It was POURING RAIN which is unusual for Redondo Beach. I ran into kohls hoping to find boots for my daughter. The only pair in black her size was the display.. but only 1 side was there. . I looked everywhere in the section and then Regina. Saw me searching and ask if she ould help me find what I was looking for, so I asked for her assistance... she called Lina to help and within minutes Lina found them God knows where. . I was promptly checked out, got good use of my kohls cash and was happy. Thank you Regina and Lina!

Terrible place for regular shopping but ok for that last minute grab as long as you dont order it online and try to return to a store if they do not Carry said item in the actual store.... Im still stuck with a $100.00 broken necklace I purchased online but because its not instore I can only return for a refund but now i have to repurchase at regular price wich is $180.00... . Terrible online return policy when I just want a exchange for one not broken!!! Beware of this happening to you.....

I like shopping at kohls and gettingreward that i can use later. I always shop for kids clothes and shoes. The store has high quality products and many new styles. I also shop for home and kitchen goods. I bought some kitchen equipment and utensils that work very well for many years. The employees are helpful and friendly and show me how to use coupons at checkout.

This Kohls location specifically is great. This is my favorite location, for the most part - employees are kind and the remodel made the store even better. The only problem employees I usually deal with is the Amazon return area if I have returns, but there are a few good employees there too. Including Jorge. He was probably the best employee Ive dealt with in the Amazon return area. Both fast and kind. Great customer service from him.

Not a happy customer after trying to fix an issue was charged some how 4 times on my card, I waited a week till transaction posted then come in they checked said no it was one charge, now I got my statement from bank and it still shows that I was charged 4x 1 refund so Im still missing 2 refunds because I only made 1 purchase. And im.most upset with how the employees just shut me down like oh well you dont have 4 receipts then u werent charged . No compassion or try to see what happened just shut you down. And then telling me idk what managers schedule I dont have it on me being sarcastic, then saying Ill have someone call you but I dont know when. And telling me he has 6 customers standing infront of him like thats my issue.....I Specifically asked for a manager or someone who could take care of this situation, and he was the one who was placed on the phone Ben in operations manager ringing at the register I guess . But I have had patience with this issue and Im starting to feel like they are just giving me a run around now.

This 2 of the Kohls I know in the South Bay. I remember years ago when this Kohls was originally my favorite department store Mervyns. I grew up shopping there a lot with my mother until the company went out of business 11 years ago in 2008. I sure miss that store and I shop here frequently since it is closer to my home.

My birthday was 26th of August so I went to pick up my gift from Sephora in Kohl’s in Redondo Beach. I was surprised to see Sephora. Inside the Kohl’s. I was greeted by this sales associate named Lizz I was very happy with her knowledge about the products. She was very polite and very patient with me. I was so surprised because I have very bad experience with Southbay galleria mall. She change my mind. I am definitely coming back to this Sephora for all my shopping.

Not a bad Kohls. Easy parking and a pleasant staff. One thing thats annoying is that they have no tables in the dressing rooms to sit stuff. If what your trying on doesnt have a hanger you have no choice but lay it on the floor while you change. I wouldnt call that floor an overly clean spot to put clothing items. Update: Back for 2022 holiday shopping. Nice new updated store. Much better shopping experience.

This is a nice smaller Kohls located in the sadly struggling South Bay Galleria. Good in entory, smaller store, to s of parking, Amazon returns, and helpful staff. The Kohls in Torrance is a better facility but for my needs this one is fine.

A good old department store, which is unfortunately becoming a rarity. Its still nice to be able to see and touch something before you purchase it. Nice selection of clothing, shoes, etc. And good prices, especially if you take advantage of their coupons (used to get them from the newspaper, when we still got the paper...). They have a good return policy as well, and the customer service has always been friendly and helpful. Recommended.

