Fabulous!Huge selection of converse and vans! They always have great deals for in season and out of season items. Kohls cash ✅✅✅👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻Restrooms are very clean. Wow! I went in for a quick pick up at customer service for a friends package. She added me in their app and I received an email that I showed at the desk. It would have made a NASCAR pit crew proud! I was out that quickly. I will be heading back to take in their impressive surroundings.

They have some good prices. I wouldnt say great on the majority. I wouldnt say the staff was unfriendly, but it was apparent that they were not excited to be there and said very little to greet customers to the register. The store is very clean and they have ample shade for parking. I found their shopping carts a bit troublesome as you can not see the bottom front layer when steering through aisles without ample space.

Comfort At A DiscountI prefer shopping Kohls online these days - their specials are excellent and deeply discounted. Shipping costs are responsible or you can select curbside pick up for free, which is really convenient. Great place to shop for gifts and/or comfort clothing for yourself, like fuzzy pajamas :-)

I had to go there to return an item to Amazon. As I was walking out. There was a clearance rack of some high quality clothing and even though theyre more for colder weather, I was able to throw out the old and bring in some new shirts that were long sleeve that I do my workouts in for about $3 each. I walked out of there spending about $20 after buying five of them that fit me. I find deals like that more times than not at Kohls. Its probably the best place to shop for clothing at our local area in Yuba City. Thats just my opinion, but theres really a drop in brick and mortar shopping availability due to Amazon.

One of my favorite stores when Mervyns and Gottschalks left. Now since prices are so high, the clearance racks are so packed but if you have the time you can get good deals. Gave it a 3 stars because the fashion they sell is getting old. Some outfits are nice and priced well, Good activity selection.

This store for this time of year (December) was looking good, I have been to this store before around this time and have seen it look like a tornado has been through it. What ever or who ever they have put in place seems to be working out. I would like to make a suggestion, having a chair or somewhere to sit in different places around the store would be great for the people who get dragged around and might have back issues let alone anyone else who might just need a break from walking around every store for the last 4 hours. Just a suggestion. Thank you!

This store was clean, organized and customer service was on point.We had an oil change at jiffy lube around the corner and had an hour to kill. We walked over here to kill time.We ended up making a purchase and walked out with several items but after killing an hour wandering their store, everyone from the moment we entered until we left was very kind. I felt like I wasnt in California...🤣 I really enjoyed the customer service, cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere.This store also had a very large selection from big and tall all the way to simple gifts and home items. Even though we greatly enjoyed all the patriotic clothing and decor, they had many options available for all. ❤️

This store is probably one of the better organized kohls I’ve visited, even their clearance area is pretty clean. Their fitting rooms could use some attention but again better than some I have visited. The lines are long and only two cashiers working is a little annoying but not terrible if you have somebody that can wait in line while you go look for last minute items.

I have to be honest, as much as I dont like to complain. This may change going forward too, at least I hope. I use to love going into this store, as it had many sales on much needed essentials like tank tops, new stock frequently rotated out, and lucrative sales that yielded a new black top for work, usually. Nowadays, the stock is low, overpriced, and the lines are usually wrapped. Not enough employees. I will take a little vacation away and hope that it changes, so that I can go back. Looking forward to it.

My daughter and I went to buy her some back to school clothes and literally had the best experience here!! We found everything we needed plus more and our cashier was absolutely the best. I had grabbed the wrong size in a pair of shorts then our cashier paged another associate that was able to get me the correct size. I was so impressed at how quick she was able to bring them to me! I wish I had gotten her name to include it in this review. I saved a lot of money and overall had a great experience while shopping! Thank you Kohls Team!!

Do not make payments for khols card here. Khols will let you know they never received it and will give you a delinquent fee. To provide proof they only do faxes, not email. Complete hassle to refund any late fees.

Came in for an online order pick up, which I did not intend to be an in store pick up, and waited about 15 minutes in a line clearly marked for online orders. I was not helped at all, in fact I felt completely ignored. Had to go find a floor associate to help me, which luckily was a nice woman who directed me to the service desk where to pick up my order when I initially walked in. The woman apologized for the inconvenience, to which I told her it wasnt her fault. She was helpful through the whole situation.Also; what the hell is with all these chickens in the parking lot!?Someone call animal control!

My daughter and I were in the shoe department and I wS losing my patience. Then an Angel came and with her help we were out of there in about 10 minutes!!! She helped us find the perfect shoes my daughter wanted to go with her first homecoming dress!!! We also saved some money with a couple of discounts she was able to get for us!!! Always shop here. Love the sales and Kohls cash. Prices can be a little high for some things as I have found some household items for cheaper elsewhere. They changed the setup a little. Now the Levis products are in the normal misses section and other brands are next to plus size and sports. Love that returns are so easy here.

Most of the time I enjoy shopping at Kohls, but when I went there yesterday, I needed to find what I wanted quickly and even with my husbands help, we were not finding it. I had just said that we needed to ask for some help, when a woman who worked for Kohls walked by over heard me. She spun around and in a not so friendly tone asked what I was looking for. I explained that I was looking for a certain type of mattress cover, not a topper, but a zippered cover. She asked if I had looked for it myself and waved her arm in the area in which we had looked. I was kind of taken back by her tone, but mostly her facial expression. It was as if we were bothering her. She proceeded to tell me that all pads and covers were in the area I was in & stormed off, even before we could say, thank you?. My husband was more help to me that day for sure and he found what I needed. Perhaps she was dealing with employee issues this day. Now, on the bright side, the young man that helped check us out, he more than made up for her bad mood! He smiled, made us feel happy to be standing in front of him! Plus, I forgot my coupons, but he gave me 20 percent off anyway!

