My daughter and I went to pick up some Frozen boots for my young granddaughters upcoming birthday. My only complaint is that it would be nice if Customer Service was located at the front of the store instead of the back. Ive only been in two or three Kohls and theyre all set up that way, but that definitely doesnt put the customer first by making them have to walk all the way to the back. Im sure nothing will change, but thats my opinion.

The store stays over stocked with sales and clearance racks. The quality of their clothes is below expectations. The fabrics are thin, flimsy, and extremely over priced. Theres never any sales associates available on the floor to help you. If you do see someone they dont acknowledge you or offer any assistance.

However the restrooms need to be clean more often they look nice but they smell bad I know its a restroom but theres a certain level of bad smell that should never be surpassed and the ones there do my wife said the womans bathroom is the same just buy some good Lysol and spray it everywhere or at least some air febreze next to my goal if the bathrooms are okay Ill change it to five star

Small store with all you need. I went inside looking for baby clothes and found it pretty easy. Staff is friendly and guided me to what I was looking for. The only issue I came across was the lack of inventory on baby strollers, if you plan on buying strollers here, they don’t have any on display, online only. One of the benefits here is you can bring any returns from Amazon and drop them off here.

I had gone in to do an Amazon return, but saw a very nice outfit on a mannequin for my son. Didnt immediately see the outfit for purchase in the vicinity. Illiana was near by and when I asked for assistance, she immediately was very knowledgeable with the area and found me the outfit in he size I needed. Just great customer service. Most favourite store ! Has a wide variety of clothes, beauty products, few electronics. For men, women, kids and infants. Good place to pick up your formal and casual dresses. This is a big store. I mostly come here to return Amazon items. The service is always fast, which is nice. I like getting in and out. When I have more time, I like to look around. Kohls usually has good deals on womens clothing. Kids shoes are good too. Everytime you return something from Amazon, Kohls gives you a 25% off coupon for a future purchase at the store.

Only useful for Amazon returns! I came once for an Amazon return and was in and out in under five minutes.Today, I had a store return. The return was completed before she told me that it was back on my card. Unfortunately, the item was a gift and I needed store credit to size up the item. Ten minutes later, someone was able to make the correction and handed me store credit and ~$5 Kohls cash. Isnt that just store credit?? Idk. Anyways, they didnt have the item I needed so I found something else.I was the fourth person in line with two cashiers. About 20 minutes later, I made it to the cashier. I used my store credit but the Kohls cash didnt work and the cashier didnt know what to do about it. She acted very accusatory like it was my fault. I went ahead with my purchase because the line was 10+ people deep at this point.Side note, they seem to be cutting costs by turning up the thermostat. It was quite hot. Several people in line were panting and fanning themselves.

This location is bigger than the one in Rosemead, but there isnt a good order for the sales rack. You can spend a few hours just browsing through the racks. The workers are helpful when they want to be. Best to go in and figure things out yourself!

I dont visit Kohls as much as I use to but I do enjoy it as a place to shop. They have some good coupons and rewards for regular shoppers. The best new feature about Khols is that it is now a return center for some items purchased on Amazon. I recently received something that arrived broken and was able to return it through the Kohls customer care desk. All I had to do was package it up but they paid the return shipping. My account was instantly credited and I was able to repurchase the same item that day. I have to say I was pretty happy with that experience.

Had a great time shopping. The pricing on some items were confusing because they have little digital screens that display price. Checked out the Legos and no prices matched. They have skus next to the prices and those werent even on the shelf. Price checked at 80.00 for a minecraft lego set. The digital display said 20.00. The employee said thats why they have the Sku on the price display. Its very misleading. The employees make this a great location. They greeted, and provided excellent customer service. My only issue is with the unclear pricing. Still, I would recommend this location.

Kohls is well, Kohls, only thing Ive always had a doubt about is their sale prices. Classic case of jacking up prices and advertising the sale price which seems a little steep at times.. Especially on shoes. Ill will give them the benefit of the doubt, they do carry nice shoes. Unlike a ROSS, Marshalls or Walmart that carry no name, sizes 16-26 or PONY brand from the 80s! Other than that, its always clean, staff is helpful.. I dont mind this place at all..

The Amazon return was easy. Now, the rest of the store was a mess. One of their employees was running down the hall and almost ran into me. Rude! Further, she was wearing way too much perfume that smelled cheap and rancid. You could tell every part of the store she had been in by the lingering of her cheap, rancid perfume. This is a smaller Kohls store. Very messy clearance area and throughout most of the store. A lot of damaged and stained items. They were very understaffed, so no one around to help customers or tidy up the store. Extremely long lines and only 3-4 cashiers. After spending a significant amount of time trying to find items, I left everything as there were about 20 people in line and the line wasnt moving.

I just left Khols after returning an item and I have to say, Im disappointed. I believe they deserve the rating I gave them. Before you continue reading this review you should know that I dont go to Khols often so I can not say with certainty that the customer service here is always the same, but from what I experienced today I cant say that I will be returning soon. As soon as I entered Khols I made my way straight to the customer service desk which is inconveniently located in the far back of the store. I waited for service for about ten minutes before anyone cared enough to assist me. Although the transition went smoothly it seems as though they are understaffed which made my visit there unpleasant. Furthermore I would not reccomend Khols to anyone who is in a rush to return something or wants to make a quick stop. Thank you.

A bit irritated that when they applied my kohls cash it wiped my kohls charge discount and didnt notice until we left the store. Ensure employees are trained to properly apply both discounts because they were both earned through the prior purchase that gave kohls cash and the credit benefits to the company by using the charge card.
