It’s Kohl’s in Laverne very nice clean. They’ve got plenty of baskets in the front, especially if your elderly like I am, I had to return some items that I had ordered from Amazon. The only thing I don’t like about it, you have to go to the back of the store.Once I was back there process took less than five minutes. The girl that waited on me was very nice and helpful.

A great place to shop even if you dont buy anything. Kohls is missing one important ingredient to their management. A place to sit and buy Coffee or snacks. Target does this but Target does not have my venue of merchandise.

They have the sweetest and most informative employees I have ever encountered! I went to purchase only 1 item and ended up purchasing something else as well, because of the help of an additional employee. That was yesterday. I was online trying to find another item to purchase, and I decided to go to the Kohls website. I ended up purchasing over $200.00 worth. All because of the kindness and help of 2 employees that helped me yesterday. The second was a lady named Amanda. I dont know the first lady that I spoke to but she was just as sweet and informative as Amanda and the cashier. GREAT experience!

Anyone looking for bargains should go to the LaVerne Kohl’s. I was delighted with the clothes I found and the many bargains I got because I used my charge card. They don’t have as many products as WalMart and Target, but their clothes are better looking, and their employees are friendly. I even prefer their carts.

The wife and I visited this store to see if they had a Nespresso machine that was on sale. The store was very clean and neat. As most places today, they were understaffed. No one seemed to be around to help. My wife found a young lady who was very helpful and answered all my wifes questions. We didnt leave with a machine, though, due to it being a prime product, and you can not get the extra % off of a sale price. I gave it 4 stars due to the lack of staff and the Nespresso items advertised, but none of them were on display.

This used to be the best kohls around, but ever since they split the store in half for Amazon Fresh its just gone downhill. The store is incredibly small and its harder to find items, plus the new layout is just not working. Whoever thought about adding Amazon Frsh next door was clearly not thinking at all. Went from being the best kohls to being small, always full of people, etc.

Overpriced clothes of descent but not always of best quality. Visiting Kohls is a fishing expedition,trying to catch merchandise of good value and good quality. Their pricing system of XX% down is a joke. A brick and mortar store with obsolete business model. KOHLS YOU NEED TO CHANGE.

The store is generally well stocked and orderly and its easy to find what you are looking for most of the time. The staff is friendly and helpful, but a bit frazzled at times. My only real complaint is that items in lock boxes, as in the fragrance department, are very difficult to open for staff. It generally takes two or more associates to get them unlocked, which takes alot of time. It is the same for confirmation on sale items, if there is a question to price. I enjoy shopping here and feel I have a very positive experience 90%of the time.

So update after they cut the store in half and rearranged the place, it went from a Macys type of store to just like a Marshalls. Its got a weird security vibe as well, I miss the old place...I went in to return an Amazon purchase, they scanned the box and gave me a 25% off recipe. I used it to buy the same item only a much nicer one. Joy!

Love this store . They are remodeling it so it was a bit awkward for returning items it was like a maze. I like the fact you can order and they bring it out to your car which helped me a lot that day. I purchased some clearance items and they looked great. Great department store with a variety of items of value to shop from instead of going to the mall. Using their 20% off coupons on top of their additional 10 or 20% off sales discounts creates a good value for needed items. Customer service has always been good also.

I went to return a top that I bought online that was too big. I asked a lady if I needed to go to customer service to do the return and she said yes. I needed a different size of the same top so she told me to get the top I wanted and take it to customer service. She even helped me find the same top. The lady in customer service was polite and efficient and I barely had to wait at all. It was probably my best experience ever.

I dont shop at this location a lot so I cant review their selection in a lot of departments, or returns or cleanliness of restrooms. I have purchased socks here twice, and they always have what I want. Also, the cashiers are wonderful, always helping me with coupons, deals, etc.

I dont usually shop at Kohls but it has a wide selection of brand name items. I do remember a very friendly cashier on my last visit who would help customers by pointing them in the direction of clearance and discounted sections for items they specifically needed. Although she did ask me to sign up for a Kohls card for their free reward program, she wasnt pushy after I declined. Very professional and pleasant. I respect the sales effort but also admire the respect to not be too pushy.I bought a couple Fila workout tanks at a reasonable price and have to admit it was pretty good quality.Store was clean. The people traffic wasnt so bad on a Thursday evening.

Worse customer Service, went in for an simple exchange and the cashier seemed to have a hard time with the whole process. I gave her a gift card to apply when She scan the items but she had to void the transaction because she didnt understand I wanted to apply my credit towards the new purchase. The store manager had to assist with the return after figuring it out she charged me about $28 but my giftcard she have covered everything. I asked her how much was the balance on my giftcard and she goes what giftcard? I told her I gave you a giftcard and she goes oh here it is, she scans it and says I need to call customer service. I paid and left the store and when I called Khols it shows a transaction was just charged. So she charged it with the first transaction that was voided. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow.UPDATE: Reached out to management and issue was resolved.

