This is a great dialer and a cutting edge product. It’s everything that I could want in a multi line power dialer. I signed up for 3 lines and they threw in a 4th line for free. The ai technology is very advanced and I can call through a list of leads very quickly.

We tried out Kixie at the company I work for and the amount of issues the software had was astonishing. As a business we rely on a communication software to work and Kixie doesn’t. We lost a tremendous amount of revenue that not only hurt myself and my family but the company as a whole. It’s really frustrating that they presented themselves as something that could assist us with our growing business instead it took us steps back. The app is horrible, too many bugs to list. They really need to reevaluate what they’re doing and why they’re offering it to the public at this point.Sincerely Disappointed

THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I have ever encountered in my life. No live support, their services have NEVER worked, and we are stuck in a contract, paying hundreds of dollars each month for a year! They setup multiple phone numbers without our authorization for which are billed extra, and every time we try to contact them they email saying SCHEDULE A CALL. The call is scheduled with the WRONG TIME ZONE listed, so we miss it and are forced to reschedule!! It is so frustrating, SUCH A SCAM!!!!!

So my company decided to transfer to Kixie as our dialing service but unfortunately I am very upset and unsatisfied with the services as I felt I missed a lot of deals due to the lack of service and quality of their software. Also their mobile app was pretty much useless so no point there. I don’t normally leave bad reviews but when a dialing service claims to have certain capabilities and they Can’t even function as a dialer and don’t follow through it ultimately affects my bottom line.
Ive been using Kixie for a bit, and its really made my work easier. I love that when I call people, they see a local number, so theyre more likely to pick up. It works great with the other tools I use, and I dont have to worry about my calls looking like spam. Plus, if I ever have a problem, I can just chat with their help team right away. Big thumbs up to Kixie!
The company I work for used Kixie and our experience across many sales reps was very disappointing. I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I felt this was important for others considering Kixie. Every other day we had issues from minor to major, and these problems with their platform were never resolved. I would definitely not recommend Kixie, as it had too many glitches and problems.

Honestly, this was software that did not work. Everyday there was a different issue. Nice people, but absolutely not honest about the capabilities. I have the screen shots which I will share, that show the daily struggle with things like answering inbound calls, call coaching that worked only half the time, conference calling that never worked, or their app that blows. This is Beta, thats why they have you sign a 3 month contract, so they can capture revenue while in development. TRUST ME, THIS SOFTWARE IS BAD, LIKE REALLLLLLY BAD..
Not impressed by Kixie. People are nice but I honestly question if they understand there own platform sometimes. They were supposed to intergrate my Facebook into Kixie so I could contact leads and have them auto populate into my account. They never got that set up. I also am not a fan of business that make you contact them to cancel your subscription especially since they dont respond promptly. Also when you call there phone number it tells you to email them for help. Not the kinda service you expect.

Constant system bugs, constantly being wrongly billed, and horrible customer service... Let me start with everyone there I dealt with was nice. But the company lacks professionalism. Our company used them and when our phones went down they said that our account person was gone for the day and we would have to wait for him to get back the next day. And when you have a multi million dollar company with phones down think of the money you are loosing by not being able to answer your phones. This company has no sense of urgency when the sh&t hits the fan.
Seems like theyll be out of business within the year. I cancelled since the service was poor and way more expensive that what I signed up for. They assured me I wouldnt be charged my next bill and they still hit me with a $1600 charge. When I emailed about it, they didnt respond about the charge, just that I was successfully cancelled.

