Carlos was simply amazing from start to finish. As a local municipality (city government), my project had very specific parameters. Carlos really listened to what we needed, made suggestions on how to make the pages better, look more professional on a mobile platform, and he beautifully created our Bond Election webpages in record time. He was patient with our inevitable edits, was always available for calls, and actually went beyond the scope of work for which we contracted, following up and helping us embed some video to the site. Im thrilled with our new website! Our site was old and cluttered; over the years, I had added tons of new material but had not subtracted or reorganized, so it was a mess. Carlos made our site modern and intuitive, and I love the look. He listened carefully to the comments and suggestions I made after our first round of revisions so that the second round needed very little additional work. Carlos was an absolute pleasure to work with and Id hire him again in an instant. I had used a template from Wix to design my website. The website template I originally had looked nothing like my final one; I spent months getting my site to look exactly how I wanted it. I didnt have web design experience so I was learning as I designed it. The end result for my desktop was perfect, but the mobile version was a nightmare. I tried to fix it for 2 months with no success. I contacted Wix looking for a designer to do my mobile site. Within 2 minutes Carlos called. He explained he works with many other platforms and built custom sites too. He sold me immediately for these very reasons! Within 4 days my mobile site was done. I might add that my website was 30 pages and complicated due to heavy graphics, text and animations. Carlos knew exactly how to fix it and did exactly what I asked him to. He was very personable, professional and let me know I can call him whenever I have a question. I might add that he quoted a reasonable price and kept his word which I respect greatly. Back in September 2013 I talked to a web designer to create a webpage for my new business, A Click Away LLC. Nothing happened after he agreed to do the work. So I attempted to find a way to do the web page myself. I wrote all the context and had a very distinct idea how I wanted the website to look. Carlos was referred to me by one of these do it yourself website places after much frustration because I could not get the site to look the way I wanted it to look. After one conversation with Carlos, he had the website up in less than 24 hours and it is EXACTLY the way I wanted it to look. Great Experience! I called them and left a message on a Saturday (holiday weekend) afternoon, to my surprise he called back immediately and went right to work on my problem.
