The process exhibited a lack of organization from the outset. After Knight took possession of my car on Friday and assured a check by Monday, I discovered upon visiting on Monday that additional DMV paperwork was required. Subsequently, it took two weeks for them to issue the promised check. Consequently, I have now received two FasTrak Toll Evasion Violations. Despite my attempts to address this matter with both the Dodge dealership and Knight through various channels—phone, text, email, and in-person visits—I have encountered dismissive responses, with both entities suggesting I need not be concerned. The situation appears concerning and necessitates a resolution.
