Dr Schneider initially impressed me and I looked forward to working with him. He made big promises regarding veneers and tried repeatedly to accomplish these goals. However when his workmanship failed numerous times, he became visibly angry and emotional. He asked to leave the room and go settle down and this concerned me greatly. He informed me he couldn’t help me and left me with the teeth he had drilled down way too far. In my opinion he was unethical, unskilled and inhumane. I left panicked and lost as to what to do. Fortunately I found an experienced and compassionate Doctor who miraculously provided dental work that often brings compliments.I hope this helps anyone with involved dental issues to steer clear of Dr Schneider.

This was my first visit to Dr. Schneider. From the moment I walked in, I was very impressed with the office, and made to feel very welcome by the staff. I had met Dr. Scheider on one previous occasion but his bedside manner with a new patient is exceptional. He conveyed very clearly what he was about to do, and once he got started was very communicative with each step. It was the most comfortable injection Ive ever had and it numbed me up very well, so my comfort level was high. He replaced the broken crown with a temporary which matched the color of the surrounding teeth perfectly. After getting very concise follow-up instructions and booking my next appointment I was on my way. Ive been to many dentists, but Dr. Schneider stands above the rest! Highly recommended!

From my distress call on New Years Eve with a chipped front tooth, to promptly providing an expert repair (replacement in my case), with cheerful readiness and a skill level second to none, I was treated quickly, completely, and professionally. Dr. Schneiders staff reflects his commitment to excellence and customer care/ service. These folks truly care about getting it right for you, without fanfare or delay.

My first visit I was surprised to find a beautifully designed office, with very friendly staff that make you feel at home the moment you walk in. The location is easy to get to and on the first level, although looking out the window you feel like youre in a high rise. My dental hygienist was very gentle and did a fantastic job. Dr Schneider was very gentle, caring, and sincere. I definitely will be going back!

I think like many people I have an extreme nervousness when it comes to dentist. This dentist visit is the best one I’ve ever had. The dental assistant Lauren was amazing and calming. Its always an amazing experience with Dr. Schneider and his team. I truly love the people in this office. I recently had to have an implant. I was super scared of this process, and Im not sure why. Dr Schneider went through treatment options in a thorough and understandable manner. Also had my teeth cleaned by Jennie, an awesome hygienist.Addendum: Found cavity by crown, I asked if there was a treatment or sealer to arrest progression. He said NO then described $$$$ process to fix. Went to better dentist who applied treatment to arrest cavity. Charged me $40. 3 years later still working great. Dr. S also used his 3D cone xray machine, charged $600 - data was never used.

The best dentist and the best work. Painless and a real pro. I have had 3 extractions and 3 implants and all have been perfect. The staff are very nice an efficient and friendly. Doctor has the most up to date medical equipment in his office which is able to take measurements of your mouth with absolute precision. Dr Schneider is certainly not the cheapest in town but when it comes to YOUR LOOKS don’t YOU want to look like a million bucks AND LOOK YOUR BEST? Don’t skimp with those cheap come on ads. Dr. Schneider and his entire staff exemplify professionalism, integrity, kindness, and most importantly—expertise. I had a temporary crown that was absolutely perfect from the time I left the office until the permanent crown was placed today. I don’t think I’ve ever had dental work done that did not affect my bite in some way, until now. It literally feels as natural as my original tooth. Additionally, he rescued my husband with an emergency procedure for a broken tooth. He clearly outlined several treatment options. While the tooth ultimately had to extracted with a bone graft, Dr. Schneider did so with almost no pain and excellent healing.Could not be happier and would highly recommend Dr. Schneider’s office.

I moved to the West Coast a few years back and have been looking for a good dentist ever since. I can finally say I found one! I felt like the previous office I was visiting was not being honest with me as far as the invasive treatment they kept insisting I needed, so I decided to get a second opinion. I came across Dr. Schneiders practice on the web and based on the great reviews I decided to give them a try. I have to say the reviews DO NOT LIE! Dr. Schneider and his staff are just fabulous. Everything from the friendliness and professionalism of the staff to the cleanliness of the office environment is inviting and comforting. During my initial visit, Dr. Schneider took his time and got to know me and find out what my dental concerns were, as well as what my expectations were from a dental practice! I was able to voice all my concerns without being rushed and he and the hygienist made me feel very much at ease while we went over every tooth....all while being cozy under a blanket! :)Overall I was very satisfied with every aspect of my visits and felt comfortable with the staff. And Im glad I made the switch because as it turns out, I didnt need 80% of the invasive treatments the previous office was trying to sell me. Every visit at Dr. Schneider’s office is a good visit! They take such phenomenal care in making you feel safe both when you enter their office and when they’re working in your mouth! I’m a 76 year old woman with a fear of the dentist stemming from an assault on my life years ago. I told him about that experience and we both agreed on the best ways to continue with dental procedures in a way that meets both of our needs. His office is sanitary and exudes a welcoming warmth. I had a full set of veneers done about 23 years ago by Dr. Schneider. Ive just had them re-done in Germany and have to say that my dentist here who is one of the best, specializing in cosmetic dentistry, was very impressed and complementary of the work. These were veneers that were at the time hopefully lasting 7-15 years. He said the skill required to make them, and also the shaping and all of the tiny details that go into creating them were some of the best he has seen. (And quite honestly...this is what every dentist has told me) My dentist here even took the time in very great detail to tell me why they were so good and a bit about dental history...so he really appreciated the craftsmanship. He also said the Dr. had quite some foresight to not grind down my teeth so much, which helps for future dental health.I got these after a traumatic dental experience from someone else. I know this was a long time ago, but without being too dramatic, Dr. Schneider really changed everything around for me and I think the results really impacted my life and confidence (I was a teenager). I have to admit that the last 6 years I had been dreading anyone replacing the veneers, especially abroad. But I just had to write this review to say that hes really a great dentist and had I lived in the US and not in Corona times I would have considered flying to him to do my new veneers just for peace of mind. So, consider yourself lucky if you have him nearby.

