L.A. Fulfillment Center allowed me to distribute product across the USA with no surprise pricing! This company was upfront and honest about their prices and the services they could provide. This was a change of pace from other companies because there were no hidden fees. Because of L.A. Fulfillment Center’s strategic business planning, my product could be shipped from fulfillment centers closest to the consumer, this increased my revenue and decreased shipping time, earning me repeat and satisfied customers!Instead of me taking the time out of my busy schedule to schedule posts on social media, L.A. Fulfillment center promoted my deals for me! This company provides solutions to help new start-ups. They have saved me time and money and helped me gain new clients. Their optimization results in low overhead cost and no minimum purchase size! They helped me gain control of my inventory and my business. Can’t recommend this simple but essential service enough!

What I love about L.A. Fulfillment is that they offer a no cap volume or minimum, low overhead cost, and low employment cost. As an overseas company, this is a great resource for selling products in the USA. They have no hidden fees or surprise pricing, just ways to increase revenue with a small investment.L.A. Fullfillment has been great about helping with business and strategic planning, consulting, offering month to month subscription, and giving us control over inventory. What set them apart from competitors was how the offered U.S. hubs, promoted our deals on social media, and helped us with listing management. For a new start up trying to find the perfect e-commerce solution and profile optimization, L.A. Fulfillment has been great to work with.

We were using Linnworks for almost 2 years. The software was terrible and not extremely user-friendly, and sometimes the bulkiness was hard to deal with. Our company switched to L.A. Fulfillment Center as a result.The worst part about Linnworks was the hidden fees compared to other solutions out there. They raised the costs by 350% and said the majority of customers pay less but they were lying.In addition, it was very hard to update product data in bulk. The training materials online were not well organized and lack structure meaning you are dependent on support which is not amazing.If you decide to use Linnworks, my recommendations is to meet face to face before signing up and really underline what support you are getting and what is feasible to ask for and have a regular contact to follow up any tickets created. Make sure to take advantage of the free trial and thoroughly test the software before you make a decision. Checking out all the alternatives is a great idea to make sure you get the features you need without paying extra for ones that you dont.As a manufacturing company with over 150 employees, we have decided to switch from Linnworks to L.A. Fulfillment Center because they do order processing for us and charge us much less than Linnworks for listing management and fulfillment.
