Im not a doughnut fan, but every couple of months i enjoy an apple fritter from Krispy Kreme. Unlike your typical doughnut shop, its not too sweet, its the perfect size, and it balances out well with a black cup of coffe.

I came in and they gave a free donut sample of their classic donut.I tried their pumpkin spice pecan donut and it was phenomenal. Next time I’ll get it a little reheated but it was delicious and the pecan pieces were a nice touch. I think I should of gotten a coffee or milk to go with these donuts.I’d definitely come back again and Krispy Kreme is probably my favorite donut spot of all time.

This is one of the best places to eat fresh donuts!Here you can watch how they are prepared and get stuck behind the glass for a long time))Large selection and very friendly staff; we were treated to donuts several times while we made our choice. I know this location is very busy throughout the day/night. I guess depending on who is working the coffee drinks can be a bit sweet or more on the sour side. Do double check for the cup size your order. Donuts are good.

I went to this location for the first time tonight inside the place with my kids and the staff on hand there working at the time around 8pm were all amazing. They welcomed us by greeting us, giving us glazed doughnuts to try (my kids loved it, too), and the cashier there, Kristen, was excellent by making sure we left satisfied. Ill be coming back due to the excellent customer service.

Wasnt quite sure they were even in business when I drove up in the middle of the day. Only a couple of cars in lot, landscaping looked pretty drab. Couldnt tell if lights were on inside, looked dark. Chanced the drive thru & it was open. Ordered half dozen donuts and an iced mocha. Donuts were ok but, hey the light wasnt on so what could I expect. Wont get the mocha again. Tasted like it was hot & they just tossed some ice in at the last minute. Took a while to chill down. This wasnt the Krispy Kreme experience I was used to. It looked like a sad, little shop. Nothing compared to when it first opened years ago. Maybe they are getting ready to close?

Went to get my pick up order at 5pm on a Sunday (06/09) to bring in donuts for my coworkers the next morning. Upon entering there was no wait. I walked up to the mobile order pick up counter. A young women who appeared to be the supervisor on duty (she wore jeans and a company shirt) was talking to the employee at the register. I was never greeted and my presence wasn’t even acknowledged. After 10min they just walked away. Then an employee named Melanie, hard at work making drinks for the drive thru asked if I’d been helped. I gave her my name and she promptly grabbed my order and even gave me a free donut sample for the wait. I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade, Krispy Kreme needs to hire and promote more people like Melanie. She really made up for her coworker and superior’s lack of service.

If you want to avoid a line, come here before noon. You can never go wrong with Krispy Kreme donuts especially when you time it right and come when they are not busy. Since I was in the plaza for my appointment at another store nearby, I stopped by Krispy Kreme to get some donuts for my nephew and niece. My appointment was at Mens Warehouse so I just park there and walk to Krispy Kreme. They were very busy in their drive thru but I went inside which they were only 2 people in line. I got a dozen donut in a box, the original glaze, chocolate glaze, chocolate glaze with sprinkles and maple. The employees were very nice and some people sat outside to eat their donuts.

Love Krispy Kreme - their speciality original glazed is always the best flavor. I love that they do discounts and deals for bdays and holidays. This is a spacious location in Burbank — the other flavored donuts in my opinion are never as good / sometimes not as fresh. I would recommend the glazed everytime. They’re sweet, satisfying to the sweet tooth, but the only thing is the size. They’re not satisfying if you’re trying to fill yourself up (as with any donut / sweets) and they’re small and will probably make you want to eat more! But in terms of taste and quality Krispy Kreme original glazed is always a great option for a quick dessert!

It feels like it was ages ago and the hype was bigger than Dunkin Donuts arriving in LA a while later. I also remember being annoyed by the hype and that in turn hade convinced I didnt enjoy their donuts.Well. I am happy to admit I was wrong. Krispy Kreme has excellent donuts and they fit into the donut world with their own take. I really appreciate the size of their standard donuts. I also really like their filled donuts, including the chocolate filled ring donut I had on this visit.I recommend parking and going inside to see the open kitchen as they crank out countless donuts.

