I love this place. I had so much dental trauma from the past, and had a long road of recovery physically and emotionally. The staff here really care about people. Ive been coming here a little over a year and a half and have had a lot of major work done. Dr. McKinney does fantastic work while being so patient and kind. Stephanie cleans my teeth and is so gentle and caring. Ingrid always greets me with a genuine smile and makes me feel so comfortable during my visit. Thank you so much for helping me heal and learn to take great care of my teeth. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Female dentist was very good, male dentist good too. First hygienist (Hannah) was very nice, second hygienist (Kayla) excellent cleaner my god. Five stars for her. She may seem curt but she gets the business done. Third Hygienist was incredibly rude to me the entire time so I took myself and family out of Kremer dental. I dont remember her name but she basically told me I was an uneducated idiot and gave dental advice for drug users when I do not use drugs. She talked down to me and to this day months later I am still in shock at how they can let someone work there who talks to people like that. Prior to this I would have given 4 stars only because their offered insurance plan does go up annually without notice which I found a bit shady. There should be notice in writing once they take your card number for anything like that! I am a doctor too and I would never tolerate an assistant treating a patient like that FYI

New patient and first time to see a dentist in 7 years after moving from Texas. Everyone and everything was wonderful! I felt sincerely welcomed and at ease. Going back tomorrow for cleaning. The entire office has good vibes, making it an even more pleasurable experience.

Dr. Kremer and his staff were phenomenal during my care. To further add, the decor of the office is simply stunning! They go above and beyond to make sure that their clients are not only in great hands, while they prep and treat each patient, they make sure that you are totally comfortable! I am totally, Team Kremer Dental!

The first phone call to schedule my first appointment for my husband and I was a positive, pleasant experience. We were scheduled in a very reasonable time. Upon entering the office, we were greeted by beautiful decor and a friendly reception. All staff was pleasant and formed a plan for us. Second visit to address our issues was even more pleasant. Professional, pleasant, efficient staff that make a stressful experience much better than ohay. Highly recommend.

Dr. Kara Kremer and her staff made me feel very comfortable and eased my anxiety very fast. As a new patient, I have been traumatized by other dentists, I only go in emergencies because of my bad experiences. But after visiting Dr. Kremer and her staff, the fear subsided and Im finally not terrified to get my teeth where they should be. My son has a wonderful dentist, but I may switch him to here. I am absolutely amazed at their compassion, patience, understanding, INTENSION to save teeth and and not rip them out and the best bed side manner ever. I recommend them 10 out of 10! Pleasant experience all around ❤👏

I’ve been going to kremer Dental for about 4 years now, and they are the best. Dr McKinney has always treated me well and explained clearly the procedures and what to expect. Today eating breakfast, my crown popped out. After calling, they were able to get me seen in a matter of hours. Fixed my tooth and sent me on my way. I’ve had multiple cavities, a root canal and all 4 of my wisdoms teeth pulled, and they have always been professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend Kremer Dental to all my Friends and Family.

Dr Azari is an amazing dentist. Since having a difficult wisdom tooth oull her and Ingrid were awesome and as far as Im concerned the best in the business. professional to the end. Will defiantly be completing my full future dental procedures with them. Total confidence in their work and abilities.

My hygienist was the best and the doctor was great! Unfortunately the front desk lady that checked me out gave me no privacy and announced my information about my appointment and my costs to the entire front office which was super unprofessional of her and uncomfortable for me.The information had already been discussed with the doctor and could’ve been finalized in more professional manner behind the closed door that is conveniently right next to the front desk. This ruined my experience and makes me not want to come back. My hope for others and myself next time would be that privacy is a priority.

I went in to have my teeth cleaned & the hygienist said several negative remarks (fine, I can improve). Then she cut my gum with the metal pick, I was bleeding & her remark was that my gums were sensitive- whose aren’t when you miss my tooth & hack the gum?!I used to love having my teeth cleaned & now I never want to go back.
