We needed carpet in a less than a week. The available selection was great, the install team was excellent, and the price saved us over $1k compared to other places. Dario was a pleasure to work with.

Were so happy we used Kwest for our new home! Dario worked with our very complicated situation and timeline (juggling close of escrow and our move-in day) and gave us a competitive price. With Darios advice and guidance, we re-carpeted the entire house and replaced the existing vinyl with colors and brands that fit our style and needs. Kwest is a family business and Darios two brothers led each crew for the carpet and vinyl. Every single person who worked on the project was friendly, hardworking, and showed a lot of care to ensure we were happy with the results. Dario checked in with me regularly to see how everything was going and he was easy to reach via text and phone call. We absolutely love our floors and are grateful for their service!

Getting my floors done with Dario and Kwest Flooring has been the best decision ever for me! Getting to know Dario has been such a pleasure, he is friendly, honest and so helpful. I had trouble in the beginning in making a decision on what type of flooring to go with and he was so patient and helpful with me! Dario and his team did an amazing job at my rental condo and I plan to go with them to have my own condo flooring done soon as well! The flooring looks amazing and was done quickly and professionally. I had a tenant living in the condo at the time of the flooring installation and, they were so kind to my tenant! They helped him move his furniture from room to room. They are amazing! Their prices are great and their work is extremely professional! Dario has been so helpful to me and I am so thankful to have found him and his company. I highly recommend Kwest Flooring!

The Kwest Flooring team did an amazing on our home. If you are looking for excellent customer service, beautifully executed work with a really good affordable price for flooring and carpet in all of San Diego, then look no further. Dario is amazing to work with! I shopped around for flooring contractors and was lucky to find Dario on Yelp. He really listened to what we needed and was so patient and wonderful. As a result, our living room and hallway look amazing. We are so happy. We are going to do our kitchen and bathrooms next. We do not have the words for what Dario did for us. He saved us so much money, eased our stress, and did a great floor. He is honest, loyal, a true gentlemen, and he will do everything to make sure his clients are happy. We highly recommend him.

We cant say enough about how happy we are with our floors from Kwest Flooring! Wed called a few places (one even came out to measure), but then we never heard back from any of them! Very flakey folks out there - which is why we were so impressed with Dario and his team from Kwest.I called Kwest after business hours, just to leave a message, and was surprised when Dario called me right back. We set up a time to meet a few days later and were able to find a floor we loved right away. Dario came out to the house two days later and gave us a quote (very reasonable!) and the installation happened relatively quickly after that. They did prep work (leveled some of the flooring), demo/removal of the existing laminate, installation of floors and baseboards all in a day and a half. And it looks amazing! Weve gotten so many complements and, honestly, they exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Kwest for your flooring needs

I recently purchased and had Kwest install new flooring in my home. I looked at many stores before choosing Kwest. Dario in the office was extremely patient with me as I searched through his inventory. I found what I liked and was offered a good price without any pressure to purchase. I am so happy that I also chose to have his installers do the work. His crew was meticulous through every step! It is very obvious that his installers love what they do. I have never had an experience where I was so happy with the end result. These people are perfectionists and it is so obvious with the work they do and attention to detail. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! I give this company 5 stars but would easily give them 10 if it were available. Affordable and quality!!!

If I could give 10 stars I would. Our experience with working with Kwest Flooring was beyond great. Dario and his team were very professional in all aspects and timely with the project. They kept us informed at all times of what was going on and Dario would constantly check in during the project to make sure we were satisfied along the way. They would make recommendations to what would be best for the family and not once did we feel pressured into anything. Theyd make the suggestion, wed talk it out, and make a decision one way or another without feeling like we HAD no options. I would hands down recommend Dario and his Kwest Flooring team to anyone I know. Prices were very competitive also which made it even easier to go with them vs any other company. Thank you!!!

I dont write many reviews, but I had to stop by and give praise to these guys. Dario at Kwest was a big help filling my flooring needs for our kitchen remodel. Although the manufacturer had some pricey shipping fee structure for the small amount of flooring I needed, Kwest was able to provide a solution that saved me money and just one day later the order arrived. Actually, I was amazed. I found these guys to be very fair and helpful. Overall, Im pleased that I decided to go with Kwest for my order. I will certainly inquire with them for future flooring needs.

