Injured at work I felt very upset how my employers workers comp insurance handled things, even more so I felt the employer didn’t care about anything but me getting back to the floor (healthcare worker).So after not getting any better or at least seeing some improvement and constantly being reminded of my time line to return to work or take a LOA I decided to reach out to a workers comp lawyer.A coworker who had used KLK previously said they helped her fairly quickly so I decided to give it a shot. My injury was in Oct 2023 I was done with treatment by March 2024 and just before the deposition meeting a rep from KLK asked if I wanted to inquire about settling out. Seeing as how during the time frame I had chosen to leave that job for a better one I felt it was best to just see what they would offer. I will say I was pleased with the outcome.I was offered my settlement on April 3 and received my check yesterday April 22.Thank you to all that had a helping hand in my case and made things easy and quick with this incident. My unfortunate experience with this law firm has raised concerns regarding the trustworthiness of their lawyers. Throughout my case, I discovered that their lawyers were willing to collaborate with the opposing party solely for the purpose of reaching a quick settlement, without considering my best interests.In particular, the attorney assigned to my case displayed repeated dishonesty in various matters. He consistently provided false information, misleading me in order to push for a settlement. Initially, he assured me that the settlement funds would be paid in full, excluding the attorneys fees. However, when I confronted him about this statement, he denied ever making such a claim, despite my clear recollection of his initial assurance.Furthermore, he initially promised that I would receive my settlement within two weeks. However, he later informed me that additional filings needed to be made with the court and the EDD, resulting in significant delays. Even after two months of waiting, I have yet to receive my settlement, despite having resigned from my position.Considering this distressing experience, I strongly advise against entrusting your legal matters to [Law Firm Name]. It is imperative to secure the services of a reputable attorney with proven experience to avoid jeopardizing your financial resources.

This law firm was so there for me, After you’ve suffered an injury, and all the things that you have to go through, and I had to go through more than most, I lost two family members during this horrible trial I went through and they were so there for me. They were very compassionate. They were very helpful and encouraging for me. They always returned my phone calls. They always were there to return my emails always answer the phone to answer I really appreciated them. I tried to give them more other percentage of my lawsuit than what they were entitled to, but they would not accept it because they worked so hard for me. I just really appreciated them. Very good representation for my workers comp case. Wasn’t sure what to do when I came down with COVID in 2020 from being exposed at work . My lawyer, Anthony explained the process for workers comp. He was very good at keeping me updated and scheduling doctor appointments. I had a work injury back in Oct 2021, got treatment. Pain came back and I wasnt sure how to reopen my workers comp case. I reached out to KLK Law Group, 6 months after the injury, and received an immediate response from them. I think they called after a few minutes of me putting in a request for a consultation. Lawyer helped me reopen the case and I was able to receive treatment within a week. This also led me to get an MRI, showing that my injury was more severe than initially diagnosed. I got a notice about a deposition for this case, and immediately freaked out. I called KLK, and they were so reassuring about everything. Fast forward to deposition day, my Lawyer Linda calls and walks me through everything. I was nervous but confident, thanks to Linda. We got on the zoom call, and council wanted to talk about settlement. Linda spoke to him, went back and forth between me and council. Eventually, she tells me she was able to reach a cash settlement, double than what was being offered! Wow! Went into this without expecting any type of money, and only treatment. I was with a previous firm which was a well-known firm and I thought they were working for me. After a few months I was not getting any responses and when I did they finally told me that they had a settlement offer for me in which I should take. I didn’t feel that the offer was adequate and they continued to tell me that it was. I needed a second opinion so I called KLK and it was nice to hear an attorney’s voice rather than an assistant.
