I got a ticket in Upland from a very unreasonable and ill-tempered traffic police. One of my friends gave me LA OC Lawyers Groups contact information since this office was able to help him fight his ticket successfully years ago.I live very close to this law office. Therefore I drove to their office for a visit hoping to talk with someone face to face. I met with Jerry who is a very personable and friendly guy. Their service retainer fee is very reasonable. I followed Jerrys instructions and furnished them with whatever information they need to fight my ticket.Throughout the whole process they kept me informed of what they had done and when the court date was. Finally I was told that my ticket was dismissed. I dont know how they managed to do that, but I believe they have the expertise and techniques needed to fight all kinds of traffic tickets.I highly recommend anyone who needs legal services to contact them for help.

I’m not going to say this not a good law firm to hire for litigation because everyone outcome is different and you can’t win them all. I thank you all for fighting my traffic citation regardless of the losing outcome. But I will say I expected more communication from you all regarding my traffic citation. Especially, in regarding to my chances of winning and worst case scenarios. I would’ve still paid the 600 dollars, nonetheless. It’s just the fact that when I did reached out to you all regarding my citation and court date. You all said and I quote, “don’t worry, we’ll take care of it for you.” But I knew beforehand because right before I hired you all, I’d spoken with another law firm that unfortunately didn’t specialize in traffic litigation. However, they were extremely honest with me regarding my traffic citation and percentage of winning this case. And what they’d said in regarding to this, and I quote, “because it was a CHP officer whom issued the citation to me, that would make it a lot harder to win.” They may have been wrong about this, however I was planning on fighting this regardless of any money or any chances of winning. I just appreciated the fact that they engaged with me regarding this and you all did not. One point on my driving record doesn’t bother me that much. But I sincerely hope from now on moving forward with clients that you all improve in communication. Just the willingness or eagerness to attempt to about percentages of winning and worst case scenarios will be greatly appreciated. Once again, Thank you all for trying to help me!

LA OC was very professional with my two traffic tickets. I got ticked for (driving >90, driving in carpool lane without a passenger, and crossing double white line - yes reckless me), and got doxed again for failing to stop at a stop sign 2 weeks later. Both tickets happened in May 2023 and were totaling about 2k in fine and 3-4 points in traffic law violation. I had to move out of state for grad school and so the whole time when they were taking care of the ticket, I wasn’t even in CA. They have been in promptly communication, updating me every step along the way. At the end, both tickets were dismissed and I didn’t need to pay anything, had any points taken off, or records on my traffic history. I didn’t even need to show up in court. I’m so happy that I found LA OC law group! Recommend 10/10.

So me and my wife got into a big accident because someone break checked on us purposely.Unfortunately we did not have a dash cam at the time. So we came to la oc law group in diamond bar because we live near by, we met with Kenny and Jerry. They read the police report and told us that we still have a case. Long story short, we wonthe case!
