Krispy Kreme is the quintessential American donut shop and I love it. As soon as you walk in this Krispy Kreme location you are welcomed by a beautiful array of donuts you can also go to the back and see how they make the donuts. You can see the whole process of making and glazing donuts if you really want too. The service was also really nice with my server being cordial and kind the ambiance was very bad as it is like a fast food breakfast place. The donuts themselves were soooo good. They were definitely freshly made. They were still a little warm which was perfect. The dough was so soft and pillowy and the sugar glazing on top added all the sweetness you needed. I highly recommend getting the Krispy Kreme app as they always have some deals going on. I was able to buy these dozen donuts for free because of this. However the donuts usually are $20 which is somewhat expensive. The quality of the donuts was just amazing so I definitely recommend for others!

I feel very bad because the lady who served me gave me the donuts that she decided to give me, and she didnt let me choose my donuts, and then I asked her to please exchange a donut for me, for a chocolate one without filling, because my son She doesnt like the filling, but the lady told me no, that they were only from Dishplay, when I saw that the customers she served before me, they chose her Donuts... You either love hot and fresh Krispy Kreme donuts or you dont. I DO lol. We made a donut run and thankfully the fresh donut light was on. We got 6 assorted donuts from the display and 6 glazed as they came out of the glazing process. Best time to get them. Grabbed 3 of the glass bottle chocolate milks to compliment the donuts. I visited for my birthday redemption coupon for 3 free donuts, but the cashier tried to give me 1. When I pointed out the mistake, she blamed me for not specifying. She mentioned that most customers prefer only 1 donut. The experience was frustrating, as the coupon clearly stated 3 donuts, and she admitted to not reading it, claiming it was my responsibility to inform her.

Really big place and kept up very well. Spotless everywhere when we were there. They have a huge glass wall if you want to see them getting made. Staff was friendly and patient with kids. They have coffee and accept credit cards. Sell flavored milk in glass bottles, plain, coffee chocolate and strawberry. They have family restroom and a unisex restroom also. There is a drive through, parking outside can get really busy because of other shops here.

Friendly staff! Location seems to participate in the nationwide promotions.Ive always walked into the store, but this location has a drive-through counter.I often smell fresh doughnuts and sometimes even jelly doughnuts on the Leghorn Street side!Next to McDonalds, in the same center as Costco.I believe Groupon offers are also accepted here.

The first thing I noticed when walking into the store was how perfectly straight the donuts were lined up! They were neat and looked delicious—they tasted delicious, too! Chocolate iced cream filled, maple, & chocolate with sprinkles (which were adorably mini!). A wonderful donut experience!

I am so disappointed. I always Buy my donuts from the Pacific Commons location but I made a mistake and went to this location via DoorDash tonight, and they triple dipped the glaze on my order of donuts. u can see it’s ridiculous as you can see from the pictures . I took a spoon and scraped off the glaze from one donut. The glaze is excessive .it is normally one dipped glaze on the donuts. I don’t know how their training the new people to make donuts. but this is ridiculous. Seems like they trying to put customers in a diabetic coma with a triple glaze

2020 has been hard and it doesnt look like 2021 is getting easier. I wouldnt be surprised if Krispy Kreme is a thriving business right now. People need their comfort food in times like these. Being in pain from eating too much doughnuts is way better than being in pain from dealing with reality. Luckily my friend knows this about me too and he surprised me with a dozen doughnuts on a day I was feeling particularly down.Im not much of a cryer. I only really cry when Im watching Marley and Me, or when someone else is crying, or when Im talking about something really emotional. Theres probably a couple more things that make me cry, but I dont want to think about it right now because I might start crying. Besides those few times, I dont really cry. Id say for the majority of my life I have not cried more than cried. So I was pretty surprised when I almost started crying when my friend gave me these doughnuts. Luckily, I was able to be a man and not cry when he handed them to me. I ended up crying the next day while I was eating them for breakfast. Thank you Krispy Kreme for helping me process my emotions by eating my feelings.

The variety of donuts was impressive. There were several I would have liked to taste, but I try not to eat a lot of donuts at once. I ordered a chocolate glazed custard donut, which really could have used more filling as only one bite had any. My husband liked his cake donut. There didnt appear to be much effort to keep the tables wiped down, but the place was pretty busy when we went, so cleaning tables wasnt a priority.

Love it here and fast fast. Wifi, but the WiFi does not seem to work or will not connect. The place and the people are great. They even have a nice sound system outside, and its pleasant. Xfinity wifi is on tap, they have a garbage can outside. This may seem like an afterthought, but if you have kids, it is a real BONUS! ALways throwing away napkins, etc.. There is also outdoor seating. They do have some inisex bathrooms with kid sized toilets as well!. Very family friendly.

