I love this place, as have my dogs. They offer crate free boarding. All dogs are tested before they can board to ensure a relatively safe environment. My dogs have never come home hurt and have always come home happy and healthy. I can check on my 4 legged children by calls or the webcam which is a reassurance.

Our dog Louie recently stayed at Klub K9 for 12 days while we were on vacation. We were very worried how he would do since we have never left him for that long of a period, he is 14 years old, almost blind and deaf and has arthritis. They took excellent care of him and followed our feeding and medication instructions for him. After returning home, Louie appears to be in better condition than when we dropped him off-he is more alert and active, and has had a good, regular appetite (prior to his stay sometimes he would not eat) and even his poops are better (more regular and harder)! We are very satisfied with his care.

For new puppies under 6 months, this is the place to be every Saturday morning. They host a puppy play date with typically 15-18 puppies. We are currently bringing our second puppy there. There is a large space for all dogs to run and have fun. There is a strong focus on safety and healthy play for all dogs. The club owner and the head trainer watch closely and help dog owners deal with any dogs who are skittish or even a bit fearful. Our dog hung back in the corner during the first visit for perhaps 10 minutes, and then slowly came out to join the play, and has loved it ever since.

I have been going to Klub K9 for 12 years and 3 dogs. My dogs are always SO EXCITED when they realize theyre driving up to Klub K9. That says A LOT! I trust my fur babies instincts. We use Klub K9 for daycare and boarding regularly and are SO THANKFUL for Charles and his team. They truly love dogs. And, most importantly, they understand dogs and pack mentality.They have free puppy socialization on Saturdays for unvaccinated fur babies. A tired puppy is a good puppy!

Fix your establishment before trying to fix me or my dog. Came for an evaluation but just got judged as a dog owner. All the judgement, smirk, and gloat were NOTICEABLE.Some stuff that were said to me because I comforted my dog:“if I invited you to dinner and gave you a thousand dollar plate but told you to go eat in the corner, how would you feel?”I was asked if I had children. If I did, would I let them do whatever they want.Was told my dog is under socialized after meeting 1 dog.Was told that my dog treat me as a submissive because I tried to comfort him when a complete stranger took him away to an unfamiliar room in the back. I moved here from Minnesota here to 1 month ago, my dog is still adjusting. (Also if a stranger took him away, I’d rather have him bark than to quietly just go.)ALL WITHIN 25 mins. You bet I just left.I can take criticism, that’s not the problem. I know my dog is not perfect but I don’t need someone who I met for the first time to critique me. I did not ask for your OPINION. Fix your cameras, TV, and yourself before trying to fix me or my dog.

They are animal lovers and dog whisperers here. I was so impressed from the temperament evaluation to the drop off to the pickup when I boarded my senior dachshund for 8 days. She is a shy and nervous dog. But Charles made her calm and comfortable immediately. No dog care place has ever done that before. She was calm and happy when we arrived and happy and healthy when we got home. Not a single complaint. Everything is beautifully organized and the staff is first rate. Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend KlubK9 strongly enough! Thank you to everyone there for taking such sweet care of our ole girl. ❤️

I recently visited Klub K9 Sunnyvale for a temperament evaluation for my dog, and I have to say that I was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, with no regard for customer service. They didnt provide any introduction or information about their services, but rather jumped straight into a barrage of forms and questions.The staffs comments and questions were judgmental and irrelevant, such as asking if it was my first time having a dog, commenting on my dogs eating habits, and demanding to know which specific boarding facility I had used previously. The agreements they asked me to fill out were mostly waivers, which made me uncomfortable signing as I didn’t got an introduction about there services. When I asked for a tour and an introduction to their daily schedule, as well as a question about vet authorization, the staff became annoyed and dismissive, saying that their facility wasnt suitable for me and my dog because of my concerns.Overall, I would not recommend Klub K9 Sunnyvale to anyone looking for boarding services for their pet. The staffs arrogant and impatient behavior was completely unacceptable, and I would advise others to take their business elsewhere.

We’ve been taking our girl there for 3 years. The staff is stellar. They take excellent care of our 55 lb Airedale mix. Before we even pull in she is beside herself with excitement. We go at least 3-4 days a week and very very often 5 days. We’ve boarded her there for upwards of 10 days multiple times. In three years we have had ZERO issues. Great value. Caring and knowledgeable staff (they really understand dogs!). We wouldn’t trust anyone else with our girl. Klub K9 is the best one out there, by far. Cannot recommend them enough!

I worked here a few years ago...a worker didnt like a dogs behavior and turned towards the dog (who was at their heel) witch then the dog turned and ran they ran after the dog and threw a kick ... witch missed...but I could tell immediately from the lookin her eyes she was ACTUALLY angry with the dog. And the proceeded to tell me .thats how to reprimand a dog....I ended up telling the owner...(who is a creep toward women staff) he favored this person, didnt beleive me and ultimately lead to me getting fired.

Please save your time and effort and look for a different place if you want to board your dog.I dropped my dog off at 7:10 AM and got a call back from them at 7:30 AM stating that he was too anxious and trying to get out of the play area and hence they won’t let him there anymore.These ppl couldn’t even give my dog an hour to get accustomed to the new environment or even try to calm him down.When I returned to pickup my dog, I saw in the cameras that he was doing fine. Very uncooperative and indifferent staff.Avoid for sure.

