The team and processes were great, and the team was friendly and very professional. We also liked how detailed their analysis was during the kick off call.But we found many issues due to which we decided to terminate. To start with, our account was managed by a junior person. We felt the approach followed was more cookie cutter and they were not really spending enough time to discuss strategy other than a weekly call. Their reporting had mistakes due to which we could not really derive much meaningful insights. Lastly, lot of promises during the presentation but we felt only a small portion of it really materialized.Overall good but a lot of room to improve.

Personally, I would not recommend. The sales gentleman was a very nice guy. However, I had an absolutely atrocious experience with the rest of the team and what was delivered (or more appropriately stated, what was *not* delivered).Unfortunately, my Klientboost account hemorrhaged money each month, the ads were designed poorly and sloppily in my opinion (indeed they could barely be considered designed; they were in essence just plain product photos, literally), and I truly felt like an obligatory, slightly-annoying afterthought in terms of the effort put forth and the experience allocated. Nothing produced by Klientboost ever came close to *even beginning* to perform - period, end, full stop - let alone remotely close to performing in the way Klientboost guarantees after 3-6 months of them ramping up, optimizing, and managing your account(s).It seems that based on their reviews, at least *some* folks have had good experiences with Klientboost, if the reviews are indeed legitimate. Im not suggesting the reviews arent legit, and if they are, its perplexing and deeply troubling to me how this agency can have so many egregious misses alongside the home runs. And Im not talking misses as in eh, we didnt knock this one out of the park; I mean misses as in were putting someone up to the plate who it seems has never even played baseball before.I sure didnt get any results, let alone any *meaningful* results, and I also got a very poor account management experience to boot. Perhaps this agency is capable of producing some good work, but clearly not on a consistent basis, and they just as clearly do not put the same amount of thought, care, planning, and proper management behind each engagement - and thats a huge problem.
