Krispy Kreme doughnuts is really good. The location on Artesia Boulevard is very easy to access and is near the freeway. If you have a hunger for donuts, this is a fine place to go. They always have promotion so it’s good to use the app so that you could get a good deal, also they have coffee and other drinks that you could buy there. I don’t really go to often because the donuts are very very sugary. That makes some taste really good, but I can’t say there’s any health benefit to eating these donuts. It’s just if you have a sweet tooth then you can go there once in a while and grab a dozen. I like to put them in the fridge and then eat them. Let the falcon fly!

I normally do not come to Krispy Kreme because their donuts are just too sweet for me. But I had a voucher for three dozen donuts that I didn’t want to go to waste. This Krispy Kreme is huge! They also have a drive-thru and are open 24 hours. So you can always get your donut fix whenever you want.When I entered, they seem to be operating like an oil machine. You see donuts being made and the whole process is pretty stellar. They offer a variety of donuts, coffee, and other beverages. When I redeemed my vouchers, it was easy peasy. In and out! The staff was very helpful and they also greeted me when I entered.Even though I don’t like their donuts, I know many people who do. With the friendly environment, I’ll come back just to treat others. Especially my daughter 🤣.

1. One line for both in-store and online orders, get really confused. She is helping in-store line only, and Im standing there for 10 min. Nobody calls me or my name. I had to sneak in and mention my name myself eventually. What is the point of ordering online if you end up like waiting in-store people? Not organized, not professional, especially during rush hours or busy hours when they offer promotion.2. One of the young lady employee was very rude to my 10 year old son when he nicely asked if they had a sample. I wish I had got her name tag. Another lady a few days before our last visit was very nice. There are mixed attitude employees work here some are very nice and some are very rude. Dont want to end up with rude ones when visiting next time. Visiting here is like a gamble.

I went in for just coffee and I got a free sample which made me get more donuts 😀. Amazing customer service and really good donuts. Just ordered the NEW Strawberry Glazed Doughnut and very disappointing. How does the advertising on their site look like the real thing? It does not, when we received them we were so excited and yet let down that quick. These doughnuts also did not taste fresh at all. Dont recommend trying these AT ALL.

This is the umpteenth time Ive complained about fast food prices, but Krispy Kreme is a particularly bad offender here. $2.69 for a donut? And its not covered in gold foil?Those things were about $1.30 just a few years back. How on earth is a dozen donuts more than $20?Prices aside, their donuts are addictive and very consistent. Its not a universally enjoyable taste - something about their frosting is very artificial - but if you like it, theyve got your taste buds covered for the foreseeable future.The coffee is whatever. This particular location used to be partnered with Coffee Bean, but for some reason their espresso offers have always been very limited. I also really dont like whatever theyre using to flavor their mochas; it definitely doesnt taste like real chocolate to me. At least they offer oat milk now instead of just almond milk (bleugh).Try the maple donut...On second thought, dont try it. No donut is worth $3 after taxes, unless theres a $2 bill inside the jelly filling.On the bright side, I do really enjoy watching hundreds of glazed donuts ride in the big conveyor belt machine. This is during Halloween season… They got the cutest Halloween donut edition. I got a pumpkin donut, chocolate filled and orange icing on top. The spider web donut is also filled with chocolate presenting creative designs on top. The mummy is just yummy The store features Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Coffee. It also has a drive-thru facility and plenty parking spaces available. The pumpkin Spiced latte is too sweet!

If there were a donut equivalent to Willy Wonkas Chocolate Factory, this is it~! You can watch all these delicious perfectly formed calorie bombs free floating in bubbling vats of oil as they fall of the conveyor belt and into the fryer. Your mouth will salivate as they pass through the gooey sugar glazing goodness and into your anxiously awaiting hands! I dare you to stop at one or even a dozen!

Mmmm their doughnuts are so fresh and delicious! Lots of parking out front. The drive-thru line is typically fairly long. We went inside and the line there was also long but at least you get to enjoy watching the doughnuts get made behind the window. Some indoor seating was available.

The chocolate reeses doughnut was so good, cant get enough of it. Theres a coffee bean and tea leaf inside as well if you want to get a drink.

