The older woman who checked out my items didn’t greet me at all even after i said hello. Told me i couldn’t use a 20% off coupon and didn’t explain why, after i asked. She was very short and rude. Why hire or work with customers if you’re going to treat them this way? My visit was 5/11/24 at 4pm, i believe checkout #3.

Went shopping day after Christmas, but not until noon. Store was well organized. Most of the Christmas stuff was gone, except there were some sweaters that were only 30% off (still over $30). I wish I could remember the cashiers name because she was so calm and patient. The temperature inside the store was too hot for me!

My recent visit to Kohls left me thoroughly disappointed due to the abysmal customer service. The excruciatingly long wait times were simply unacceptable. Additionally, the staffs reluctance to honor valid coupons added to the frustration. Its disheartening when a store fails to prioritize customer convenience and respect for promotions.

Not sure that Id be going back to this store. Second time coming back to this store ever and my husband picked up some heels I had on hold. Bringing them home, One of the shoes is WORN, clearly has the logo where you foot goes faded rubbed off. The sole front has wear to it and the back of the heel fabric also shoes wear. Weird how its only one shoe. Sadly I need them tomorrow and cant go back to address this issue before wearing. I have to wear them myself for a quincenera tomorrow morning. Customer service that is doing these returns need to thoroughly check their items coming back in the store. As a customer expected to buy new product not used. Very disappointed and dissatisfied...

There was an issue with online pickup. At the front. They tell you to go to the back to pick up your item. When trying to log in there was difficulty and then the salesperson said oh if its over a certain amount its up front so I had to walk all the way back up front. Customer should know this before they go in there. Whether they should stay up front or go to the back, that would be helpful. This is my first time doing an online pickup at Kohls. I like the storage generally and shop there frequently.

This is the nicest Kohls I have ever been to. There were more employees available to assist customers than I have seen at other Kohls stores. We were shopping for shoes, and there were two Kohls employees in the Shoe section helping customers- something I have never observed at another Kohls. And they were truly HELPING customers. This location also had a new style of cart for merchandise that I have never seen- typically, Kohls baskets on wheels that you pull. This storr had actual baskets that you push (Smaller plastic material version of large metal ones in other stores). This is also a bigger Kohls than many I had visted- giving more selections

Went to pick up my order and staff during the nught ship were ver helful. I ended up switching the size and purchasing other pair of shoes and they helped with coupons. The store is a mess. It’s adifficult to find an associate to help you. When I went to return my Amazon packages, the associate at the booth was short with me and I felt like I was inconveniencing them by returning two shirts. Management isn’t any better, as the manager I talked to would look at her phone while I was speaking with her. I just felt like I wasn’t welcome at this store.

This shopping center is huge with traffic signals. Love this Kohl’s location large clean usually well staffed & great selection. Went for intimates sale, new under wear & bras. A friend of mine took me to Kohls for the first time and I was surprised at all the sale items and clearance items. The store is a bit pricey but they have a wide assortment of clothing for the entire family and housewares as well. We shopped on the clearance rack and I found four tops that are perfect for the summer. I saved quite a bit of money shopping clearance rack and Im happy about that. You also get point when you shop at Kohls to use the next time you go shopping. Thats a plus in itself.

This store is in the next city from me. They have a decent stock of ladies clothing. My local Kohls is ridiculously low on any items, clothing or otherwise. This Kohls, however, was much, much better stocked. I would choose to shop there again. They were busy and could use some extra cashiers as more places open up, and more people are doing in store shopping.

I used to like coming here becuase I could find great deals. However, I was so frustrated today during my visit. I was looking for new jeans and its just so disorganized and theres no one around to help. Plus, they dont have a single dressing room open. There were so many people gathered at the registers, return registers, and the lines to check out, but not a single dressing room open. Its seems like theyre just unwilling to clean the junk out of a dressing room for their customers. I had to go back two times to get the right sizes. Never again. Plus their clothes are way overpriced. There are so many other store with beter prices, service, and socially distant/COVID safe dressing rooms.

Went for back to school sales they had online, they had higher prices in store than the exact same items online. The register was reluctant to ask the manager if they would match their own online prices. When the manager arrived. She was already shaking her head no before we even spoke our question. She was dismissive and rude to both me and my wife, and barely make eye contact before saying we do not price match. I explained they were Kohls own online store, to which she said they dont even match their own online prices, then stood and stared without offering any further assistance. I asked if I ordered the item could I have it sent to the store for pickup, she said they could do that no problem. I asked what the difference between honoring their own stores online prices versus ordering the exact same product and having it shipped is. She said they dont price match, and offered thats why online outlets like Amazon are killing their business.I offered that poor customer service and not honoring your own online prices is why Amazon is killing your business.

