Could not be more thrilled with the results! We struggled to find a solution for our son, who still had numerous baby teeth at nearly 13 years old. We were told by two other orthodontists that they’d have to be surgically removed, leaving him nearly toothless in the process! Painful and expensive, we kept searching for another solution that would better address our needs. Dr Kung took time to fully evaluate our son’s circumstances and opted for an approach that provided the room needed to allow his adult teeth to come in naturally, WHILE in braces. A year and a half later (5 months ahead of schedule), our son will be starting high school with a perfect smile! Dr. Kung is brilliant and his staff is amazing. They have two offices to accommodate the greater Carmichael/Fair Oaks and Roseville areas. If I could put up more stars, I would! Thank you to everyone at Madison Orthodontics.
Dr. Kung is a very awesome orthodontist. Very knowledgeable and caring for his patients. Ethical in every way and is straightforward. Had my braces put on and my expander popped my crown off, Dr.Kung took my call at 1 am and reassured me everything was going to be ok. Opened up his business just for me on a Sunday morning to help me out, thats a doctor that cares. He sure isnt the most affordable, but when you need dependable, knowledgeable, and just simply a caring Dr, then dont risk it, go to Dr. Kung. You will not regret it.
Cant say enough good things about Dr. Kung and his staff. If you want an orthodontist who is ethical, knowledgeable, on top of todays research for oral health, has great clinical skills and personable then he is the doctor you are looking for. I am a dental hygienist who not only recommends my patients to Dr. Kung because of all these qualities, but I send my own children to him, thats how much I trust his work.
My 13 years old son was in a critical brain condition at the intensive care. After several CT scan, the doctor decided to run an MRI & this required the metal wires on his ceramic braces to be removed but the hospital couldnt reach their on call orthodontist! Due to emergency, we were told to try to bring in our own orthodontist. I remembered it was a late Friday night. I called Dr. Kung & he responded immediately, drove all the way arrived Sacramento at 10pm with his tools ready to remove the wires for my son. Words cant express how thankful we have chosen Dr. Kung who gives his 100% commitment & care to his patient. My son was happily returned to continue treatment at Madison Orthodontics after discharged. Thank you again Dr. Kung!

2023-10-19 19:52:40My 17-year-old son just got his braces off, and his smile is beautiful. Dr. Kung helped him straightening his teeth after one tooth wasnt growing in properly. Were so happy with Dr. Kung, he seems to really know what hes doing, his office staff is very friendly and helpful, and so is Dr. Kung. He was trained at Harvard, and I believe he is passionate about his field. Two offices as well, which was really convenient. Highly recommend.

Im very happy that I finished my treatment in a year and a half and my smile came out amazing! Brittany is super nice and it is always great speaking with her each time I see her. Kim and Barbara are a pair of gems and I remember both of them being so excitied for me when I got my braces off. Dr. Kung, I hope you continue being as kind and amazing as you are now. 2023-05-01 22:45:03Just got my braces off after a 10.5 month treatment with traditional metal braces. Dr. Kung and his staff were very professional, and gentle and kind to me as well after they saw I had anxiety. They always treated me like a VIP and Im very happy with the final result. Bonus is that I was finished with treatment 1.5 months early! If youre looking for a competent, caring orthodontist and staff, go here! I was seen at the Roseville office.

2021-11-10 19:41:38One of the best orthodontist to go to. Dr. Kung does amazing work. I was told my braces would be a yr plus journey. Recently was informed that my teeth are making great progress and might be done with my braces sooner than expected. The staff is great and friendly. Brittany and Lori have been very caring and informative. The whole team make my visits great never am I worried about anything. Having 2 offices make it a plus and convenient. Highly recommend. You wont regret them on your team to the process of a beautiful smile.

2013-09-21 18:52:53My daughter has Downs Syndrome. Before visiting Dr. Kung I had previously taken my daughter to a different Orthodontist. To his credit he had an overly-cautious approach. However, I was always left feeling anxious and confused when he would tell me that my daughters mouth was small and over-crowded, therefore she will probably need to have several adult teeth removed to make room for others.My daughters Pediatric dentist, Dr. Sydney Moore, sensed my anxiety and assured me that there was nothing wrong with getting a second opinion. She called Dr. Kung and he agreed to a free exam and consultation.I immediately felt relieved because he was decisive and reassuring. He told me that he thought it wasnt necessary to pull my daughters teeth. He was also sensitive to her needs and her apprehension. He put a pallet expander in her upper mouth and told me that we would take things slowly at first. He wanted to make sure that she was comfortable and could tolerate any adjustments that had to be made. After Dr. Kung observed that my daughter handled things well, he told me that he thought he could speed-up the pace of her treatment.He made me so happy when he told me that she was actually 4 months ahead of schedule because her teeth adjusted so well. When I look at how beautiful my daughters teeth are it makes me so happy that I came to Dr. Kung for a second opinion and for her my daughters treatment. She was able to retain all of her teeth, and now has a beautiful smile to match her personality.I know this is lengthy but in my final comments I have to give Dr. Kung and his entirestaff a FIVE STAR Rating. His wife Jill is one of the most personable people you will ever meet. And the other two office managers, Shannon and Barbara are always kindand courteous. They all make you feel like you are family. And the facility is State-of-the-Art and very clean. I appreciate that Dr. Kung and his wife cared enough about their employees to make their work environment ergonomically friendly. It shows, because they are all friendly and have great personalities.