Most donuts here are adequate to satisfy any sweet tooth. However, my favorite donut, the banana pudding is a seasonal dessert donut so Ill have to wait to get that treat.

Oh well... What can I say? You have to just go and try! You can see the doughnuts coming out of the machines and you can get them as fresh and hot as you like. Even for an adult it is awesome to see. The selection is huge: you can fill 2 dozen boxes with unique pieces easy! Yeah, I had some issues this morning while I visited the Gardena Krispy Kreme store. I normally have nothing but positives about this store.So, I went into grab my birthday half-dozen. I presented the KK donut app with my bar code. The employee stated we are out of glaze donuts. I was like, huh, how!? So, I pointed to a tray of glazed donuts that she missed. She stated that there were only 3 donuts left. I sadly, said, Ill take them. Ten minutes later I made it to the front of the line and they lost the 3 donuts 🤦🏾‍♂️. So I waited for another set for 10 minutes and was finally able use free offer and I go to scan my app and it doesn’t work 🤦🏾‍♂️. One staff told me, “just call the 800 number.” 😔I love love KK. Not sure why I had such bad luck today. I don’t typically vent or complain but the frustrating thing was that the employees weren’t helpful or supportive. Perhaps they were having a bad morning. But I do know I missed out on my half dozen for birthday and free coffee 😫 not if sure anyone will read this but it feels good to share with others besides my wife. But I’ll try next year and hopefully change my rating to 5 stars. 💔

Got to this location when the light was on, was so excited since I traveled from far just to treat my family to a good donut and coffee. Was very disappointed when they didnt offer us a free donut and they had no cinnamon rolls available. No one at this location seemed happy to be here..no one was friendly at all. I asked questions about some items and the guy serving us SEEMED irritated and not helpful at all..these donuts are not cheap at all especially if you are buying for your FAMILY. I would think there would be someone happy to receive you..or welcome you...nothing like that here...I have been to other places and they are ALWAYS welcoming and offer a free donut when the light is red...wont come here anymore. I love Krispy kremes their donuts are so good. The service is very fast and very good. Theyre a little bit expensive for a dozen donuts so I dont get donuts there as often as I would if they were a little bit cheaper. And also there quite a ways away from where I live so I have to make special plans to go out of my way to get them. But when I do theyre worth it. I wish that they would try again since through The years things have changed I wish they would try again and open up another shop in Torrance I think it would go over better now because things have changed through the years. I have also recently learned that I can freeze half of the dozen of donuts that I buy and save them for another time. And when Im ready for them I just take 1 out put it on a plate put it in the microwave for a couple of seconds it defrost it and softens it up makes it taste and look just like I just bought them. And since Im the only one that eats them before I started freezing half-a-dozen the glazed donuts the glaze would disintegrate into the doughnut and just didnt look appetizing and the chocolate frosting on some of the donuts wood start melting and running off the donuts . So in general freezing half a dozen works out much better.

Today, June 2, I went to buy the promotion that they have, which was 5:27 and they told me that at 5:30 and at 5:30 I came by again and they told me that the glaze for the donuts was not ready but they didnt tell me. Joshua is a clown. First, he totally ignores and skips over me in line. Looked right through me. No acknowledgment whatsoever. Finally place my order. While Emma was coordinating check out as two guys work on a single transaction at the register, Joshua picks up my order and drops it on the ground. No apology. No urgency to remedy. I was not given credit for the dozen box (reward earned) I lost during the remodel when they were closed. Today I had a free donut any choice. Donuts are okay but tbh thier just way to sweet and after eating them i get the runs like crazy i wont be eating here again ill be going to yum yum where it actually tastes like a donut not just a bag of sugarand i ordered 6 donuts and only got 5

Love the fact that the donuts are palm oil free. The staff never seems to be friendly however and makes me feel embarrassed for not being familiar with how to order efficiently and offered no guidance or help. This has happened during 3 of my visits over the past year. Probably wont go back.

Very busy donuts shop. Lot of parking but full at morning time. Prices is great. Customer service is not that good. They just want to sell you donut. And get out. Also this location is drive through.

Prices are super high. Ask for the freshly made donuts. Once in a blue moon I guess its OK!