Had to give it just 4 stars as Krispy Kreme donuts arent exactly a health food.... BUT once in awhile its OK especially around the fall holidays. Around Halloween when the entire population turns Pumpkin Spice Nuts Krispy turns out their Pumpkin Spice donuts! Yummy. Yummy! Evidently Im not the only one that thinks so as the day we stopped in they were dwindling fast! The drive-up was busy, the outside tables full and the inside about 1/4 full tables. The workers are friendly and know how to sell their product. Fast and efficient they whip out that dozen size box right away! We were firm though and held it down to 2 treats for each of us. Ok, so we went to the Stanford Shopping center and walked around while we nibbled. While we limit our trips to Krispy to once or twice a year they dont seem to be missing any business. Maybe they will come up with a Paleo donut soon!

The Tiffany of donuts and also Tiffany priced. There are many varieties to choose from. I usually go with the classic. The donuts go in nice boxes which can also be upgraded. Came in mid week around 8am, no line and even thought there was 2 girls they were quick. Prices were high around 16$ for an assorted dozen, same price even if its the mini ones. I tried the new limited strawberry glazed - was ok not worth the extra money. The strawberry 🍓 filled one was light and not too sweet but did feel a bit too stuffed. The coffee was the worst thing Ive tried in my life. Just tasted like an artificial hazelnut and was so concentrated I got a headache, couldnt have anymore than that 1 awful sip. It was also pretty pricey. There is a Macdonalds across from them in the same space so would recommend them for coffee. Store was clean and there is a table outside. The donuts are fluffy and light and not too sweet !

Visited this place during CoVID and had great customer experience.There are signs posted all around for CoVID guidance which is great to observe. Sanitizer is also provided near the counters.If you visit the place you have two options either Walk-ins or Drive through. I did a walk in to choose the donut of my choice.They have variety of Choices and all the choices are in good quantity. I ordered Coffee with Cream & sugar and Oreo flavor based Donut. Both the items were absolutely great.Coffee: Well prepared and perfect balance of cream & sugar.Donut: This was amazing and it melts right in your mouth. Taste is spot on and stands out compared to other donut places I visit.There are many other Donut options such as Pumpkin Spiced, Chocolate, etc which are equally good.Great experience and will visit again!Note: they have a small outdoor space where you can sit and eat as well.

I’ve been a Krispy Kreme fan ever since my high school days, back when dinosaurs roamed the earth. They are my favorite donuts, hands down. Some people find them too rich; I find them perfect. I like everything they make here, but my favorite is the plain glazed, especially when it is hot. I watch for the neon window sign that says “Hot Doughnuts Now,” because when the angels in Heaven want sweets, they send someone down to fetch some of these.(And if they want ice cream instead of donuts, they go to Rick‘s Rather Rich Ice Cream in Palo Alto‘s Charleston Shopping Center. And if they want barbecue, they send down to Bryant‘s BBQ in Kansas City or to The Joint in New Orleans. But those are other stories.)

Covid-19 precautions here are top notch. They have a drive-through and if you order online, you can pick up your online order at the drive-through so theres minimal exposure. As always, the best donut is the classic glazed one, BUT the new mini strawberry cheesecake donut they recently launched is amazing too. Some of the other stuff is less exciting (the donut holes are often dry, and for some reason I am not a fan of their chocolate glazed donuts; the chocolate they use isnt the deep classic chocolate flavor that youd get from a ganache, for example). But if you can get one of their classic glazed donuts when its hot off the belt? Perfection 👌

These arent beefy donuts, but rather are the melt-in-the-mouth treats that satisfy a sweet tooth craving.If you want something to really get your teeth into, this isnt the donut for you. And, theyre less satisfying as left-overs, out of the box. Though, a quick warm-up in the microwave for 7 seconds gets them closer to the original treat of a fresh made donut.

If you want your doughnuts fast, dont get out of your car. Everytime I come here, there are two people working on drive thru customers, one guy cleaning or hiding in the back, and a line five deep. Their priority is always the drive thru, with no process for waiting customers who get attitude when they finally get attention only after all cars are gone. Not sure why they bother with a store.

Hi, I live in the South Bay and get my donuts from the Santa Clara store. Image these are baked in Mountain View then sit in a truck and eventually get decorated at the store. THE DONUTS ARE ALWAYS STALE........Please try your donuts. Delivering the Donuts more frequently might be a good idea or not selling old stock........ just a mess.Everyone should drive to the Mountain View store for fresh donuts......The Santa Clara Krispy Kreme does not do any backing.....ugh!!!!

This location has a constant issue with raw doughnuts sticking to the proofing grates. This results on misshapped doughnuts that needs to be discarded. My family waited over 45 minutes (and sat through 3 batches) for enough doughnuts for a dozen fresh, hot doughnuts that they are willing to sell. This repesents 4/4 chances that my family has given this location to produce quality doughnuts without exceedingly long wait times. This leads one to ask how often is the machine cleaned... Or even if it is ever cleaned... My recommendation is to visit another location. Its not worth the wait. One can visit if youre interested in seeing how NOT to run a business with automation.
