Super friendly staff super easy returns exchanges my mom had purchased a jacket in the security tag wasnt removed when I went back in they took care of it for me without any issues of course it was the wrong size for me thats why I was bringing it back anyway and I exchanged it for some T-shirts which my mom really enjoyed seeing me wearing them the store is clean meet well organized staff is friendly returns are super easy even the Amazon returns are simple plus they even give you a percentage off when you go in there its a deal no matter what you do when youre going to Kohls make a calls oh plus the parking is open plenty of parking

I was in the Moorpark Kohls store this morning (11/29/23) and when checking out I was having problems with my phone website. My cashier, Neerv, was so very helpful and showed me things that I was not aware of on my acct. She was so friendly and helpful, I hope everyone has such a wonderful, helpful experience as I did.

I’ve never written a review for a department store before, but for this I had to make an exception.Brought in an Amazon return, lady at the service desk handed me tape and told me to tape up my box. Was a little taken aback, but obliged the best I could. When she started putting it in the bag she said “Ugh, you didn’t close it right, it’s still open”. Then she told me to tie up the bag myself. When I showed her the Amazon return page that said “no box needed”, she responded “we don’t work for Amazon”. Horrible attitude, do not return your amazon purchases here.

The moorpark location has helpful floor staff. The sales floor is very empty. If I want to buy I need to buy online and pick up in store. Simi Valley location is packed with product. It is a Shame their store is so empty.

Ive been to other Kohls where they have their sh.. together as far selection goes.... now whether they know what theyre talking about, thats a different story. Weak selection of mens Nike Polos. This Kohls store is the most mismanaged retail outlet I have ever been to. I was trying to return a shirt that Id bought 2 days earlier, I walked in, there were 3 cashiers standing around chatting and apearantly having a good time. I asked them if they would take my return. One of those ignorant impolite youngsters told me to walk all the way down and turn left, a long walk for an old and permanently disabled person that I am. I believe she was upset I interrupted their fun time. I walked the long way with my broken back to the returns which was clearly pointing to a lady who was busy helping people. After standing and waiting my turn, she said that Im in the wrong area, this stand is only for Amazon returns, and sent me to another place for returns. Thats the true definition of MISMANAGEMENT.They make sure you walk the entire store before you can return anything. It seems to me there are more employees standing idle than customers. Sometimes you could have the entire store to yourself.Also, prices are unreasonably and outrageously high, I visit this store only for their clearance sales deals. Their poor service makes me think twice before I spend another penny at Kohls.

Always find great deals although there are often times that sizes are out of stock. Returns are super easy and the staff there is friendly. When purchasing, sometimes lines can be a bit long, however they go fairly quickly.

I had a great experience here!! Very wide selection of clothing and items to choose from! Lots of coupons available that help make items more affordable! The staff was very friendly! I wanna give a shout out to my friend Nick G who works here, he was super nice, friendly, and helpful! Also, they have carts which are super helpful when carrying lots of clothes. American Eagle should have this. Overall, I’m definitely coming back here. Oh and the store is super clean too!!

I love this location because it allows me to return my Amazon packages in the back of the store. Every time you return something you get a 25% off coupon for Kohl’s.Your best bet is coming here when you see clearance signs all over the place. Prices are pretty high but that’s standard for Kohl’s. It is a larger location and has what you need.

Used to be one of my favorite stores. Merchandise selection is limited, prices are artificially high. They percentage discount, send you an additional percentage discount, and you end up paying what you should have paid to begin with.Jeff Bezos should have taken my advice last year and bought the whole company

Its nice to have a big department store in Moorpark. Target is very different and Kohls fills a niche here. Kohls has been smart to partner with Amazon to deal with returns. Makes it much easier on the customer.Prices are decent. We have purchased mostly clothing here. We had to return a few things because they did not fit and the returns were very easily dealt with in the store.

This store is HUGE. Has a pretty good baby section and even some electronics. All the prices are on these electroi signs so you know they are always up to date. Kiosks around the store let you scan items so you can confirm what the sale prices are before going up to the register

This store was fairly empty very neat they have absolutely rearranged every Department in the store so you literally cant find anything and what makes it worse the employees cant find anything either theyre very nice they will assist you but while theyre walking around trying to lead you to what you ask for they have to find it first somebody should have designed an instore map or something for both employees and customers to make it easier to locate things since everything is been moved around

It was eerily empty. And how are you supposed to find clothing when youre not even allowed to try them on? The fitting room is closed for our safety??? Wouldnt it be much safer to try on the clothes right there versus taking them home in your car to your house where theyre potentially exposed to way more people in terms? It is very disappointing to not be able to try things on. Wont be back until that changes.

I like Kohls when I get a 30% off flyer in the mail. For the maximum discounts get a Kohls credit card to qualify for the additional 30, 20 or 10% Credit Card discount on top of all other discounts. Also shop when the $10 Kohls Cash is offered for each $50 spent. Later if I spent an odd amount like $70 when the Kohls Cash date period starts, I take back an item costing less than the overage ex. $20 to buy it back using the Kohls Cash at the Customer Service desk.