Krispy Kreme is always the move for a donut. No matter what time it is, there will usually always be a line due to how popular it is.I recommend going inside and ordering. You can ask for a fresh glazed donut and the first ones free! The donut was warm, sweet and absolutely delicious. My friend ordered a half dozen and almost ate them all before we got home.Personally I only order the glazed donuts here. Most of their other flavors are solid, but I’ve had better at places like Randy’s or Sidecar.Always worth going here (In moderation!)

If you are looking for children entertainment and donuts, this is the place! The donut machine is so fun to watch..I mean, frosting waterfall?! If the light is on, everyone gets a free hot donut. The staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. They let you know about any available discounts too. I am a Krispy Kreme Lover and have been since a Kid. On Saturday, June 22nd, 2023 I ordered a dozen original glaze donuts. Ive been craving them soo bad. I ordered them through Door Dash and When the dasher arrived and gave me my box, I noticed that the donuts looked like they didn’t have any glaze on them but I did see a speck of glaze and said “Okay I see something and I just cant wait to eat them”. When I got into the house, I opened the box to my favorite donuts but noticed they looked dry but wet at the same time. It looked like they were sweating AND I noticed the box had a plastic window. Krispy Kreme donuts from the Store doesn’t have a window on the box so I started thinking that maybe thats where they came from but I really hope not. When i bit into the donut i thought i was eating a pretzel that was wet with a trace of glaze. They were stale and wet but dry at the same time!! I immediately started to tear up because I waited for this moment for a few days and Im pregnant. Ive hade The famous Krispy Kreme donuts even when the “Fresh” sign wasnt lit up and they still were magnificent. This did not sit well with me AT ALL and Ive emailed a few times with NO RESPONSE

I love Krispy Kreme especially since I’m from NC (home of KK)! Great doughnut but I was upset when the hot now sign is on and my glazed doughnuts were not hot 🙄. Would have never come if I knew it would be an hour wait for donuts. Waste of time. Not worth it at all. I really enjoy coming here to this location even though the one is Pasadena is much closer to me . Unfortunately I think I’m going to start going to the one in Pasadena because I keep having to deal with this lady named Debbie who continues to always give me attitude and she’s always rude to me . Iam a super nice person and it’s really disappointing when people discriminate you for not being white . (I’m Latina ) and unfortunately I keep getting the short end of the stick with her as she is always rude to me. I say that because I see how she is with the white people ahead of me in line she’s super friendly and nice to them asking if they have the app etc. etc. and when it comes to me she’s just a whole different vibe and frankly I’m tired of it because I’m so freaking nice and shouldn’t tolerate rudeness . I stopped in to get a dozen donuts for my friends at the Hallmark store and one for my family. They had a cute Elf box for the donuts. They had ribbon looking one and Santa donuts and Elf donuts. They were decorated so pretty and man did they ever taste good.There was a wonderfully kind and very professional woman there that helped us. She looked liked she was of Indian decent. I really liked her and wish I had seen her name.The place was very packed and also very clean. I came here a few days in a row, each time, Brittany and another girl, would talk about me. She would say rude things about me. And judge me. On this day, I ordered 6 mini donuts, two glaze, and one cinnamon donut. I love Krispy Kreme but I live in Sherman Oaks so I don’t stop by regularly, today I went there because I was close by doing some errands and was suprised there was no line at the drive thru at all, I ordered a custom dozen paid and left to do my errands. When I got home 3 hours later I discovered they gave me a Holiday dozen instead of what I ordered, which is not even close to what I ordered. I called the store and no one answered, called customer service and after 30 min hold they took my information and thanked me for reporting the issue and hanged up ☹️ I’ll have to eat what I got because they didn’t try to resolve the issue. I hope what I got tastes good too, but I’m still disappointed.