I have been putting off finding an new dentist for nearly two years after moving away from mine and I’m so thankful a friend recommended this office. Diane has been a tremendous help communicating with me and working with my benefits office to ensure complete pricing transparency before I come in. Dr. Schneider is thorough and ensured I was comfortable during every step of my appointments, taking the time to explain all options available and including me in the treatment plan. The office is beautiful and I was amazed by all of the technology they use to ensure the very best care is provided. I have not been to the dentist in over 4 years and Dr. Schneiders staff did excellent at calming my nerves.The receptionist was very helpful with scheduling my husband and my appointments and she took the extra care and time to make sure our insurance nuances were handled. It may seem like a small detail, but it just set the tone for the visit knowing she was handling it all. Elisa was my hygienist and she was so kind, patient, gentle, and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and calm and the visit never felt rushed. The office was impeccable and honestly, it was just the best first visit I have ever had. The staff truly seems to put the patient first and they all work hard together to make it a pleasant experience... which is huge since nothing about the dentist is pleasant to me! Dr. Schneider clearly understands people and has a high regard for his staff, as they are all just the friendliest and most knowledgeable people I have encountered in an office.Update on follow up visits: Still could not be happier with my experience thus far. I have all sorts of problems with my teeth and gums and I really appreciate Dr. Schneiders approach to my care... which is basically not overwhelming with me with the laundry list of things I need to do, and instead tackling one problem at a time. He continuously takes his time explaining each treatment option, the need for it, the benefit of it, and the importance of it. The dentist is not my favorite place, but at least here I dont feel like I am being taken advantage of or pushed into something I am not ready to commit to.

I’ve been going to Kurt for 2 and a half years now and he and his team are by far the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had everything from simple cleaning all the way dental implants and wisdom teeth removal done with Dr. Schneider and it has all been far better than expected. He and his team are generally very punctual and easy going. They explain everything in an easy to understand manner and are always very straight forward regarding treatment, insurance coverage and pricing. I never thought I’d be leaving a positive review for a dentist but over the few years that they have been taking care of me they have provided excellent and transparent service with an amazing and friendly staff, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

If you are looking for a fabulous dentist - you can stop searching right here - there is no one better than Dr. Kurt Schneider. Dr. Schneider and his staff are simply the best around. I first met Dr. Schneider 20 years ago and have had nothing but fabulous experiences with him from the start. He is highly trained, patient, gentle, honest, and personable. He takes the time to get to know his patients and provides only the best care and service available. Over the years, I have referred family and friends and every single one of them has walked away as a satisfied customer.Several years ago, I had insurance that did not offer a dental PPO. I tried the dentists that were part of my plan and never once had the same experience as Id had at Dr. Schneiders office. As a matter of fact, I found that other dentists are not nearly as ethical or honest as he is. Both of these other dentists recommended thousands of dollars of work, but as it turned out, none of this work was necessary! Dr. Schneider has never recommended work that did not need to be done and when I have needed a filling or a crown, he always gets it right the first time. Dr. Schneider is always up-to-date on the latest training and technology and his staff are as nice as they come. His hygienists are so friendly and thorough, his office manager is considerate and charming, and his assistants are just lovely. Dr. Schneider and his staff are professional, thorough, and the best at what they do - simple as that.

