I definitely recommend Dr. Ross for anyone who is considering hair restoration. I booked a video consultation on a holiday through the website by mistake and he still made accommodations to see me on a day off.I was worried about coming off as inconsiderate by scheduling on a day off but I was put at ease at the beginning of the call since he was so friendly and nice.This was my first consultation doing something like this but I could tell he was giving me an honest, straightforward opinion when I voiced what my concerns with my hairline were. He recommended some medication adjustments and we decided to look into scheduling a surgery a few months later.The medication adjustment is working great and my hairline hasnt really moved back and might even be slightly better than it was during our consultation. Ive also started styling my hair a different way which has alleviated a lot of the insecurities Id feel when looking in the mirror.Ill be putting off surgery for at least a few more months and Im praying to the hairline gods that the medication continues to do its thing, but the moment I feel like I want to revisit the idea or surgery, I know Ill be reaching out to Dr. Ross and his fantastic reception team!

I had too much hair loss, and I really appreciate how honest Dr. Ross was about getting too many grafts and it not looking good in the donor areas, and not being full on the top of the scalp either. It could have been thousands of dollars for him, but he said I would not have a full head of hair and to not proceed with the procedure. Thank you very much for being honest with your patients, Dr. Ross. In 5-10 years with cloning hair follicles approved, I’ll return to you for getting the procedure.

Unfortunately, no results after one year. If anything, zero progress and a decline. Wasted way too much money for zero results. Highly disappointing.Edit: I was only offered the exosomes with pills. NO OTHER OPTIONS. I was NEVER given a follow-up appointment. Again, way too expensive for low-level treatment with zero results.This guy is one of the worst liars there is. He never offered any other service and recommended the exosomes because he believed the surgery was not required. I’ve picked up the prescription from Costco so get your facts right. Furthermore, you never ever called about a follow-up. Your services are terrible and way below standards and on top of that, you’re lying about my experience to cover it. Thanks come again.

Excellent staff, very professional, I have had a procedure done last November 2019, and the results were phenomenal. On Dec 29, 2020, I returned for more of the same procedure to get a full crown of hair, I am sure that the results will be the same as my previous one. I like Dr. Brandon Ross and his nurse Judy, I strongly recommend their clinic if you are considering hair transplant, you will be amazed, 6 months after the procedure. After care support is world class, Dr. Ross gives you his personal mobile number if you need counsel and advice, plus issue prescription for Finesteride as well. All in all, this is one of the best medical experience I had, twice at that, and I will be coming back for a third procedure. I want to take few minutes to thanks Dr. Ross, Judy, and the rest of the team at La Mesa Medical Hair Restoration for the great service i received about a month ago. Dr. Ross is the best. Very humble, easy to work with and so friendly. Judy took care of me the whole day of the procedure and answer all my questions. The quality and price are excellent. Dr. Ross, Judy, and the rest of the team at La Mesa Medical Hair Restoration performed an astounding job. From the exceptional customer service at first contact, all the way through the long day of the FUE procedure which was superb! Dr. Ross and Judy treat you like family not just another dollar sign. Dr. Ross and Judy are artists of their craft and extremely detailed when it comes to hair restoration. They were very detailed about the procedure and went above and beyond answering my 21 questions. The quality and price can not be beat! Ive had a previous procedure done years ago and was not satisfied at all. LMMHR did such an amazing job, I cant wait for the full results. If youre interested in getting a hair transplant I truly do recommend them, trust me you will not be disappointed!

I had an amazing experience doing this procedure!Judy, Alice, Zayda, Naz and Dr. Ross were phenomenal!! They take the time to answer all of your questions, they have more then 22 years of experience, they will make you feel very comfortable. Treated like a King!! There is something special about this place. From the second I walked in for my first consultation I felt comfortable. Dr. Ross and his staff are amazing!! The consultation with Dr. Ross was very informative and fun. My procedure was amazing. You feel like you are family here. They take so much care to make sure you are comfortable. I could not be happier with my results. My hair looks amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Ross and his team.
