Kyle Clines office is devoted to serving their clients. They do everything they can to give you small town comfort in the mega metropolis of the insurance world. Its worth it to be able to actually get someone on the phone who will follow up for you.

Kyle has been our State Farm agent since about 2004. We have several drivers in our home and 5 vehicles with coverage. We recently had a claim on a new car that was completely unexpected and a real surprise for us. Kyle helped us immensely with the process and kept us updated every step of the way. Kyles client care is top notch and we highly recommend his insurance office!

We have worked with Kyle and his office for 20 plus years. They have taken care all of our car, home and life insurance. We have sold and purchased homes, had many cars and raised 7 children. The saying that it takes a village, to raise a child is so appropriate, but it also takes an agent who helps you through car accidents, life insurance changes and making sure that your home insurance is taken care of when you move. Kyle has always answered our questions and been there to help us make big decisions. His office staff is exemplary and there has never been a time when they have not taken care of everything, they are all so helpful and completely trustworthy. They have become our friends. Candace, who had been with us all of this time, is simply amazing. Thank you for always being there for our family!

I have had some personal papers to change names on. I did it wrong 3 times! Finally decided to go in and get help. Wonderful Sophie helped me every step! She was so sweet, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. It’s a wonderful staff, everyone is so kind and you never feel rushed! I highly recommend this State Farm office!

I been with State Farm about 9 years now. I absolutely love them ! From car insurance to life insurance they take care of my every need for me and my family. Im absolutely grateful for my agent Sophie Eddy! She goes above and beyond for my familys needs when it comes to insurance! If I need something changed its done so rapidly. If I cant afford it she looks for the best affordable options so Im able to afford it. Always makes me feel very comfortable. I dont ever feel like State Farm is just trying to make a quick dollar I feel like there here to grow relationships almost like family. I definitely recommend you going to Sophie Eddy at the Glendora location! If you cant get ahold her her Candice is amazing too!

Kyle and his team (Candice Quon) are so great to work with! I highly recommend them. I had to change insurance companies about a year ago and they made it so easy. Candice reviewed my existing policies with a different company and gave me advice along the way which I truly appreciated. My old agent did nothing like this. Candice is always really quick to respond to my questions. Such a great team to do business with!

Kyle Cline is a terrific human being first and foremost. Otherwise, he and his equally incredible staff are honest, transparent, helpful and professional in every way imaginable. I recently retired as an attorney who operated his own business for over 35 years and practiced law for 43 years. As a former businessperson, I was committed to the same creed that Kyle brings to his profession. Kyle is old school in the sense he values each and every client and treats them with respect and clear communication. Most critically, the client is never taken for granted. I feel like I found a home to take care of the insurance needs of my personal residence, rental property, auto insurance for my three vehicles and an umbrella policy that affords me the protection and peace of mind that I need.

After being with the Kyle Cline State Farm Insurance agency in Glendora for more than four decades we are regrettably having to switch to a State Farm office in Boise, Idaho where my wife and I will be moving to. During the many years we have been insured with Kyles office we couldnt have been more pleased with the quality of the service provided by Kyle and his team (Candice and Gayle). They are always on top of our insurance transactions and are absolutely the best at keeping us advised of changes and recommending enhancements to meet our needs. I once told Kyle that I’m glad that I’m older than he and his office staff because I would hate to ever think of trying to replace any of them! They’re really that good. Bottom line is that they are outstanding and I wish I could take them with us to Idaho.

Ive come to really appreciate State Farm, their employees, responsiveness, and professionalism over the years. I know State Farm has a reputation for being more expensive than other brands, but 1) pricing is actually quite competitive when you bundle services and 2) you get what you pay for. Id not only recommend State Farm in general, but Kyles branch in particular. Candice and Gail in the office are also particularly extremely responsive, professional, and friendly. I was in a fix trying to get a tow through the normal State Farm channels. They were putting me in touch with tow companies, but they werent showing up. We were 39 miles away from home. I called the office of my agent, Kyle Cline, to see if there was some way to escalate it to get us a tow. Kyle himself got on the phone. His response showed legitimate concern for our predicament, he jumped in enthusiastically and within 30 minutes a local tow operator arrived at the scene. That kind of compassion from a business is never a guarantee in life and were so happy that Kyle is our agent.

Any time I need to add a new policy all I have to do Is call them and give them all the info and they will add it for me.I recently added a life insurance to my policy and Kyle came to meet me. I have been a customer for more than 10 years and never had a problem with the office. Kyle and his office are the most unethical and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life. Candice kept insisting that I owned a car that I never did and that I was being charged for a multi car discount removal. The big problem: I NEVER owned more than one vehicle! My mother had told the office that she released her vehicle, which was sold to my father-in-law, and Kyle’s office assumed I owned the vehicle. They never confirmed who went on to own the car and assumed that it was me without asking for proof or verification. Now they are expecting me to pay for that “multi car discount “ for the car I never owned and now my insurance will get canceled because of Kyle’s error. He was unbelievably rude, condescending and insulting and refused to take responsibility for his error. NEVER go through this office if you want to be treated like a human being.
