Wow! Kyle is an amazing Realtor and man he knows his stuff! He had a difficult sale between myself and ex husband, was professional and extremely sensitive to all that was needed from both sides. Kyle is the best! Ive said this over and over and will continue to repeat. Buying my 1st home was easier than buying a new car. He was amazing to work with from Day 1. He took the time to explain anything I had questions about and was providing updates during the entire process. In my opinion Kyle is the best at what he does and I wish I had infinite amounts of money just so I could continuing working with him to buy more properties. If you are shopping for a new home you really should take the time to contact Kyle, you wont regret it.

Kyle was amazing to work with! After speaking with a couple different agents we decided to use Kyle to list our home and he went above our expectation! Kyle did great marketing and kept every deadline he ever made. He has a great open house process and made sure to always follow up with potential buyers. Even in this market with rising interest rates he was able to sell our house quick and for the price we wanted. He made sure we had up to date comps and information so were able to make the most informed decision as the Sellers. There were no bumps during the transaction and I truly believe it was because Kyle is so proactive and engaged with his clients. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend!

If you want a realtor that is honest, patient, respectful, professional, thorough and quick to respond to any questions you may have, Kyle is the realtor for you!We had a Living Trust Estate sale after the death of our parents. None of us live in the same town of each other, including Kyle, or the town the house is located. Many will say you need to have a local realtor. Our experience with Kyle proves that is not true.Many times in the evenings I would think of questions. Thinking Id get a response the next day, I was wrong, I didnt have to wait, he was always quick to respond.The photos of the house for marketing were well done. Keeping us updated as things were happening is greatly appreciated.I cannot recommend Kyle enough.