Third time working with Kwest- this round, we remodeled my parents home. As usual, they did an outstanding job! For this project, we had Eric, Kevin and Leo and I think they set a record for themselves - they finished this project in 4 & a half days (original estimate was 7-8 days). Great pricing, excellent service - they wont disappoint. We went with an LVT material with white risers on the stairs for this project since this home has quite a bit of foot traffic and rough kids playing all day - needed something that would withstand a busy lifestyle. A big thank you to Kwest, yet again. Dario and his team are hands down the best in town!

I can’t express enough how satisfied we are every time we work with Dario and his team! Trust me! If you are looking for a detail-oriented; punctual; professional; and experienced team, Kwest Flooring is the one! They installed our base level hard-wood flooring after a horrible leak. We loved them so much we called them again to install our gym flooring for our home-gym conversion. Each time they exceeded our expectations.

These guys never showed up to the job. Dario was supposed to meet me at noon. I txted at noon and he replied saying he’d be there shortly. Waited 45 minutes with no call, nobody showed so I gave Dario a call. He said his brother was supposed to be there by now and that he’d give him a call, and call me back. Well I never got a call back from Dario and nobody showed up.A lot of reviews here say great work has been done for other clients. I can only hope they’re real reviews and wish we could of done the same.Truth is the interaction I had boiled down to pure carelessness on Darios part as well as his team. Sorry to call you guys out, but you earned it.

I’ve done design work for a couple of decades while doing umpteen projects on my own home and Kwest truly brings back the spirit of old school CARING for customers. They also happen to offer the very best price! They went above and beyond after the sale assuring I was happy with some situations with product that went south which had nothing to do with them. I never expected such amazing service as it’s very hard to find anymore, especially after the sale. Great business selection and amazing service and price. No need to go anywhere else for your flooring needs and nice to support a business with morals like this.

I wanted to replace the carpet in my upstairs bedrooms, closets, and hallways with wood laminate. I shopped around... and shopped around... and shopped around some more. Every big name, every major company, every colored apron. I called them, talked to them, received quotes online, in store, and via email., all before I found out about Dario and his team at Kwest.If youre reading this, I found Kwest the same way you probably did... through an internet search. After dragging myself through the mud with other companies, I reached out to Dario for a general quote and found myself in his shop the next day. His son spent hours with me, literally, answering every question I had, pulling samples, providing me with quotes, pulling more samples, taking samples outside to see them in natural light, looking at them inside to see the gloss and reflection, discussing the pros, cons, every detail. He wasnt trying to rush me out for a quick sale, he wanted to make sure that I had all of the answers I needed to make the best decision possible. From that moment forward, I had zero doubts about my choice to go with Kwest.Dario was out at my house that very day. He took measurements, provided me with the final estimate, and it should come as no surprise that his bottom line price, materials, labor, all of it... beat each and every quote I had received. Not just by a little either. It wasnt even close. The Kwest team was at my house mid week and by that next Saturday, exactly one week from when I first walked through his doors, the upstairs of my home was complete. It was unbelievable. Efficient, skilled, and dedicated, the guys at Kwest worked non stop. Even when it began to rain, they found ways to keep progress moving.Im not just happy I went with Kwest, Im ecstatic and grateful that a random web search brought me here. Soon, Ill be having the floors downstairs done as well. Im going to save myself two weeks, by skipping the search of every other company out there and instead heading straight to Kwest.Thanks guys!!!

Just called for a quote for flooring repair and this person indicated they won’t have availability for a month. I said that timeline would be fine may I please have a quote. He then completely turned down my business saying he doesn’t have the manpower. Not even in a month like you just said? Apparently not. Thanks for nothing.

After searching for a flooring company in San Diego, I decided to hired kwest to install laminate flooring in four rooms and livingroom/dineroom Dario recommended me to install vinyl on my two bathrooms, the results are great, they are professionals and hard working peopleI highly recomend them to any one looking for good price and great work.
