My battery died completely so i reached out to have it fixed. Richie was very helpful and gave me an estimate pretty much in the spot. He picked up the computer and 2 days later i had my computer back running better than ever. i had the storage expanded for speed and i wish i had done it much earlier. Richie also managed to save all my files with is a huge assist.. Thank you Richie for everything, this was painless.

I updated the operating system on my Mac and it was running really slow. I initially thought I had to upgrade the ram but Ritchie told me that it would be better to upgrade the hard drive. I followed his advice and now it is running like new. I am keeping his info on my phone for any future help with my computer.

I was in desperate need of an experienced and knowledgeable IT expert. I cant imagine how I would have been able to sort through my computer challenges without Richies assistance. He is responsive and dependable. It starts with the basics; helping me select the right laptop for my needs was just the beginning!What really impressed me, in addition to the expertise, is the patience and ability to explain things in laymans terms that I could actually understand! I deal with complex transactions and legal issues on a daily basis but all of the computer stuff makes my head hurt.I really look forward to the opportunity to continue working with Richie and let me say it is a wonderful feeling to be able to depend and rely on someone who really knows what they are doing!

Our email have been buggy lately and I needed it to work properly. I needed someone that works on windows and apple computer. I found them online and gave them a try. Fixed our network printers, email and made my computer run faster.

Our wireless network was not working and my ring doorbell is not working. We found Richie on google and called his company to stop by and fix it. He was quick and professional. Thank you Richie.

Amazing service. I called in today to have my fax machine and macbook pro fixed. They came in at 8PM as I got home late and fixed the issue. I was impressed with his personality and service. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I will use them again and thank you for coming out so late.

Got a problem with my keyboard not working. So I had my wife call our Computer guy Richie. He came in and check my keyboard and right away he noticed the problem and fixed it. I am very impressed with his skill and knowledge. Thanks Richie.

Mac Magician! Joseph is a gem in this part of town. He was calm, very reassuring and walked me through the problem I was having with my mac not booting up properly. Once it was fixed, he made sure I had my files all intact and explained what I needed to do/expect moving forward. I highly recommend Joseph and his services. He’s someone who can turn a bad day around. 👍🏼😁

My Imac 27 got infected with a nasty virus. emails not sending out and speed dropped by 90%. Called Richie for onsite visit and and he found the virus and cleaned up my mac. He also installed new protection.

It just doesnt get any better than this. I had a fan problem with my MacBook pro and I needed it fix today. It so happens he had the fan in stock and so he stopped by my office, took my laptop apart, put in the new fan and like magic, its now working.... Thank you Richie. I will definitely use you again.
