and the staff while friendly never was consistent in the things they told you. This location gives La Quinta a bad name, Ive never been to a La Quinta like this one, this is like an old Motel 6 or something that they bought at a bargain, slapped some paint on it and then called it a La Quinta. I will not stay here again and would recommend you to look elsewhere.

Carpet is very dirty overall. Carpet in the closet was wet. Was told this happened in another unit as well. No resolution. Not sure if the shower is clean. Looks dirty but may be that its the type of material that always looks dirty. Bed is okay, pillows are terrible. Bathroom is a good size.

Rating on web is incorrect. It had a 4.1 rating which is why I choose this hotel. Place looks run down. Lobby smelled even with a mask on Sketchy people hanging outside their rooms smoking. Cigarette buds all over the floors and window seals. My room smelled. Carpet looked dirty The outside floors were dirty and stained. Ice machine was gross. Over all I give it a 2 and would not recommend. Only thing good was the nice hotel staff

Exterior was attractive and the room was clean. Noisy as hotel is close to interstate. I traveled with a parakeet, and it seems LaQuinta has joined the masses of hotels charging pet fees ($20/night!) on top of already high room rates. There are other hotels that charge those fees but lower room rates and better location.

We stayed here for New Years weekend with our 2 dogs. We loved it. Theres a Dennys in the same parking lot which is convenient. The property is very clean!!! Staff is very friendly. Good size rooms that shield you from outside noise, so must be well insulated. Grab n go breakfast and wonderful coffee. We will be back.

The floor had m&ms scattered, which meant the floor was either not vacuumed at all or done in a rush. The water pressure in the toilets is very low so have to flush a few times. People smoke and throw away their buds right in front of their rooms. We had a domestic violence broke out in a room next to us in the middle of the night - thank God it didnt escalate and ended with the husband/partner leaving while the woman kept yelling after him. Not a pleasant experience for myself and my family. Would not recommend.

Stayed here previously while our house was getting renovated and had a great experience. This past stay was very different.When we first got to our room the beds weren’t made no sheets on the beds and there was what looked to be like blood stains all over the mattress.We called the front desk twice until someone finally picked up and they gave us another room.when we finally got into the room and settled in the Netflix did not work we called the front desk and the lady said “when I get time”I’ll call the network provider to see what’s going on. hours passed and it still didn’t work not sure if she even called themThis is the 2nd or maybe 3rd stay that there Netflix on the TV did not work and they only have a few basic channels on cable so if you are trying to relax in your room and watch a movie this is not the place

Stayed there for work, reservation was 12 days not once did they clean my room or bring fresh linens. I also got a call from the front desk on behalf of the supervisor 3 days after I had checked out asking me to come back to the front desk or call them the next time I was coming back. At that point, I was back in AZ 6 hrs away. I informed them I didnt know if/when Id be back and they started asking further probing questions - if I had gotten all my belongings out of the room, then asked if my sister had checked out. Im not sure who told them I had a sister or the supervisor got the idea that I had one, as Ive been an only child for the 32+ years Ive been alive, or why they thought it was professional to even ask that. Im still flabbergasted about that call and dont know why it happened, as they hung up after that. Ive never received these kinds of calls at any other hotel Ive been to, and I travel a lot.

Convenient, except for turning left to go downtown. The town has many shops, restaurants, breweries and big box stores. Hotel is directly off the freeway, yet rooms were quiet and very comfortable. Busy parking lot. Dog walking and poop bags available- just wish more humans used them. Good breakfast and service.

The rooms is not bad. The issues is that they say they offer breakfast and all they offer is cereal and milk. Any other hotel offers eggs, meats and more. I think they should just not offer the breakfast and lower the price of the stay. I ended up going to dennys close to the hotel.

Place looks clean and organized. But the room we got had a cigarette and/or pet odor. Even after they asked if we wanted a smoking or non smoking room. Proximity to freeway makes it very noisy. Homeless encampment just behind parking lot chain link fence facing freeway. A couple of late night people loudly arguing. Plenty of parking though. And a Dennys right up front near hotel lobby. Pool and fitness room. Hostess were friendly.

Poor excuse for housekeeping service. I was told i would have my room cleaned every 3 days. I stayed there for 4 weeks while on business and only came to a cleaned room 4 times my entire time there. After numerous complaints to front desk, they only cleaned the days i called. You would think they would take better care of those staying for extended periods of time. Im sure its just the lazy housekeepers thats the problem.

