Great prices. A lot of clearance items. However, this particular store (Downey) looks run down and outdated.*I would much rather drive to Kohls at Cerritos. Much more organized, displayed, better selection, and modern.*

I’m only reviewing the Amazon drop off feature. The Amazon drop off feature is located inside the Kohl’s on the right-side entrance of the store. You can enter this side through the parking lot in the back of the Stonewood Mall Center. This drop off feature is convenient because you don’t have to repackage your items that you’re returning to Amazon. The worker who took my items was okay, she didn’t talk much but was patient for me to pull up the bar scan codes. You get a coupon for 25% to spend at Kohl’s when you return items to Amazon.

Havnt shop Kohls in along time, many years. Pleasantly surprised! Sales Floor clean and well merchandised. Found what I was looking for. **Maybe the trick to shop here is early - when they open. Opening hours are at 9am!

If i could give 0 stars thats what i want to give but wouldnt let me!! The most ugliest clothes I have ever seen the quality looked so cheap and just horrible!! I went for my daughters birthday and they Didnt have any size 10-12 for my daughter, the staff couldnt be found and then when I did find someone she couldnt help me bc she was doing an online order. I will never go back there! Upgrade your selection of clothes for girls, and hire happy people who wanna be there and assiest customers with what they are looking for, instead of ignoring them or saying am to busy to help you. Very rude ugly clothes horrible customers service

I came to this Kohls to be targeted. As soon as I walked in I overheard on the radio for a worker to keep an eye on me in the kids section. I then proceeded to a section in the back and the supervisor came and started staring at me. I felt extremely upset because I just came from the gym so I was a bit messy but oh my god. She was staying really close to me, she even followed me to the register on the other side and then walked back after I paid.(She was Hispanic, glasses, was about 50 and brown red hair).I always shop here when I do an amazon return bc of the coupon but she made me feel extremely uncomfortable and upset. So I will not be returning here. She needs proper training and please learn to turn down the volume down on the employee walkies.

It was great all standards were met. The store was clean, sanitized, lots of parking. Right now at this time is all empty and they have no line . The kohls cashier was really great with her welcoming us and been really helpful and like I always expect the moment of magic . She was really helpful. Theres also lot of parking available. Would recommend to visit even with the pandemic really really sanitized and 6ft distance organized all with safety and precautions.

Went to return stuff from Amazon, lasted a bit long because for whatever reason I couldnt zoom in on the pictures of the barcodes I had, so they couldnt scan it very well. No fault of their own, I suppose. Still got my receipts, though. I presume you should still receive fast service as per the norm.

This store always has amazing customer service. There is several clearance areas in the store. It is up and down stairs. This is one of the biggest stores Ive been to. Their clothing section is huge. Im always impressed with their selection. It is in the Stonewood mall area, but you dont have to go through the mall to enter it. There is tons of parking and places to check out. There are always deals as well, which I love! If youre looking for big and tall for dads, plus sizes, or any size in between without bargaining on style, this is the place to go.

I wanted to exchange a pair of boots my daughter received for Christmas, but unfortunately the wait time for returning and exchanging items was too long since there was only 1 cashier helping customers. I waited for about 20 minutes and i noticed the line was getting longer already. Finally the lady from the jewelry department arrived and started helping customers. There needs to be more cashiers in the returns and exchange department.

I cannot speak for this store specifically. I did my shopping online so Ive been dealing with the online customer service and phone representatives. Its been the worst customer service experience ever!!! Every conversation I have with them is over 2 hours (~30 min wait time) In the chat online, they respond every 10-20 minutes. On the phone, they put me on wait for about 10 minutes and they come back to say they will call me back, which they dont!. This has been an ongoing struggle for about 2 weeks now.

Boy Ive been really waiting to put a post on this Kohls.When I first started coming to this one I really enjoyed coming here and shopping. They do had a lot of brand names that I like but then a lot of them stop coming into the store.Its hard for me to find clothes I am very picky about what I wear because Im on the heavy side and Im not the type of girl that likes to wear clothes that stick to my body like glue its not fitting to me and I dont like it.I like things that make me feel comfortable and a lot them they make me look too old which I dont like either. But the most thing that I really dont like about this Kohls is that I am disabled and every time I go to the restroom upstairs it looks disgusting its filthy dirty theres never any seat covers where theyre supposed to be theyre all over the floor theres hardly ever any toilet paper that the paper towels theyre not placed properly and their holders were they supposed to be they get wet most of the time which really sucks.I know thats not all the workers fault about the neatness of the restroom. Because the customers who use their facilities are not very clean people.It makes me wonder what their bathroom looks like at home.As women we need those seat covers because of all the sicknesses that women carry as we get older we carry a lot of sicknesses that little girls can get and we need to keep ourselves away from them.It is well known that some STDs are caught by sitting on toilet seats it is well known that women get little infections from other ways that we get did I wont go into but we know what we get women and we need to be protected from other womens yeast infections I will say that and urine infections that we can get in Kohls at every store department store it has a restroom where women put our bottoms on we need seat covers regardless whether women know how to take them out or they need to find a way to put them in a better container so where women arent pulling out tens of them instead of just one at a time they need to make better canisters or whatever you want to call them that they are in so were not pulling them out more than one at a time a lot of people dont know how to pull out properly so I wish somebody would find a way how to do it or have something that tells women how to do it I know how to do it but some women from other countries or even women from here dont know that youre supposed to pull up and pull down in order to take out the seat cover kids do not little girls theyre not know that they have to pull up and pull down why because nobody teaches anybody like that so Im sorry that I took my frustrations out on calls but I had to do it.