This used to be one of my all time favorite Khols stores but lately the workers there have been more and more rude. My mom went today and the Amazon return lady ripped up the khols coupon attached to the returb in front of my moms face because she was returning and order and I wasnt there in person. My mom has her own khols charge and volunteers to return my items as I am extremely busy to do so myself and she always uses the coupon to go shop around. There was no need for the lady to rip up the coupon in front of her face and speak down to her. Needless to say I do not recommend this store and after thousands of dollars spent here I rather drive to San dimas, Chino or upland then deal with people who obviously shouldnt be in the customer service or retail industry.

I just went to pick up a curbside order and as I looked around I realized in front of the entrance door was parking spaces for curbside pickup and Amazon returns along with regular parking. All of the handicapped parking spaces were at the other end of the store in front of doors that are locked and no longer in use. So a handicapped person would have to walk a great distance but the people coming for curbside service get to park right in front. Doesnt seem like a correct setup to me. As I have been recovering over the past year from an accident and surgery if that was the only choice I had I would not shop at Kohls.

I like Kohls.I used to find plenty of 100% cotton items but now almost everything is made in China and mixed materials. Here in SoCal Im having issues if I dont wear 100% cotton tops. It is a decent place to shop for clothes or gifts. It is sorta like a Walmart except more focus on clothes. They have some good deals and sales, but you will miss out on most of them unless you shop there very often. There Kohls cash expires practically 1 week from when you can use them which is problematic for people like me who dont shop there very often. Makes the 10$ off pointless.

I work at another Kohls store and stopped by this store to grab two items before our employee discount ended. However, the only cashier was extremely slow, literally spending 10 minutes for each customer. After being in line for 20 minutes, another employee came to help ring us up, I didnt have my kohls card so I tried using the Kohls Pay option to make the process easier, but I was told it wasnt working so the employee called her manager. I was then told that I had to go to customer service to be able to use my employee discount, when I could have simply used my employee number and had the manager use their key to enable my discount, but since they did not want to come over they told us to go to the back of the store instead. Already upset I went to customer service only to find a customer checking the prices of each item before buying anything, after about a total of 40 minutes I left the store without buying anything. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received, especially with the trouble I encountered when trying to use my employee discount, and since I know that my store does not treat our customers or our employees like this store.

I was at kohls shopping today. The line was really long so when I got up to the register I mentioned to the cashier that they needed to open more check stands. The other cashier speaks up and says this is it in a rude tone. I reply well this is really sad. One her attitude about the need for additional cashiers and two that customers were having to excessive about of time.

I love Kohls, but recently I took my mother in law there. she is in a wheelchair. I could hardly get her around. We tried looking at socks, we could not get through the aisles. We tried looking at under garments, could not get through the aisles. It is way too crowed, Its not so bad when you can walk everywhere, but when you have a wheelchair its terrible. They need to clear up their aisles!

I like that its never super busy and has many different things to shop for from toys, clothes to home goods. Everything has sale written on it so you think youre getting a good deal but really the prices there arent great. The best thing to do when shopping there is find things on Clarence and use discounts, which they offer left and right.

Ok Im being honest two years ago I was buying the J Lo blouses the ones with the shoulders are cut out but theres still a sleeve. Every new up coming designers are doing the same design different print. The bra sizes are another issue Id like to talk about, when its says DDD cup it should feel like a DDD cup the padded bras have bigger cup ( thats one thing I dont need is padding) and more of a selection.

Long time Kohls customer. Was traveling away from home and robbed of my wallet, money and watch having been knocked to the ground by a motorcycle duo. The gas tank was near empty. Its the 4th of July. Everything is basically closed. Im hot, tired, hurt and broke. I had a fresh, unopened package of briefs in in my travel bag. I went in to try to return them for a little cash to have something to eat. The package bore a large Kohls price tag, so obviously they are theirs. My cash receipt was in my stolen wallet. Then Cory, the manager, refused under any circumstances to give me any cash back. Though he allowed he could override it, that would be against general policy. Apparently the fortunes of Kohls would rise or fall over a $10 package of underwear. For such a hardline stance over trivial, but essential cash to me, they lost a customer that spends thousand annually.The America I grew up in had a heart when unusual things happened and stretched out a hand in assistance. Trying to call their nonexistent customer service is another nightmare. Everything is automated and geared toward one of their products or services with no options to speak with a human. You have to chase down their person to person number on the web. Clearly they find dealing with customers in person annoying and expensive and make you search. Their corporate headquarters is also another corporate entity with disdain for Californians and operates on EST, so their real customer service closes before their stores out west do. 1 out of 7 Americans live in California, but were not worth a full day service, were second tier. So no chance to see if someone can still override a petty policy refund. Theyre closed.We can see the corporate mindset at Kohls as exemplified by Cory at the store level who wont use simple discretion to their corporate headquarter that operates for their convenience.Farewell Kohls. Enjoy that $10 as its the last from me.