Took my dog there just for the temperament evaluation and already loved the place. The owner and the other guy (with the beard) were very friendly and tried to interact with my dog the whole time being extremely nice. They seem to be people that genuinely like and care about dogs, and also experts. They understand that dogs are dogs and how their instincts work. I was amazed when they told me the reason for the drop off times. I always feel like dog hotels are usually trying to rip you off and not really caring about the dogs and the fact that they miss their families. Klub k9 gave me a completely different impression, with fair prices and a positive attitude. Im very happy I found them. Thanks for making the difference :)

Incredible staff here! Such a deep knowledge of dogs and how they think! I was so completely impressed with Charles advice. I started to try some simple things with our puppy Annie and she was much more obedient. I am so grateful that Annie can be in such great care here! Thank you again Charles. You are amazing!!!!! I couldn’t believe how well our puppy listened to you and loved you!!! So grateful for all the time you took to get to know our puppy and amazed at how you handled the other dogs there too!

I am very surprised that this place has good reviews.I would like to share my experiences.Our dog has been there a number of times as a day care. She never wants to go there, though she was OK with other places.This time we had to board her for a couple of days. She came back with a cut under her paw.I belive that they let dogs run and baraly supervise them.Even when we look on cameras there almost never a person in the view.Please make your own conclusions. I am sharing my experience and we will never go therr again.

WE LOVE KLUB K9!!!! We were recommended by a close friend to bring our pup Bentley there for daycare and he absolutely loves it. We are happy dog parents bringing him here because the owner and his team genuinely care about the health and safety of our dogs and treat them like their own. Theyre super knowledgeable and really take the time to be with your dogs and constantly check to make sure theyre okay(they also have handlers that constantly look over the dogs in each play area) ! It makes me feel so good and they definitely mean a lot to me and my little family!

If I could give Klub K9 Play Center 10 stars I would. Excellent customer service and excellent care for my dog are what make them my choice for my dogs care. Klub K9s staff are always polite and top notch. If youre looking for boarding or daycare this is the place!Review update 9-22-22: Klub K9 is still top notch for dog daycare and boarding. My dog loves it more than ever! Charles, Billy and the rest of the staff are always right on top of checking that vaccinations are up to date and just loving my dog. The best!

This was not the right fit for our family. I regretted leaving my dog there for the few hours he was as I did not understand their policy of allowing dogs to hump other dogs and waiting for the dogs to self correct. I felt the place was also understaffed. Please find out more if you are boarding your dog.

Went to this place a few times without a problem when my dog was a puppy.Took him to this place a year later. My dog was limping after I picked him up. Went to the vet and he got diagnosed with yeast infection.He was also fearful(likely intimated by other dogs or abused) when I took him back. He was hiding in his crate for 2 days and was not willing to eat/play.Check out other comments either on google/yelp and you will find a lot of similar cases. Do not recommend.

This is such a great place for dogs. My dog Charlie loves to go there. He is so excited every morning and cannot wait to go there and play. The folks are super nice and professional. The whole facility is very clean. I can only highly recommend this place - especially if you have an active dog that is bored at home while the owner is at work. They put a lot of emphasis on vaccinations and behavior so it is safe for all dogs.

Been bringing my lab puppy since he was 10wks old - he loves it! He is totally socialized & great around other dogs because of the good “upbringing” he’s had here. The staff are all friendly & happy to answer any questions you have. We have many people bringing dogs from our company (our office is right around the corner) and it’s a perfect spot with great hours. Yay for Klub K9!

I hear people whine about this place because they don’t believe in dog behavior correction…and just end up spoiling their dog & turn the dog Alpha… anyways, all around a great facility to socialize your pups! Great staff. They really care about dogs as individuals and take great care of them.The weekly free Puppy Socials are a great way to get your pup socialized with other dogs, and Mike and Jackie do a great job educating the parents on dog behavior at the same time.Totally recommend this place.

Our dog has been here for daycare and boarding hundreds of times since he was a small puppy. He loves it. The owner Mike and staff truly understand and love dogs. The rules are strict, which means I trust that everyones dogs are properly vaccinated and socialized, not just mine. On the rare occasion when Ive really needed an exception to the rules (unexpected overnight stay due to medical emergency, for example) Mike has always accommodated. When our baby was nearly due, Mike let us drop our dog off any time 24/7, and gave us some info and a free miniature class on introducing dog to baby. We learned dog training from the puppy kindergarten class here, and it has stuck through his life. Love this place!

Want your dog to be out of a cage and able to play while youre gone? This is a great place, keeping the dogs in large open areas all day and night. They separate only for feeding.Mike and the staff are good with dogs. Mike may be a bit on the strict side, e.g. drop off times and how he runs the place. But it keeps the dogs calm and a good stay is worth it IMHO.Prices arent bad for this level of human attention and dog freedom. Klub K9 is now my default choice. Oh, and I have a little 15 pound Dachshund - glad to see him get along so well with larger dogs.Web cams arent as nice the the previous place I used, though. Not as much coverage (dogs out of sight), and poor video quality (jerky, more like frequent postcards instead of video).

My corgi LOVES his camp days at K9! He pulls me into the building every time. I get to watch him during the day on the webcam, which is fun. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

If I could give this place zero stars, I certainly would. They are TERRIBLE. My dogs stayed there over Thanksgiving a few years ago. I got a message on my cell phone that Saturday that there was an issue with my dog. I tried calling back all the next day to no avail - no one would answer. Imagine getting a call that there is an issue with your dog and then not being able to reach anyone about it. Well, long story short but my dog had a huge gash all over his face (hes a Lab so hes a big dog anyway but the gash took over one side of his face). Apparently the accident happened on Wednesday and they didnt call me until Saturday. Are you freaking kidding?! Not only that when my husband picked up our dog they wouldnt show him where the accident happened due to insurance purposes. Yeah right. Mike the owner is terrible. I posted photos of my dog on Yelp. I would never ever leave any dog there again.

Brought our puppy there for their puppy social. He developed kennel cough from Klub K9. Since puppies dont have all their shots, we thought that Klub K9 would be a safe place where he wouldnt get sick....WRONG!! After this, I heard Klub K9 was shut down previously due to dog flu.