Thorough, informative, and friendly; After my first visit today I can say its the best dentist visit Ive ever had. The office feels homey and comfortable; not once did I get anxious (as I normally do it medical environments, including previous dentists). I was very impressed with my first visit. I had a very thorough and complete review of my dental issues. Actually, this was the most thorough comprehensive review that I have ever experienced. My husband also sees Dr. Schneider and I sat in on his first visit with him. Dr. Schneider gave him a very comprehensive exam and made his suggestions. What I appreciate about Dr. Schneider is that he makes his suggestions and leaves it up to the patient to decide which course they would like to take. No pressure. Also, they have a very lovely office and the staff are all very friendly and personable. His assistant Diane is very helpful in going over your insurance coverage and the cost of procedures so there will be no surprises. They are all eager to answer any questions you might have. I would highly recommend Dr. Schneider to anyone who is looking for a very good dentist.

Been a patient here for 2 years and I can’t say enough good things. From the front staff to the hygienists to Dr. Schneider himself everyone is beyond AMAZING! I just went in today for a filling for a pretty deep cavity. I was in and out in 30 minutes and didn’t feel an ounce of pain or discomfort. I always have the best experience when I go there. Even having my wisdom teeth taken out was not so bad. One thing I really appreciate is Dr. Schneider is a master at giving shots. Shots are easily my least favorite part of visiting the dentist and with his technique you barely notice. Seriously! Needless to say, cleanings and routine check ups are a breeze. Perhaps less important than the human element, I have noticed that all their equipment tends to be top notch. I’ve had no reason to check out other dental offices, but I’d be willing to bet that when it comes to technology they are years behind Dr. Schneider. He may not be the cheapest game in town, but when it comes to my mouth he’s worth every penny!

In addition to a sympathetic office staff, Dr. Schneider treated me with a great deal of respect and understanding. Im very picky when it comes to choosing someone to care for my teeth as my dad and two brothers are dentists in Texas so I look for the best. Recently my 14 year old son started getting his cleanings here and he was incredulous how thorough & good a job they did cleaning his teeth especially compared to pediatric dentists who basically just brush your teeth with fluoride.

My experience of being able to go back to the dentist was great! They had everything planned out to protect themselves and me. You wait outside and they text you when ready. You are let in and they take your temperature and ask health questions. You put on some shoe covers where you just step into a box and it automatically covers your shoe! Then everything else is basically normal with the exception of some cool filter and suction systems that prevent spreading aerosols. It was great seeing Dr. Schneider who stopped in! He is an exceptional dentist! It was great getting my teeth cleaned. Thank you to the staff there for making the experience easy!

I went to another dentist for a routine cleaning and was told I needed a ton of dental work. To make matters worse they wanted me to do it right then and there. I’m so glad I decided to wait because I saw Dr. Schneider for a second opinion and it changed everything! The treatment at the other office was unnecessary and would have been very costly. Dr. Schneider was trustworthy, friendly, knowledgeable, and very realistic. I will only be going to Dr. Schneider from here on out! Everyone in the office is very friendly and welcoming. Both he and his staff are excellent, and his office is very impressive, state-of-the-art, and clean. Dr. Schneider really took the time to make me feel comfortable and thoroughly examine my teeth. During my visit I didn’t feel rushed or passed over. He was very precise and good at communicating what he observed during my oral evaluation (spots we’d need to keep an eye on, etc.) and I felt like I could really trust him. He did not try to upsell me on any procedures or other things I might need done (like my last dentist had). I am 91 years of age and want my teeth to last as long as I do I entered his waiting room and was immediately greeted by one of his friendly employees. I took advantage of my early arrival by planting myself in his electric massage reclining chair. I first heard of doctor Schneider 22 years ago when I was pregnant with my first from an emergency room nurse at Mission Hospital. My father flew in from NY and had prior dental work before he arrived, causing an abscess. It was forth of July weekend 1996, and Dr. Schneider opened up the office to help a man he’s never met for a family he never knew. We have been his patients ever since. My Husband’s Family all see Dr. Schneider, our friends, and my children (who are now adults) do too. I needed an old filling in a lower, back molar replaced due to cracking. Today, the filling was removed and the tooth was prepared with a build up for a temporary. I am awaiting a permanent crown. I have had this done at a previous dentist that was not a positive experience and resulted in a root canal. To say that I feared this process again is to put it mildly. Dr. Schneider and his staff do EVERYTHING you make you the most comfortable and at ease. He is amazingly gentle and easy to communicate with. His temporaries are so well fitting they could be the permanent crowns. He is very much a perfectionist and knows his craft well. His assistant, Laurel is friendly, professional and makes you feel like you are the best patient..so positive. You are greeted by Diana each time and engaged in conversation that puts you immediately at ease. The entire staff is top notch. To end the positive experience, there are always fresh baked cookies and cold beverages for the taking. I am finding my experiences at this office to be my best dental experiences in a very long time.