I went today (09/10/2020) to return an Amazon package and although I was the 9th person in line (and later went to another register to purchase a purse), I was out of there in under 30-40 minutes. Staff were very efficient, quick, friendly and polite and they took time to spray the counters down in between customers. And right now, theyre offering 50%-80% off on some of their merchandise. I got a lovely designer brand purse at 80% off!

I must say, I got the best service at the South Bay Galleria Kohls the other day from a young lady named Maya M. She was SO helpful in helping me find a T-shirt I had seen in the wrong size. She helped me place an order on the kiosk in the store (which I had NO idea how to do) and even found that I could get a 20% discount! That meant a lot to me and she deserves some recognition. Its hard enough to find a GOOD employee these days -- sometimes you cant even find any!

Greeter at the door was not only friendly and professional, she directed me to Amazon Returns and wished me a great day as I was leaving. The Amazon Return folks were equally as helpful. I could access the return label and my smart phone. The return cashier told me what I needed to do. I did as she instructed me; got back in line and was helped by another lovely young lady and less than a minute later, I had a confirmation receipt and heading to the door. As a male who hates to shop, I appreciate how Kohls has turned shopping into a game.They have very dynamic pricing served on little digital plackards, sometimes (usually on shoes) they even have each display shoe have its one paper tag with full price + a small LCD sale price tag. Nearly the whole store is on sale at any given point in time, and the sales always seem really good... But theyre usually just slightly good - dont take that as a slight though! And heres why:Its all about the game! Sales go up and down. And once youre a member, they offer some amount Kohls Cash for every $XX you spend (usually$5 for $50…) but... You cant spend it for a week. So youve GOTTA go back and spend your free $10! Also, every couple weeks (maybe once a month?) They send you a %off your entire purchase coupon... And it stacks!Im envious of just how clever a system theyve created for all of those bargain hunting women (and men, sorta) out there!

Great amount of discounts! I applied for the credit card and was approved in minutes! $800. Credit! And got more discounts! My total would have been over 250. But I only paid $130. Touch and feel the merchandise, if you find something you like but not in your size, you can order from their kiosk and have it delivered to your home. Return online orders to store. Overall a good shopping experience, always great deals to be had on clearance racks also. Their in house brand is one of my favourites.

They were training a new sales associate she seemed a little nervous but I told her take your time . Everyone has to get job training. Experience was alright, though when we went to check out, most of the people being rung up were having issues. The cashier had to call someone and the person trying to make the purchase had to give their SSN, date of birth, even speak to someone on the cashiers phone to help the process, which I didnt understand. I felt bad for them. I wouldnt want to give that sort of sensitive information in a public space like that, especially not in this day and age.

December 4th 11:30 am came with my mom to do some shopping and it’s pouring rain outside. We asked the cashier that’s up front across from the amazon return for a bag for the umbrella and she gave an attitude and said they don’t have any, so we asked for a regular bag and she said no. We wanted a bag because the umbrella was dripping water all over the floor. We were worried for people to fall cause of the water dripping from the umbrellas. Honestly she could’ve been a little nicer then giving us attitude and saying she didn’t care about the water on the floor.

I dont normally shop at Kohls I was there to get something in particular to somebody I know and I was surprised that the location in Redondo Beach has a lot of nice activewear lots of cool shorts I think its called the mud brand they also have some skincare and cosmetics that you could find at Sephora and some are just inclusive.

Had to return an Amazon package, sp Kojl is a convenient location for the drop offs, no need to print labels and package your returns, just pull up the code, scan and drop your return to the plastic bag. I have to express my sincer admiration of two girls in the return section who were working so hard by scrubbing the surfaces after each client. On the other hand,I wish the management would put signs directing the public from each entrance door so we dont have to hunt for a customer service representative to find our way to Amazons returns.

The jeans are constantly out of sizes and colors, and folded terribly, you have to open them up to even find the measurements. The worst part might be the fitting rooms. Constantly filled with trash and giant piles of dust and lint. Not to mention that other customers leave discarded clothing in the room and no one checks to clean them out.