My husband and I stayed on the second floor, we were shocked on the way our room was, TV did not work, phone to call office did not work, the maids knocked on our door 4 times prior to us checking out, which was frustrating check out time was noon. Upon arrival we noticed roaches in the bathroom, the shower was so close to the ceiling like it didnt go there. There was no fire alarm as it was over the shower in our room. We both woke up at 3 am for no reason. Upon leaving we noticed bites on our body, face, neck, legs. We were disgusted.i would not recommend this hotel to anyone

This is hands down one of the best motels Ive stayed at for the price. This is a 3 star at a two star price. Parking is ample and amenities are aplenty. Gym, Pool and guest laundry on site. Two gas stations, a few restaurants and a liquor store within stones throw from the property. This is an excellent location right next to the affluent Bonita area, with easy access to I-805 and greater San Diego. My room faced the hills to the south; it was peaceful and as quiet as church mice on a Thursday night. The room is very spacious and has a lot of nice touches. Ill let the pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend. Staff was helpful and friendly.

A Friend of Mine came to town and had reserved a Room here. I stayed here for only one night but Ive got to say it was one of the larger, modern, cleaner places Ive stayed in a while and at the same time, the rooms are very affordable.This La Quinta location is right off the 805 Freeway taking the E Street exit.Theres a Dennys Restaurant located right in the same parking lot. The Dining Room of said Dennys closed at 10:00 PM but they are actually still open serving To Go and Delivery Menu items.The Staff at La Quinta were very Cool and when We asked for a later check out, the Staff had no problem with our request.This was Fantastic because I was right in the middle of coloring My Friends hair!

If you are a haunting place enthusiast, you should try this place. My husband felt someone tickling him during the night and then I woke up also feeling very awake at 3 am. The air conditioning stopped working at the same time. Such a weird atmosphere. The room was the 312. We couldn’t stay, even the staff being so friendly and kind. I saw one review telling a haunted experience as well, at this hotel, but in room 315. He said to avoid the hallway. I would avoid the hotel if I don’t want this experience at all.

Upon arrival the desk clerk was beyond nice and welcoming. The room was fairly clean but noticed things were chipping around the bathroom. Of course the toilet was used by four different people and each time it clogged. We asked the front desk for a plunger and they took it to the room fairly fast. The next day as we were getting ready to leave we wanted to shower but the cold water knob would not turn. I called the front desk and they advised me they would send maintenance. 30 minutes passed and nothing. I called again and they again said they would send maintenance to help. As the time to check out was getting closer I had to try and turn the knob myself. I was finally able to get it to turn and shower BUT the water kept going from hot to cold, cold to hot. I called the front desk to advise I no longer needed anyone to go to the room. However as we were leaving, two hours later some young man knocks on the door saying it’s maintenance. For one, we no longer needed them, two, I would of been waiting two hours if I wouldn’t have been proactive and tried to fix it myself, three, they would of probably charged me a fee for checking out late if I had been waiting, and four I didn’t get any credit or anything for this. I will never book here ever again... this place is full of cockroaches everywhere in the room... we flew in and booked for 4 nights but only stayed for half the time because it was disgusting!! We were offered to get a refund for the rest of the nights but were still charged for 1 of them after all of this. I find this very unfair especially because multiple people left the same day because of the same reason... we even have a video of all the cockroaches before we left the hotel.What really got me mad was that they weren’t doing anything about it... as soon as we left the cleaners were in there getting it ready for more than likely some new people. The rooms smell fresh and clean, the beds are very comfortable. The curtains block out the sun so the room stays dark. They have a free breakfast area in the lobby and Dennys is in the same parking lot. They also have a security guard that stays highly visible and roves the property.....as well as the guests vehicle parking. Im a single female that travels for business often and I really feel safe while I get a good nights sleep then wake up to free fruit coffee, cereal or bagel for breakfast and most important, they allow dogs!

If you want to be close to most things in San Diego and dont care about your immediate accommodations then this is the place for you. The cheapest room is about $150 on any given day and that includes breakfast. Breakfast entails coffee that taste like it came from 7 eleven the day before. You also have the option of individually wrapped muffins, granola bars, yoplait yogurt and boiled eggs. The lights in my room failed one by one the few days I stayed here and the bath tub was clogged my first shower until I stomped on the drain forcing most of the clog down so at least the tub wasnt filling with water. The tub itself has a weird cushion bottom and sounds like it filled with water at some point because of the noise it made when I stepped in it without water. The pool looked as though it hadnt been cleaned in a month and had clumps of hair on the bottom and felt slimy when I stepped into it. Bottom line is, I will never stay here again.