We located to Mission Viejo from Carlsbad where we were spoiled by a top notch Denist and office staff. I spent a lot of timeResearching local dentists here and decided on Dr Schneider. I set up our initial appointments with Denise gave her all the information that she requested. She communicated to me that Dr Schneider requires for us to have a complete exam, full mouth X-rays and cleaning for our first visit. I told her that would be fine. She told me that our insurance would be an out of network plan. I told her that’s ok and that our previous Denist was also out of network and we would pay the dentist direct and then receive the out of network allowance from our insurance company. So all seemed to be fine. She booked our appointments, told me to go to their website to print out the new patient form fill it out and bring it in 10 minutes ahead of our first appointments. I agreed. Later that same day I called back to update Denise with our insurance member# and to ask her if I should have our digital X-rays sent to her office for our appointments. She was away from her desk and the gal that I spoke with said she would have Denise call me back.She never did. That was late afternoon Monday. Denise scheduled my husbands appointment for Wednesday morning at 10:00am. When my husband arrived to Dr Schneider’s office for his appointment Denise turned him away telling him that we do not have appointments scheduled because they have meet Dr Schneider’s allowance on the insurance that we carry. We carry a premium PPO plan. Really?? How rude! So very unprofessional! She never followed up with us to let us know that Dr. Schneider didn’t want new patients with our Dental PPO plan. Which by the way is a very good Dental insurance plan.My husband has a very demanding position and it required a lot of work for him to reschedule his meetings so that he could be there Wednesday morning for his scheduled appointment. My husband was extremely upset! When I called Denise after hearing from my husband what had happened she said that she was sorry. I felt she wasn’t sorry and gave me her conditioned response. So our objective was to find a reputable local dentist that offered services for porcelain crowns, Invisalign, and an office that has good dental hygienists.I made a big mistake calling Dr Kurt Schneider’s office. The best thing I could say about my last visit, was after a extraction of an infected root canal, splitting it from a fused crown. And a bone graft, I felt just as good after the appointment as I did coming into the appointment. I have been a client for over 15 years for almost every procedure from Dental cleaning to tooth implants and everything in between. The reason I keep coming back is that Dr Kurt Schneider stays ahead of the curve as far as new procedures are concerned. Example............remember when they were ready to give you the Novocaine and they pulled out that needle the size of a Monkey wrench that should only be used on elephants? What a pleasant surprise to see that replace with a small piece of plastic hose attached to a very small needle that when use by Dr. Schneider made it a pleasant experience.I do have to compliment the rest of the office with Diane the office manager keeping me posted on my insurance and Alisa who does my cleaning and makes sure I brush every night...........jj

Per usual, the receptionist had my paperwork ready before I arrived for my appt. In this case, it was the yearly personal information and privacy practice forms that need to be signed. Once completed, I went right back with the dental hygienist for my biannual cleaning. She asked some very specific questions about my dental health and compared my overall exam with the previous exam to track my performance so to speak. I was finished in about 45 mins. In addition to the expert dental care at this office, they are very professional in their approach to each visit as well as the patient experience overall. Very thorough.

For many, many years, fear was instilled when it came to fathoming dental procedures. I never wanted to go, and i hardly ever went! That was probably a bad decision.Fortunately, my 1st cavity came when I was 21... so, I got that fixed, but was then told ALL 4 of my wisdom teeth needed to be pulled out as well!! OMG? WHAAT??My 1st super wise tooth was the WORST ever... !! The DDS told me NOT to look just prior to administering the anesthesia, and of course - what did i do?! - I looked!! That caused me to hyperventilate and freak out AND even cry!! (and im NO cry baby)... that set my underlying-instilled fears in stone hahaAfter that experience, the field of dentistry was on a demise for me!! I avoided the dentist for 10 years!!! Sadly, it was 10 years too long...I must say, I did not anticipate the kindness and gentleness of this practice I only recently discovered. I had a free consult with x-rays on my 1st visit, then we discussed a treatment plan. There was NO pressure, and the staff is AMAZING!!! Those ladies make you feel exceptionally comfortable.Finally, most importantly! The reason I freaked out when I was young was because the DDS was NOT very gentle! & honestly, I just felt very uncomfortable!Dr Schneider is quite gentle. I didnt even realize he was numbing me up when he did! He gave me NO real warning and just kept me calm. That is VITAL!!Being a medical professional, this type of bedside manner is the most reputable. I am happy to say I have a dentist! (whereas before i really felt like i didnt need one haha)... I NEED 1!I am so content with this facility that you can bet your sweet bottom teeth that Ill be biting my way back in there very soon (mostly because they SAY i should hahaha)For excellent quality care, go see Kurt & his amazing staff!I promise you wont be disappointed.

Loved it is a metaphor that does not apply to oral surgery. I have significant dental issues arising from age and stupidity. Bone transplants, crowns, implants, root canals, and just plain ugly is part of my metaphor. Dr. Schneider just keeps on sorting through the issues with aplomb and skill. Very few will have such significant issues but if Kurt can handle my issues, e.g., close to 16 teeth replaced, then he can handle yours.
