Dr. Candi is a warm, friendly, and welcoming person. Before we talk about her professionalism and competency as a doctor, she is a very very nice person. We have been coming to see her for years and she has always made my family welcomed and well taken care of. When we moved to Las Vegas, we continue to drive the long distance to see her. Absolutely the best person to take care of your eyes.

Dr. Kimura was terrific - she was thorough, patient and welcoming. The office was clean and organized, and her office staff was friendly and didn’t impose an inordinate amount of paperwork prior to our appointment. Finally, I didn’t get any “upsale” or be hammered with the nickel and dime to purchase additional services or lenses. Great experience!

Dr. Candi is seriously the best! She is so personable and helpful and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Her office staff is always prepared and ready to assist with any questions or needs. They are the perfect combination of professionalism and comfort during your time with them. I actually enjoy going to the optometrist!

Love this doctor and office!! I have been going here for years. It is always a pleasant experience! Dr. Kimura takes her time with the exam and explains her next steps of the eye procedures. She is extremely kind and has a calming voice. I always have a blast picking out glasses with them!! They are very patient and fun while I try on lots of them. :) I always look forward to my appointments!

Dr Candi Kimura is an amazing optometrist. She is very patient, fun and professional. She truly is passionate about her profession and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Hence why Ive been seeing her over 15 years. She is worth the commute!

My wife & I have been coming to Knoll Family Optometry for several years. I was new to area & picked them because they were close. Sometimes you just get lucky. Dr. Kimura is efficient, professional, and always explains what she’s doing. No nonsense, no waiting and resulting glasses are always perfect. I highly recommend.

Had a very safe eye exam! Knoll follows all safety protocols for the Pandemic! Friendly helpful staff! Doctor Candi is totally professional! They worked well with my insurance! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Kimura! She is very friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and professional. She knows exactly what shes doing and explains everything thoroughly. She and Michelle from the front desk go the extra mile to help you see and feel your best. They genuinely care about you, listen to your needs, and make you feel welcomed and comfortable.The office is always clean and organized, and has the biggest selection of brand name frames with fair pricing. Whether you need a new pair of glasses or annual eye exam, I would definitely recommend coming here!

Excellent service. The lady that answers the phone is very nice and remembered my name and my father’s name every time we spoke on the phone. She was very good about returning our phone calls and sending reminder calls.When my father went to pick up his glasses last week, she recognized him right away and remembered that I (Charlene) was his daughter. And he just went in today to get an adjustment and she told him to tell me hello for her.

I have been coming here with my kids for a few years now…. Many years. My kids love it as do I. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed…. And the doctor is amazing. We could not think of a better place to care for our eyes. We truly appreciate Knoll Optometry and plan on being there as long as our eyes need.

I have been seeing Dr Kimura at Knoll Family Optometry for close to 10 years now. I live over an hour away from her office now, but she has remained my eye doctor even though I have found a dentist, family doctor and etc. closer to me. Shes a great eye doctor and the only person I trust with my vision/eyes and I recommend her whole heartedly.

This is my 2nd year back here and I love how patient Dr. Kimura always is when we’re doing the examination and testing as well as when helping me choose out my frames. During the vision testing I’m the type of person that has to go back and forth between screens to double check which one is better but I hate doing it since other optometrists always make it seem like such a bother, but not her! She’s super professional as well as personable, making it very comfortable to talk to her. The office is practicing all of the necessary safety matters during the pandemic and making sure everything is sanitized before and after use as well as social distancing. An amazing experience that’s gonna be keeping me coming back.

I really like Knoll Family Optometry. They provide great service. It is vey easy and convenient to make an appointment and if she’s avalilabe you can also walk in. There’s lots of great glasses to choose from. Dr. Kimura is very nice and takes the time to listen to any concerns and explain anything that I need to understand. I love the small office feel. I’ve been going to this office for a few years and I recommend it.