Stayed at this place Sept 6 to Sept 7. Wanted to give the hotel a day to two to address the issue I had with the customer but never got a call so here we go . Checked into room 225 and after working most of the day in my room I got into bed . When I was laying in bed I smelt something awful so I went to get up and there was fecal matter all over my bed, my legs, my knees, and my feet . I was so disgusted by this and sick to my stomach . But at around 1am I heard a lot of noise outside the door (and earlier head a lot of yelling upstairs.)I look outside to find a guy bleeding pretty badly and a bunch of cops around. The only really good thing about this place was the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The room however had tolerable annoyances from the lights not working, AC wouldn’t turn off (we had to physically unplug it), to the damp carpet, but the BUGS is what had me itching my whole stay. The first day we got there, there was a tiny cockroach in the bathroom. Fine, one small one, but as we stayed longer, there were plenty scurrying around outside. Plus the weirdest thing - mosquitoes. I killed one the first night (after finding the cockroach)... then we find 4 more buzzing around in our room during our stay! I was got so paranoid, I didn’t even want to sleep in the sheets. We never opened the window and the only time the door was open was to walk in and out. We never had it open for long periods of time. Won’t be booking with this hotel anywhere ever again.

The first time I stayed the bathtub did not drain and the wifi was hit and miss. This time I found the mold (pictured) that REALLY skeeved me out. While I appreciate the convenience of this location, if it was on my dime I would be willing to spend a bit more to have a place in better shape. But I will emphasize, all the staff I interacted with was incredibly kind and helpful, so I believe this is on managements shoulders.

The single and double bed rooms that Ive stayed in at LA Quinta, over the last 2 years, are decent for the total price of $144/ night, which includes a 15% AAA discount. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and I like that their cable tv provides a channel guide with programming information for the many channels available, including 3 Showtime. If youre looking for perfection though, look elsewhere for lodging, as youre likely to find minor issues in each room here, like paint missing from bathroom fixtures, a wild spraying sink faucet, a falling TV screen, a faulty in room coffee maker or a noisy mini fridge. La Quinta isnt luxurious, but its well worth the price. Complimentary Breakfast is still a grab n go bag, containing a fruit cup, a granola bar and a blueberry muffin. I had brain surgery 6 weeks ago and they had a few clean rooms before check in and she refused to let me check in a few hours early actually 1:38 p.m. on Friday. I suffer from very bad headaches and she did not care. There was no charge to have the pups included and it was still just as competitive in terms of price compared to other hotels in the area, even the ones that did not permit dogs.The room was clean and pretty large in space. management was friendly. Breakfast offered waffle makers, cereal, and various pastries and breakfast breads. Nothing amazing in the breakfast department, but still plenty to choose from!And since I know some people automatically dislike hotels that permit dogs for the noise, I want to add that while in the rooms, you couldnt hear anything! If you ventured outside, it was possible to hear an occasional dog bark while they were being walked around to use the bathroom. But that was more of a rarity than the usual.All in all, I would stay here again. Quality of accommodations not nearly in line with the price. Most of my complaints involve the bathroom:1. The shower is ridiculously small. Im not especially tall (510) yet the tip of my nose was above the shower head. Hope you like doing the limbo or squats while washing your hair.2. The bathroom doorknob was put on backwards, so the lock was on the outside of the door!3. They put a regular CCFL floodlight bulb in the headlamp.... I am going to say upfront, I am a fan -- hence the 4 stars, but dont mistake my stars for Michelan stars as this is an older Inn (doors on the outside) and you are not at the Four Seasons.First and foremost, the front desk staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. They took great care of us coming in and departing after a 3-night stay. Our room was off the back of the property on the first floor (room 126) which was GREAT given we had 2 dogs in tow. Super easy going in and out of the room to take the pooches out. Our room was clean, comfortable and we had great sleep quality. The rate was incredibly affordable, I had checked the rates several different times (they seem to fluctuate) and ended up booking here when their rates went lower than the La Quinta in Pacific Beach.Now, the downside -- They have a pet area near the front which is nice but small. There is a large field off the back of the property that is amazing for a pet area BUT it is not kept up. I am not convinced LQ owns it (maybe just the easement) but I can tell you that plenty of LQ guests have taken their dogs out there and never picked up after them which makes it pretty gross in terms of pet waste. Besides that we had another guest right next to us that was a chain smoker. I dont even mind smoking but he would always stand in front of our room and do it, and what is worse he would toss his ciggie butts out onto the drive and there were TONS just scattered everywhere -- upwards of at least 30. Keep in mind the downside is guest triggered stuff, so besides being grossed out on these two things -- LQ came through and I would totally stay here again.

When I made a reservation for a one night stay in the Chula Vista Hotel I had asked about all the possible discounts and was informed the AARP was as good as any other discount including AAA or Veteran. I was also told the room I reserved was the last available for that night more than a month in advance. I had reserved a room for myself and a sister from another state in order for both of us to attend a birthday party for a cousin. The price was clearly twice anything I had ever paid at this hotel over the past 15 years. During the past week nearly three weeks since I made the reservation my sister called to inform me she had made a reservation at the same hotel for less money. Location was the only thing good for my stay. Parking was a nightmare on the Dennys side of the lot, so staying an a accessible room there was no place to park not good for the disabled. Rooms were outdated. Wont stay here again.