Everything was good, I took 1 star away, because the manager was being creepy. .. he pretended to fix a center display (that didnt need it), so either he thought for some strange reason that we were going to steal, or he was being a creep. Lots of parking, just have to ignore the chickens and roosters on the way in. Although my kids found them quite entertaining. They offer a great veriety of clothes to all, as well as common household items at good prices with really nice deals if you look around. When we got at the toys it looked like a daycare with toys scattered everywhere, broken shelves, spills, pretty much unattended. When we checked out we found ourselves in a pretty long line, but it moved surprisingly fast and the cashier, Christian, was awesome! Great service.

I found this store to be welcoming and full of deals. They staff was lovely and helpful. The man who helped me find shoes at around 6-7 pm 5/9/18 was a great help. (I cant remember his name) I thought I had a great deal on the slacks I found until Cece helped me get approved for a line of credit. Which saved me a bunch. I think in total I saved around $105 dollars with the sales and discount applied. Cece was patient and informative and did a great job helping me out. :)

Some things are a bit pricey but today when I had a problem with an online order the manager was amazing. He understood my problem and offered an agreeable solution. I recommend going to the store if you have an issue. Their telephone support and Chat options leave a lot to be desired. Im pretty sure they are routed over seas. I was unable to get much help. Everyone was very friendly in the store. You should definitely check them out when you have time.

Store is organized and clean. Catagories for clothes you look for is unorganized however. Say youre looking for some graphic tee shirts. There will be an area designated for that. Then come across the jeans section and there will be a continuation of it. Also, it is to brightly lit.A major flaw is checking out. No matter what day I go, it takes forever to finally get check out. Even where there was 3 people in front of me, took damn 12 minutes on AVERAGE! 12 minutes!!!I dont know, Im neutral on this. It is a smaller version of the double entrance stores in Sacramento, so less selection than Im use to. BUT with that being said, the staff in this store are BY FAR the most friendly and helpful Khols staff Ive ever come across. I highly recommend this store purely based off of how important the employees made us feel. Im giving them 5 stars based solely on the multiple employee interactions we had yesterday.

Don’t shop online they will take out more money than the amount for the items you already paid for. They took out several different amounts and I only did online orders twice. When I called the customer service they told me that those charges will go back to my account after I pick up all my online orders. Makes no sense why? I already paid for all the items why are you still taking more money out. On their end they only see 1 charge. Bunch of theives. I will be talking to my bank. I also went in person and I believe she was one of the managers I’ve dealt with her before she was rude and unhelpful. The time we went it was extremely messy not well kept. Store is not being taken care of. The cosmetics area is Horrible! All samples have been destroyed and there is almost no stock. Dirty. Clothes are misplaced on the racks, sizes are not sorted, and lots of clothing on the floor beneath the racks. Shoe area is also a mess. Bathrooms, however, are clean.

They have an email saying pick up in the back of the store and nothing about having to stand at the edge of the front entrance where no one is to wait for 20 minutes for someone to ask can I get manager for you. You say no Im just here to pick up my order they look at you like your crazy before they get your order. My mom works for another Kohls and there is no comparison to this store isnt welcoming. And everyone seems to have an attitude. And I hate how the employees talk like there not at work about their personal business its really unprofessional.

Always a great place to shop. The store was a bit blown out but to be expected this time of year. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I am currently using crutches from a severe knee injury and the store only offers ONE wheelchair... ONE!?! No motorized carts for elderly people (which I think sucks) and there is barely enough room to fit through many parts of the store in the wheelchair (especially the shoe department DANG!) Its funny how a persons perspective can change with something as simple as a knee injury. Now I will always consider whether or not a handicapped person can manage in any environment I am in. SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT KOHLS... ESPECIALLY GET SOMETHING FOR THE ELDERLY FOR GODS SAKE!

I was disappointed with my visit this time. It was on a Sunday afternoon and they had been sending me daily e-mails re: their sales.This store is farther away from me than the YC mall or the other shopping areas along Hwy 20 that I normally frequent. So I made a special effort to go and it was not at all busy. There were several checkers at the registers up front but they were talking among themselves with only a few customers. Even though I had several things on my list to look for and hopefully purchase, I looked in several different departments, things were strewn all over the floor such as in shoes, shelves and racks of clothing were all in disarray. I am a person that likes things neat and in order, and themessy appearance just left me feeling waisted so I left w/o anything! I may try earlier in the day next time, but if this continues I will shop store in Redding, which in resent past, was MUCH neater!

Im updating my review to move from 3 stars to 1 star. Ive never been into a Kohls where I couldnt find anything to purchase. Well, the Yuba City store is a first. This has got to be the worst Kohls I have ever been into. There isnt enough staff; inventory is horrible and Ill never go into this store again. I would rather drive the 30 minutes to Roseville and actually go into a Kohls stores that has a decent inventory and staff that can be of service.

I only put 5 stars in hope that you see this. Aug 3 2018 I purchased things on my credit card. Then I went and paid the same amount right after the purchase for the same amount of the purchase and they posted the payment to someone elses account(I didnt notice tell I got my bill and checked receipts). I got my bill and it shows the purchase but no payment. Customer service in the store says come back when main manager is there and customer service on the phone says to kills manager that if they tank the payment feom the account it was wrongly paid on it would be fraud so they cant do anything. So now I have to get an attorney over this bs. So beware of yuba city kohls and your credit card payments.
