As a first time homebuyer Florence was helpful in explaining the home buying process and patient in helping us find the perfect home to fit our needs in a difficult market. Her communication is impeccable; polite, honest and fast. Florence is an expert on the local market and neighborhoods and always steered us in the right direction for what we wanted. She has impeccable taste and is very knowledgeable about construction which helped when looking at homes that needed work. We were lucky to have a longer timeline to allow us to find the perfect spot and we ended up in a home better than we could imagine that was move in ready. Florence is one of the best realtors in town AND a great person. The real estate market has been difficult to navigate and has changed so much since I was a buyer. I was so tentative at first, and Florence had me jump right in, to focus on what I wanted and didnt want and to also keep an open mind with such a challenging market. She was creative with offers and visualizing the living spaces. She took the time to understand what I was really searching for and to help me find the PERFECT home. If youre like me, youre prone to doing a lot of research when it comes to lifes big decisions, like selling your home. So once I knew that I would eventually sell, I researched agents in the Napa Valley area and, ultimately, interviewed 4 very successful and reputable realtors. Everyone more or less promised the same thing, but it was Florence who made the most compelling pitch (note, by the way, not the one who claimed would be able to sell my house for the highest amount) and seemed the most trustworthy. Florence from LAgence is the best real estate agent for the Napa Valley and beyond! I began looking in 2020, and was surprisingly picky and had numerous life changes and starts and stops. Florence was always available to me, and ready to help me find the perfect place in a way I dont think any other realtor would. In 2022, I walked through a home, had a good feel for it, but almost felt like there would be no chance in this crazy market. I asked Florence if we could give it a shot, and she coached me through the entire process, along with her fabulously reliable recommended mortgage lender. As a single mom at the time purchasing the home myself, it was a gamble but she and my lender worked together to provide the best offer possible, and it was accepted!