So Ive had my share of good and bad experiences here. I really dont like the manager named April, she is not helpful and can be rude. The other manager (male) is actually really nice on the other end. I continue to shop here because its close to my home but I prefer other Kohls stores.

The dressing rooms are a mess but its has alot of diffrent styles if clothing for all so i did like the fact that they carry Levi brand and they did have plenty of diffrent sizes which i appreciate because my teen is very picky about her jeans and we went to all other stores and couldnt find her size but we didnt have that problem with Kohls .So i approve but i took a star for not being clean.

PLEASE READ!!! If I could give them ZERO stars I would AND I used to work for this location as a seasonal employee. Wed. Apr 3rd changed my whole outlook on this location/corporation itself. My husband and I walk in the store from the Amazon return side. My husband went left walking towards the young mens section, and I walked up to the mens registers to say hello to a friend/old coworker. My husband immediately turned around and walked to the mens section of the store because he realized what he needed wasnt in the young mens section. I then realize the young girl who was working in Amazon comes over to the register, picks up the phone and calls lost prevention - I know this because again, I used to work here and know all the codes etc. I didnt care to listen to her conversation with lost prevention until I hear her start talking in Spanish and looking DIRECTLY over where my husband was standing. Not to mention she looked over his way more than twice so at that point I had a good feeling she was referring to my husband. Now, I dont remember this girls name, but I will definitely find out who she is and report her to corporate because we were maybe in that store for NO MORE than 2 mins, AND my husband hadnt even touched any of the merchandise yet! After she hung up the phone with LP I then walked over to my husband to let him know exactly what I thought was going on - which was her PROFILING my husband because of his skin color (African-American). I decided to have a little chat with the girl who called lost prevention on my husband after he had done absolutely NOTHING. While my husband stood in line I walked over to Amazon return and said to the girl miss there is a black man with a white hoodie that has his hood on... did you call lost prevention on him? Yes I will admit I acted as if I was afraid he was in the store to see what she would say... and as I thought the girl said oh yes I already called dont worry I then informed this girl that was my husband she called LP on. After I informed her he was my husband she said Im sorry I dont know what your talking about. I was NOT about to go back and forth and waste my time with this girl so I walked back over to my husband and asked my ex coworker to call the manager for me. Reina, in which I believe she is one of the stores supervisors advised my husband and I the manager just stepped out to get some food for lunch, but that she will take down our numbers and definitely have someone call us to take care of this. We understood that there wasnt much she could do as she was not a manager and this is out of her hands so we just expressed how we felt and told her exactly what happened. More than 24 hours had gone by and neither myself or my husband had received a call from kohls. It is now FRIDAY so I decided to take it upon myself to give this store manager a call which is Gil. I called and spoke with Gladys in HR/Payroll - she stated Gil (store manager) was on a conference call, and asked if I wanted to leave a message. I asked her if I could leave a voicemail but she stated their phone system doesnt have that option so I said ok I can just leave my name and number with you. I gave her my name and number then she asked what this is in regards to and I said A discriminatory experience. Shortly after that phone call the store manager finally decides to call my husband back... which means he did receive the message from his supervisor and neglected to contact my husband. My husband expressed how this situation made him feel and recapped what happened in his store. After my husband spoke with Gil, the store manager he received a phone call from the district manager which was far more understanding than Gil. The district manager agreed with my husband and stated that this definitely should have been handled differently (with priority) and then offered my husband a $50 gift card! lol Ridiculous if you ask ME. Discrimination to the fullest because of the color of my husbands skin, and it IS against the LAW. I pray no one experiences this.

Came in to Kohls to return an Amazon purchase. I accidentally stood in the Khols return line. Tip. Amazon has its own return counter that is serviced and processed by a Kohls employee. This includes box and shipping label if needed. It was fairly painless but I much prefer dropping off at a UPS box/ kiosk. Note: Kohls/ Amazon confirmation receipt included a 25% coupon that expires in five days for any Kohls item. :)
