Kris and his office helped prepare a trust for my wife and I. The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. We loved his energy (very much needed when you are talking about what happens when you die) and we were very impressed with his knowledge/experience, promptness, thoroughness, and follow-through. The binder he and his staff prepared for us to get notarized was extremely professional and had very clear and easy-to-follow instructions for how to get the documents notarized. Overall, both of us were very impressed with every interaction we had with Kris and his office and we will be referring his services to all of our friends and family.Kris, if youre reading this, you rock. Kris was super helpful with creating my living trust! He went through each item with me to make sure that I understood the document as a whole, and even had a follow up appointment at the end after signing to make sure that I understood any next steps or future items that may come up. Highly recommend!

My wife and I were looking for someone to help us create a living trust and Kris came recommended to us by one of my colleagues at work. Kris was extremely professional throughout the entire process. A lot of the information can be very difficult to understand, but Kris was more than willing to answer our questions and clarify anything that we needed. He responded quickly to our phone calls and our emails. Creating a living trust can be rather intimidating, but Kris was able to ease that process for us and make it easier to comprehend. Absolutely recommend!

Some time back, my wife and I decided we needed to set up a living trust to make sure that our kids are taken care of in case of an unfortunate situation. My wife looked at Yelp and found that Kris Mukherji had great reviews. Kris was also located close to where we live. We contacted Kris, set an appointment thru Zoom (as it was during COVID-19), and then met him later. He is a very knowledgeable person. He walked us through the whole process and guided us with all the steps. He has in-depth understanding and gives the right advice. The whole process of having Living Trust with us was a breeze and free of any hassle. We highly recommend him.

A couple months ago, my husband and I decided we needed to get our wills in order and set up a living trust. I scoured Yelp and found that Kris Mukherji had glowing reviews and was located close to my office. We contacted Kris, set an appointment, and met up with him a couple weeks later.Our estate is a bit more complicated than some since my husband and I own a C corporation and one of our sons has a special needs trust, which has to be handled in a way that doesnt cause problems with the federal government.Long story short, Kris did a fabulous job for us -- creating all of our living trust and will documents, plus a variety of other documents that are necessary when dealing with an estate. Kris explained everything in great detail along the way and answered all our questions. In addition, he made sure that our corporation and our sons existing trust were handled appropriately.The final signing and notarizing was a breeze -- Kris has a well-oiled system in place to handle that part of the process.An easy 5 stars.

Kris assisted with several different type of contracts; rental, operating, trust and wedding venue agreements. I was impressed by the detail he put into each contract. He brought up items/scenarios that I had not even considered. Kris took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and any specific concerns I had. I would highly recommend Kris to anyone, including family & friends. He is a pleasure to work with. On top of all of this, he did not over charge. His flat fee covered everything, there were no hidden fees, add-ons, or surprises.

Kris is exactly who we needed to get our trust built and our affairs in order. Kris thoughtfully took the time to teach us what probate/estate planning is and how our affairs would be handled if we passed away without a plan. He also brought up a lot of important aspects we didnt initially think about, like a special needs trust for a family member on government assistance, an advanced health directive with HIPPA authorization so the designated health agent can speak to the doctors about care, pour over wills and durable power of attorneys. He also recommended to us an excellent California Professional Fiduciary to handle our trust after we pass so that family members dont have to argue or dispute anything. All and all, Kris is an extremely knowledgeable, patient, and personable professional. In the end, he created 186 pages of documents that will make sure our wishes outlive our existence. We are grateful hes our lawyer!

Kris is a total professional with the utmost integrity. We have used Kris to help rewrite our contracts and provide general legal advice, however, where we saw Kris’ true professionalism was when we needed him to revise our LLC (previously implemented by another large company). We worked with Kris to do our estate planning. We did not know much about what it involved, but Kris took ownership from the start. He explained (in plain english) all the pros and cons of estate planning aligned to our unique situation. He also explained how these pros and cons would change as our careers and life changed. After he collected our information and built the materials, he reviewed it with us in detail and explained what the legal language meant. It was easy to move forward with Kris steering the ship! Responsive and friendly, the voice of reason when you are trying to make business decisions that are affected by the law.