We stayed in room 303. Staff was helpful and easy to speak to. Rooms were nice and tidy upon entrace and we had no issues. We enjoyed the free breakfast that was provided, as they provided a nice little boost before we left the hotel for the day.

Not a particularly luxurious place, but its a good choice for more budget-conscious travelers. Its got everything you need. Great location. Freeway-adjacent with convenient food options nearby (Dennys, Burger King). And theres a Pokemon Go gym, too!

Not our first time at a LA Quinta. These guys are always great, great service, great attitude and the tend to notice the little things which really matter to me as I tend to be a forgetful person. I had left a couple of sodas out on the table by accident and the put them in the fridge for me. Not a big deal however it is something that is a bit on the considerat side. As well as the ice machines are always located a few doors down so grabbing some ice is always quick and easy never have to travel far for it. The only draw back I didnt like was the WiFi. Kind of slow not super fast which again isnt a big deal but for a techy it matters to me. Overall great experience.

Staying here for work very nice hotel, very clean and friendly staff the free breakfeast included with your stay is also very good a large selection to choose from. The Tvs are also very nice Netflix included app on them(if you have an account) all in all a very pleasant stay and highly recommend!!

I was impressed with the front desk person ALAN who was friendly and efficient. I checked in and he got me taken care quickly and was kind and explained how to get to my room which was so nice. He showed me on a map where i could park close to my room. He was talking to another employee who was just clocking out and he told her she coyld leave and he woyld finish doing the laundry and other duties. I asked him if he was doing everything in the hotel (joking) and he laughed. He was a pleasure and im certainly overly grateful for him. Thank you Alan for being such an angel during a time in my life rhat is certainly not a happy one. People like him are a blessing in this world. I hope this hotel realizes what a GEM They have with this employee...please tell him thank you.❤❤❤❤

My Girlfriend and i spent our vacation here from July 11 thur 15th. Besides having the power go out on our first day three from the 11th at 9 pm until the 12th 10am. Every other time we had an awesome time there people at front desk were so helpful and kind. We will always come back here plus we didnt want to leave lol. God Bless to you all that work there

Great experience as always! Stayed there many times for archery tournaments at the Easton Archery Center of Excellence, Chula Vista Elite Athlete Center. The only thing I wish was that breakfast included some hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, etc. and that breakfast started a little earlier... 6:00am or 6:30am.

Horrible. Bugs in the room, shower looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks. We drove all the way from Sacramento and needed a place to sleep, place was so bad we stayed for 2 hours then said screw it and kept driving.

Rooms are clean, spacey, plenty of parking and free breakfast daily. A Dennys in the same lot. If you eat at Dennys show your key to cashier you get a discount. Also have a circle K across the street and a burger King and other places to eat in the area.

Watch out for this place, the property manager Ron of this place will put u on the dnr for not paying on time. I payed an hour later still put us on the dnr no respect none whatsoever... The staff here is very rude and the shower head in, the bathroom touches your knows thats how bad the shower is...Breakfast can be better Woking up by 🚬 and loud talking. When you tell to fix things staying there they take awhile...

If I could give it 0 stars I would. You get blamed for stuff you didnt do. House keeping throws away some of your stuff while cleaning the room because they wont allow you in the room while they do it which is sketchy in itself. I wasnt even aloud to stand outside the door and watch. HIGHLY advisable to stay somewhere else

If you need internet access this hotel may not work for you. Down load speeds of up to .3mps takes a long time for pages to load, The staff gave me a number to contact their internet support service Guest Tech, to help trouble shoot the internet issues. I contacted Guest tech many times during the week, each time they asked for my hotel phone number, would you believe that tech support did not have caller Id! I utilized the tether on my 3g cell phone, but kept working with Guest Tech only to be disappointed,Second issue: The maids missed debris occupying the center of the floor. Again the staff was made aware of an issue and after the 3rd day I wrote a note and left it next to the debris on the floor and the debris was partly removed. The hotel overall is in good shape with nice linens, carpet, walls ect.. This hotel could be so much more. Perhaps proper management would make this hotel all it can be.

Everything about this La Quinta would make one believe this will be a good experience. The you lay down on the WORST mattress this 71 year old ever had. We wont be back until they replace the mattresses. Then you go for your FREE breakfast and the area is way too small without enough tables. We opted for Dennys....not great.

This place has no heat ...when I got there it was freezing inside the room so I turned on the heater and it would not work ..it was super cold inside and it made things really uncomfortable ..then the the tv did not change channels ..unbelievable !! Rooms are musty and have a lingering smell of smoke. Water pressure in the shower is terrible and GPS to the hotel takes you to a dead end road at the back of the hotel.
