My appointment with Dr. Lee could not have been better. She was amazing! I felt very comfortable, she answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. I also observed that she had an excellent relationship with the staff which is very important to me. Everyone in the office was very friendly and I felt at ease. The woman who helped me pick my glasses was also wonderful! When I asked for help she jumped right in without hesitation. She gave me honest feedback and I feel very confident about the choices I made. Overall this is a great team who seem happy and are very good at their jobs. Its hard to find that these days. I hope their employer works hard at keeping them happy, they are a team that deserves recognition!

Dr. L. Lee is amazing. She is incredibly knowledgeable about eye health and all of the variations that fall under the category. Lee explains everything in a way that you will absolutely understand—even when you’re not well versed in how to care for your eyes. She explained everything to me about the exam every step of the way. She also just talked to me in a very relatable way which I very much appreciated—she made me feel so comfortable that I was happy to talk to her. I 10/10 recommend going to see her even if it is an out of pocket expense or out of your network due to the level of care you’ll receive.

The staff didnt inform me that I had to try the contacts on first for 15 minutes while the doctor was with another patient. So, when it was the doctors turn to see me, I had to put on the contacts and wait another 15 minutes. So, my time was wasted just waiting around.

I found her by chance when on a Saturday morning I was searching for an optometrist because of a strange and disturbing occurrence I had experienced in one eye the night before. (My optometrist at the time didn’t have Sat. Hours). Dr Lee managed to squeeze me in to her completely booked schedule that same day. After a thorough exam she explained to me what was going on-- addressing all my concerns with patience and understanding. Today I saw her for my yearly checkup. It doesn’t get better than this! If you need to see an optometrist, do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Lee. I am 67 and this was my first visit ever for an eye exam and testing. In the last few years I had noticed changes occurring with my vision and was beginning to get a bit concerned, not knowing what was happening. I arrived at Target Optical and was greeted by Jackie, the Optical Team Lead. What a truly wonderful, relational, and sincere person she is. I instantly felt relaxed, as if I had known her and had been coming to Target Optical all my life. She was very knowledgeable about frames and provided excellent explanations for how everything worked. She was a lot of fun to interact with as I tried on dozens of frame styles.And then there is Dr. Lee, a true gem of a person. Dr. Lee was brilliant, kind, personable and genuinely interested in the health of my eyes. As we went from one test to another on state-of-the-art equipment, I sat in awe as he explained every technical detail of what was happening with my eyes and what I was seeing in the test, in language that anyone could understand. I left extremely satisfied, relieved and grateful. I had gained a wealth of knowledge and understanding. I felt I had been treated and diagnosed by someone who truly cared. He had a dilating machine that did not need any medication or create any blurriness so you could drive. I also got an appt the day I called. Dr. Lee was thorough, efficient and personable. The price quoted includes dilation and pressure testing. It came in only a few dollars more than Costco, but Costco wanted another $29 for dilation. For about $40, you can bypass the dilation, which is sort of a nuisance, and have the dilation part done with a computer. Not sure if Costcos $29 fee is a computer assisted dilation or eye drops. In any case, I got an appointment the next day and the office situation is less claustrophobic than Costco.
They are really nice and wonderful people, really professional and organize. I recommend this place for everyone.

2024-02-19 18:03:39I saw Dr Lee at the target Optometry office on Saturday 2/17.It was an entirely positive experience. the receptionist was kind, sweet and accommodating. Dr Lee was pleasant, friendly and efficient. She was very thorough and explained everything to me. We chatted about art! We had a good connection. We chatted about art! I had an excellent exam!