Employee outside blocking the entrance at 9:30 PM when the store closes at 10. Very unprofessional and aggressively rude. We ask why they were. It letting anyone in, and he said because he said so? Hopefully corporate does something about it, never had issues like this, but if the sign says 10, shouldn’t the store close at 10. We not only wasted time but gas. I came with my daughter to treat and reward her ;but we left without doughnuts after having a bad experience. Unfortunately I didn’t have my card on me and my phone was dead at the time so I couldn’t do Apple Pay. We’d ordered a dozen donuts though which would’ve been $20 with some change, and they couldn’t take my payment because it was a $100 bill and they didn’t have any change. I then asked my sister to get a 1/2 dozen now instead with her card and their system didn’t read her card properly so we ended up having to leave without any doughnuts to my daughter’s disappointment. I asked to speak to a manager and they said they were in a meeting. I feel like this situation could’ve been handled very differently. This Krispy Creme is in a conflagration of stores jammed into one of the worst planned parking and driving areas anywhere I have ever seen. Non of this is Krispy Cremes fault, but getting to this one is an adventure. The store itself is cool. We go maybe once a year or so. My kids really enjoy watching the donuts pass through the fryers. Actually so do I. If you can get them fresh, they are special and really very good. Always a line in the drive through, but we always go in. Service is quick and pleasant. This is a very busy Krispy Kreme location. You can walk in and watch the assembly line of automatic donut machines which is very fun to watch while youre waiting to order. They have a good selection of donuts and drinks such as coffee, lattes, and some frozen drinks. The manager Carla and the employees were great. Today(9/13/2020) during the mid-day rush they had to deal with a big Karen moment with the line waiting outside the store. My boyfriend and I got in line and waited just like everyone else and once we got closer to the door the people waiting in front of us(a mom, grandpa, and kiddo) were joined by another mom, a grandma, and three more very little kids. So their group of just three grew to eight just like that. Since they were next to go in an employee asked how many were in their group and after he was told he kindly suggested that they split into smaller groups because only seven customers were being allowed in at a time. One of the adults insisted that at least eight of them went in altogether and the employee reminded them that it is only seven, and if they wanted to still go in as a group of seven it would be quite a while because they would have to wait for all the people currently inside to leave. The moms and grandma complained but ended up saying ok. Twenty minutes passed and the lady behind us got really fussy and went to go bang on the door and complain to the manager. Her complaining got the moms in the big group riled up as well as a mom that was waiting further down in line. The manager and employees were all very nice and professional and didnt even blame or bring up the family in the front causing the wait(clearing the lobby just for them). The manager apologized, reminded them of mobile orders so they could wait in their car if they wanted to, suggested drive thru as well, and then went back in and of course all the moms started ranting Im calling corporate to report her. Just WOW, they were so rude to the employees and they still waited and got onto their phones to call and everything. The big family group went in right after that anyways. I dont mean to post an entire freakn story, but the employees really didnt have to deal with the way they were spoken to. Working during a pandemic, especially at an extremely busy location, sucks enough and then to deal with people who bring the whole family and act the way that they do? Just terrible. If You are planning to ho soon, avoid it. We were there last week and we were waiting un the queue for 45 min. The Donuts were hot and delicious but do not waste your time there. In case that You really want to ho, get Out of your car and go by feet, is going to be faster.

I have always loved the Krispy Kreme. They give out free donuts to kids, and at specific times of the day, you can see the impressive donut machine churning away. It makes fresh hot donuts. Not to mention that they are the most delicious donuts in the world. Staff is always very nice and friendly. Service is top notch.

Went through the drive-thru, and the lady taking my order was very helpful (prompt and kind) in assisting my choices. She had the kindest smile, was very polite, and told me about the deal where you get the extra donut for like 30 cents. She could have let me drive away without knowing about it, but she didnt. The latte I got did have A LOT of ice in it, so ask for little ice if that bothers you, but the donuts were perfect.