We have been using Kixie for over a year and it has been amazing! Very solid call quality and calls never drop. Updated Kixie portal with all the settings available to completely customize your user experience. SMS portal is great as well! Would highly recommend.
Very useful and on point service for what we need in the organization I work for. The set up is fairly easy and the interface is easy to use as well. There are some issues here and there but so far the customer service has always been great to explain the situation and help solve any issues.
The sales team is way to aggressive it sells the product on future updates, leading to problems for everyone involved. The one click to dial and connection boosting do work and they work really well, but everything else has been a mess. The support team does really try to help you, but like some things are just crazy to me. Lets talk about in flight actions if you happen to make any changes in the setting and you have calls in your that que that havent been processed yet they will stay locked in your que with your old settings! Yea you read that right if you have in flight actions in que when you make a change it only works for the calls added going forward. This wouldnt be a problem if you could clear the old calls, but they are just stuck. The support team cant clear them, I cant clear them and I have been waiting on an engineer to clear them from the inflight actions for a few days.This just came to me if your calls arent connecting for 17 seconds after a person picks up it isnt your connection it is the kixie program having problems. When we switched to a new company the problem never happened, we connected every call within half of a second of the person picking up. Which means again one of the people working at Kixie just lied to me saying it was because of my firewall preforming a deep packet scan(which has never been a problem for any other software of VoIP company we used) gotta love the people that work here.They also offer no refunds for anything, be sure they have what you need before you switch.

Auto text, auto, VM, and instant email at your fingertips. Being able to listen to whatever conversation you had is also a great feature as well for my line of work needing specific information!

The company refuses to lower user counts and has no way to change plans on their website pushing you to support who never responds to tickets. Fraud.
Ive used Kixie for about a year.Overall, its a pretty cutting edge system, however we did run into quite a few problems. We have an enterprise account, and pay them around $250/mo for a 2-user system.Two of the main reasons we purchased the system were the Power Dialer and Lead Caller. Neither of these features have been rolled out, meaning they do not work. This is false advertising. Their website still maintains these are valid options, but it is simply not true.The second big issue weve had with them is their support. They dont seem to answer the phone or call you back in a timely manner.
Fraud company they keep charging my card I am trying to cancel the service is bad phone system does not work properly, and we cannot get ANY phone service after sale. before the sale they are easy to reach, after no answer. Also they bill per year I should have known. BE WARNED

2024-05-02 01:35:40Ive been using Kixie Powerdailer for about three weeks now, and have booked more outbound meetings than in the last two months using a different platform. Kixies interactive UI and logic guarantees a reduction in time wasted by reps between calls. The integration into our native solutions (Hubspot, Apollo) are seamless. I can easily swap between leaving voicemails, texting prospects, handling inbound calls and voicemails, as well as easily pause when I need just a quick break! If youre looking to do more in less time, and focus on more revenue-generating activities, Kixie is the addition your team needs.

Good luck ever getting anyone in the phone, unless you want to spend money. I canceled in January and I am still getting charged in April. Plenty of other companies that do what they do. 2024-06-05 13:57:56Serves its purpose but the the UI/UX is very poor. Many many bugs when using on a day to day. Would not recommend for a sales team I would look at other options. Also customer service is horrible our rep will not respond to us and its been weeks. Again I would look for other options much betters apps out there than this one. We also canceled our account with Kixie and they still continued to charge us $3400 and when the refund was finally posted it was still $100 do not use this company. I would use their competitor Ring over if you are look for a local presence software for your sales org.

2023-12-22 14:45:52We contacted Kixie to use for our outbound phone system and we were very clear that we would only move forward if it was month to month and if the local phone dialer (connection boost) was included. The sales rep agreed to the terms.We started with only one user when we signed the contract. $35 per user. Later adding 3 more users without signing anything. 4 months later after realizing there was no connection boost from multiple mentions from customers seeing an out of state number we contacted them to see what was going on and they then said we needed to upgrade to use the connection boost witch brought us up to $125 per user. $450 total per month.We then tried to downgrade but they wouldnt let us saying we are in contract for a year and wouldnt even honor that the contract was for only one user. We are now stuck paying them $450 per month. Do not trust this company. They lie to you to get you in contract and have no wiggle room.

2024-02-01 17:46:35I have worked with a few third party plug in apps for calling through Hubspot and Kixie is the best so far. The power dialer and SMS messaging that syncs with my CRM is so helpful. The mobile app isnt as great at the desktop app but functions. I highly recommend.
