Cody at the La Habra Kohl’s was so helpful. I have worked in retail management for 16 years. Employees like Cody deserve to be recognized. I don’t ever go into a retail store and expect amazing customer service I’d be happy with just mediocre service. The sales people were both friendly and accommodating the store was small compared to kohls in Philly where Im from. Overall it was a pleasant visit.The travel instructions to get there were confusing the beginning of the trip was stated as being 4.2 miles away.However in was over 8 miles before all the turns were completed.

This Kohls is one of those stores I can walk into with a return and manage to come out with a purchase. The workers are all usually in a good, friendly mood and very helpful when I need assistance in finding a product or seeing if they have something in stock! Ive had some really good laughs with a few of the register workers, they make my shopping trips even more enjoyable. The clearance sections are always fun. Its a hit or miss kinda deal, when you deal with clearance, but at least most of things are still quality items. I do enjoy the ease of their layout and how the racks and shelves are never too close together-- you can actually move your cart around easily. Overall, its a good place to shop.

I really like the store, with the stock being plenty and with a variety. Personnel is always friendly, but my issue with Kohls is that when I look for something and they send me to a different city, I get there and they dont have what Im requesting when the clerk checked the stock status and said it was there. This is the 2nd time Ive encountered this problem and I wouldnt make an issue if transportation was available. So I get on the bus, only to be disappointed...The stores are always clean.Thats a plus!

Shopped online, and went for Free Pickup. They had designated parking for online shopping/pick up. When facing the building its the Doors on the Right (North West). Walked in, the pickup counter was Right There, on the Right!! Not in the back of the store like some other stores! Waited for like 2 minutes. Showed my Confirmation email, and I think I only spent 4-5 minutes in Total!! It was Really Organized. Employees were Efficient and Not screwing around or chatting it up. I would definitely do this again! I Was Really Impressed with How Easy the whole process was !!!

Everything is almost always on sale so you have to know what is actually a sale. If you can figure out when your clothing goes on sale thatd be ideal. Sometimes I can get quality dress shirts and the occasional pants at a great price for the brands I like. And I live the fact that they have Amazon drop off returns; it is like the most simplest and easiest way if you know how to work a smartphone to get the QR code. Other then that Id say its a decent store and has a good amount of parking, especially disability parking.

Poor management (Kendra in Kohl’s La Habra)and poorly trained employee!!!I purchased 2 jackets about 3 days as gifts. I had to exchange them due to wrong sizes. 1 jacket was exchanged but the other one didn’t have the correct size, so I had to purchase another jacket that has a higher price. Employee handed me the receipt for the refund without saying anything. When I got home, I realized that she didn’t give me a full refund & deducted my $10 Kohl’s cash without communicating to me, despite me purchasing another pricier jacket. I went back to the store & asked for the manager, Kendra. She stated that her employee communicated to me that I will loose the Kohl’s cash. She lied because she was really red when she was confronted & caught lying. Kendra didn’t believe me & backed up her lying employee who worked 12/12/19 @ 9pm. I wished I got her name. If I knew about loosing the koh’s cash I would have found another jacket of a different brand that has the same price for an even exchange, so she didn’t have to return it to my card & loose my Kohl’s cash that I’ve earned. I’m not that familiar with Kohl’s cash & it’s not even the $10, but it’s the lying employee & poor customer service with Kendra at La Habra to loose a customer forever over a lying employee & $10 Kohl’s cash!!! Poorly trained employees & management!!!

Be careful going to this kohls at night since its under construction by yourself.The parking lot is dark. There were 2 shady males wearing hoodies in the parking sitting on a parked car near me. As I getting to my car they tried to approach me asking if they could use my cell phone to call for a ride. I told them to go inside the store to use the phones. I went to the 3 local Kohls and the customer service at this one was just the worst. I was looking for a simple Nike item, but the employees were hard to find and then when I found one and asked about the item I was looking for he just blurted out a department. Not even a point in the direction, or any attempt to link up with another employee to help me. So yeah this is my least favorite khols, and they rarely have what Im looking for but the Buena Park store makes up for this location being poor in selection and service.

Its standard fare; if you dig Kohls youll be fine... My experience with staff has always been positive, very friendly at checkout and always offering discounts with purchase. Why the one star deduction? A couple reasons: generally speaking, Kohls discount policies are a bit erratic and I think using the previously mentioned discounts nullifies signage specials (like by one get one half off). The only other issue is in regards to availability of sizes; finding proper lengths for mens khakis took nearly a half hour and having to switch products. Im talking standard 32 30 fits... And never before had I seen size combos like 29 32...

This kohls is really horrible no question about it! The lost prevention security team here at this location has NO clue on how to do their JOB. I witnessed these so called security guys following a guy the whole time he was just shopping for clothes, then even followed him to the line when he was paying for a pair of shoes and waited right next to the door like if the alarm was going to go off when the gentleman walked out. And of course no alarm went off, just this idiot security guy with a paranoid brain. The lost prevention guy was a bald head Mexican guy, really needs some classes on how to do his job correctly. Anyways this Kohls sucks, and will not be getting my business anymore.