Honestly the employees are very friendly and helpful and when the lines start to get long, help is called up to open more registers. That being said, dont bother with the clearance item clothing (in ALL departments) it is a mess! All sizes mixed up, the racks are overloaded and truthfully its like shopping at a thriftstore. It looks like some of the clothing has been there for years! Again, thats the only negative because Ive been shopping there for years and I do love the store just avoid the clearance items.. Oh! This place is big with a large parking lot. Well lit, good customer service, but the lines seem pretty long every time I go there. I dont like coals in general because of their pricing schemes. They tell you an item is lets say $100 but with their special low low price and sale you get it for only $65 today. If you go somewhere else you can get this exact same thing for about 60 to 70 bucks. Well at least thats the way I feel. If you know how to use the Kohls cash and look for bargains I guess you can get a good shopping experience done here

Im disappointed they only have one handicap stall in the fitting room, a mother was in there with her children none were handicapped. They should offer family style fitting rooms the handicap stall is for people that are handicap. I was very upset with my visit today.I came in with my sister today and was looking around a bit. An older lady, maybe mid 50s asked us if she could help us, my sister said no and then she looked over at me and stared at me for a while, a bit weird but didn’t catch me off guard. When I got in line I was called over by the same lady and no hello just took my items and scanned them. My sister was called over to another station so she could not witness us anymore. As she left, the lady drops my items into the bag carelessly and holds up the bag while staring at the next person in line. I walked over to my sister and told her about what had happend, I also heard the lady being friendly to the next people in line. My sister was heading to customer service and as we were heading back my sister called her out but she looked like she really didn’t care. I did not catch her name but she had a short hairstyle, honey blonde ish but also kinda a dirty blonde. I’m pretty sure she had glassses.Will be back to retrieve her name.

Trying to shop for shoes there is an exercise in frustration. Next to impossible to find the shoe on display in the jumble of boxes below, so i gave up.I had the same experience trying to find jeans - all in a pile and difficult to find correct size. Today went into return two items. Return went off without any issues. Afterwards I realized I had $20 kohls cash that was expiring the next day so I decided to spend it. I grabbed a gift card worth $25. Went to register handed the gift card and kohls cash to the attendant who proceeded to ring me up. After the transaction I looked at my receipt and noticed I had been charged $25 with no kohls cash being used. I asked the attendant why this was. She said she didnt know and that she couldnt void the purchase. I asked the manager to come over she did come and simply told me since its a third party gift card she cant do anything. She was extremely rude and blunt to the point of being mildly hostile. I sincerely doubt I will be coming back to this store due to its extremely poor customer service.

Fast service for returning stuff from Amazon! Up until maybe a few months ago the return desk was always in the same place, but now they cant stop moving the desk all over the store. Tis much cause for confusion!

This was not the place to go and ask for help if you don’t fit in with this area type of folks they don’t want your kind here as if they are better than you and they know it, I only come to this storeif I have a return item for amazon, since my bad experience of waisted time of waiting to be help to find a item that showed online they had 9 in stock and when I got the employee to give me her evilness miserable help only to lye about the item being in the back of the store and she will try calling for some one to bring it up another 15 min pass and she said they might take hours to find and she then walk to the front f store to some dressing room located by the front entrance disappears for another 10 min came out and said yea I’m sorry I just went to check my self and their is too much boxes to go threw maybe try Monrovia I left and order online and came back same day 2 hours to pick up that item that was not easy toFind. I came inn with dirty clothes that day only to be disrespected treated as if I was nothing but yet Im not a over weight heavy fat man & working in the HVAC industry FOR OVER 14yrs Is not my first time experiencing this after working underneath a residential home. That day I was too tired &!hungry go home to clean up then drive all the way back to Kohl’s when I was already here leaving H D STORE across from kohl’s only came to deal with this lady’s BS, came for one item that wasn’t on the store floor and this woman was too lazy to go get it avoiding me by telling me she’s going to be a while She’s with a customer but literally would do whatever avoid having to help me by ignore me an even the customer ask her to go ahead to help me out while she looks more and she wouldn’t this was a insane day experience here at this store. this the reason why she’s big heavy woman and works at kohl’s making min wage yearly ignoring people just like me. & My yearly wages take care of my family and 3 of my good working helping friends & familys, figuring out why she so missable is it because being a heavy weight woman or cause her yearly wages working at kohl’s is the same amount I paid Uncle Sam last year. Too much heavy weight woman thinking they some sort of Gorgeous model woman that work here at this store, if ask me

Not a happy camper. I spent an hour and a half gathering up back to school clothing for my grandkids, only to find out when I got to checkout that the computers were down and would not accept K ohls own credit card. Why couldnt you put up signs at the doors so you customers are not wasting their time. I deliberately shopped today in order to get Kohls cash to help the budget go farther, since I had gathered up approximately 600.00 worth of clothing. What a waste of my time.

Went on black Friday and bought some shoes when I got home found they didnt have soles so I went back on 12/11/18 to return them and they didnt want to return them due to the fact that they didnt not give me a box for them when I bought them and the return register straight told the other one not to take the return because she didnt want too and we would have to wait until tomorrow so they could check their surveillance footage to make sure we bought them there
