Aaron Lanning in my view is number one realtor in Riverside County. I was on the internet looking for real estate agents that were producers in my area when the phone rang and it was Aaron making a cold call. After a brief conversation we made an appointment for his presentation. After his summation of qualifications and accolades. He laid out plans as to how we would sell my home. Everything he said he would do he did, to the photos to the open house. The open house was first day of listing on a Saturday, on Monday we had 4 offers all over the asking price. Aaron was very professional, easy to talk to always took my calls if he didnt answer he called right back. Our experience with Aaron was above our expectation. I would recommend Aaron whether you are selling or buying. Great job Aaron.

Best Agent Hands DownAaron was awesome to work with. My wife and i were not the easiest clients to work with as this was out first home purchase but he always was there every step of the way even if that meant writing up an offer at 10PM on a Friday night. He helped us navigate through a short sale purchase and we got a home $30,000 under market and still closed within 45 days. We ran into some issues with the buyers agent, and Aaron had to basically help and push the other inexperience agent to make sure we stayed on course with the closing. I worked with Aaron for the sale of my house. He certainly went above and beyond working to negotiate the best price for my house. He prepared me for every step of the process. He was helpful for answering questions and was always available. I talked with two other realtors before Aaron was recommended to me.