Awful customer service!! None of the staff knew what was going on, disorganized. Was told a different thing from each person. Ordered 2 dozens and then they wanted to charge me for 4. Asked for a paper bag to go with the order, they questioned it and looked at me like I had no right to request anything else. I mean, its donuts, not homeland security 🙄Filthy floors inside the kitchen, uncooked dough laying on the floor of the oven, right where the fresh donuts go through.I usually dont leave any reviews anywhere but this experience was so awful that I feel like I HAD to.

This is a great location. I ended up here coincidentally while visiting another store in the mall. The place is awesome. They have an elevated walkway for kids to observe the donut making process and on top of it all they were giving away whole donuts as samples. They were incredibly busy for a Friday night but the atmosphere was vibrant and elated. This is a special place in the middle of Los Angeles.

Love this place and it is usually wonderful all around. Clean, friendly staff and their donuts are worth the wait.Im sure it is because of recent events that today the wait was longer. But that was ok for me what bothered me was when I got to order the donuts. The female attendant on the intercom was rushing me and cut me off several times. When I got my order it was a different person. (This guy was very polite and patient with me, had to use my app and my phone was acting up) when I got home I noticed that my order was not correct.I was so nervous when paying and taking the bag. I did not review my receipt. Just try to take the extra time even though you might get rushed by someone that is tired and probably over worked. I get it...its just frustrating when it happens to you.

Have been here too many times during the pandemic lol...Go for the dozen, it is a better value - roughly 2 bucks more than if you were going to buy a half a dozen. Website menu is different at some locations, be prepared to alter your order. Lines were super long, but can be a good family time in the car.

Always tastey, and my kid loves watching the donut machine so its always a good time. I bought at 1030am and the fritters were undercooked and doughy and I tossed them. I got them to go so I couldnt bring them back. I was disappointed but my family enjoyed the rest of the box.Service is good and is efficient as can be. It gets crazy in there and theyre doing their best. Good operation.

I, myself can no longer eat these delicious donuts, but my family can. I placed my order through the app (I decided to order when we were basically there 😅), and waited patiently for 15 minutes, as instructed. My husband went inside to pick up our order and after 5 or 10 minutes, I went in to meet him. They werent ready, which was ok, not a big deal. He informed me that I just missed a man-child throwing a hissy fit over something and the manager was calm, cool and professional, asking the spoiled brat (not her adjective, its mine) to lower his voice. He deliberately knocked a drink off the counter and it spilled all over the floor.. A few customers, including my husband, told him to knock it off. I commend the manager tonight (9/4/21) for being so patient with this_____ - fill in the blank. Oh, and the donuts were thoroughly enjoyed.😋😋

Just drove from Santa Clarita, waited in the line for about an hour which was expected considering its one of the only locations nearby. I ordered my dozen, half regular, 3 maple iced glazed, 3 chocolate iced glazed. The car in front of me must have known them or something cause it took quite a while for them to wrap up. Which I think might have distracted the employees because when I got home, I didnt have what I had waited ever so long for and paid for. I am now over 20 miles away at home, and dont want to drive back over to Burbank to wait in line again and have my order corrected. Tried to call them and nobody answered. I hope someone at the shop can make this right for me. Wouldnt have been a huge deal if I didnt wait over an hour only to get home and be disappointed. Fingers crossed someone gets back to me, because I was Uber stoked to have Krispy Kreme.

Got off work one night on a Friday and really wanted some coffee. I googled around since I was not familiar with the area and saw that there was a 24 hour Krispy Kreme not to far from where I was so I set out. What I was expecting (a slow, late night, dark, quiet place, with barely no people) was not what I found. Once I neared the location I was surprised to see the longest line ever in the world. lol. As long as any In-N-Out line. I felt like I stumbled upon a festival event. It was pretty exciting. I decided to park since I could see that the inside was open. This place was big and I loved watching the donuts being made on the belt while I ordered and waited for my donuts and coffee.

Talk about bad donuts for the price. Only good if they are fresh. Wait a few hours and they are just like a sugary clump. Always a wait for service, even when there were only two other people in front of us, we still had to wait more than 15 minutes. There wasnt a lack of workers, they just didnt care. More attention was given to drive-thru
