We’ve waited four months from job completion to write this review. Part was busyness but we also knew that there would be “touch up” things that would need to be done and we wanted to see how kitchen & bath CRATE would be with after completion service. Well, we had no reason to fear … their responsiveness and timeliness was just as it was during the project. Every, and we do mean every employee we dealt with was amazing. From Chris (our original salesman) to our designer, Lindsey to Aaron, our project manager … everyone was professional, thoughtful, patient and detailed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Even when our situation threw the crew an unexpected curve, they smiled and adjusted to our needs. Did everything go perfect every day - nope but nothing does. The key is how did everyone respond and we are here to say, the team at kitchen & bath CRATE always delivered top quality service. Our biggest shout out is to the amazing tile work that was done. So many have complimented on the quality of tile work. Would refer this company without hesitation. Thanks kitchen & bath CRATE!

After living in our home for 15 years we decided to remodel the Master Bathroom. We used KBCrate after seeing several neighbors remodels. Best decision, the entire process was professional with employees starting on time and working efficiently. Richard our project manager informed us each evening what to expect the next day.Our bathroom is beautiful, exactly what we wanted! Daniel and Richard and all the employees who worked on our bathroom were professional and efficient and we would use KBCrate again and highly recommend to others.

There are not enough words to describe the incredible experience we had with Kitchen and Bath Crate. My new kitchen is overwhelmingly beautiful! They took my vision and made it a reality. The craftsmanship is exceptional and the service was second to none. The project was completed while we were out of state. The project manager kept in close contact with us and made sure everything was completed to the standards we all expected.

We did a kitchen renovation and the project was completed three days early. Workers were punctual, considerate of our home and worked each day. I felt some of the workers should have been better skilled, but what saves this company is their commitment to ensure the customer is happy with the work. Bill, the project manager was available, communicated well and satisfactory addressed our concerns. I recommend them for a kitchen or bath renovation and would hire them again when we renovate our second bathroom.

The Kitchen & bath crate experience was exceptional from the first phone call, meeting with the customer relationship manager and design consultant. The project implementation and coordination by the fabrication manager Brian Porter who synchronized the entire operation with detailed and well communicated plan across all specialities. All along, the office staff provided helpful communications.

From the first interaction we had with Jake, we were very impressed with your company. Jake is very professional but with a warmth to his personality that made us feel very comfortable with selecting Kitchen & Bath Crate to be the company we went with for our kitchen remodel. We had to reschedule meetings a couple of times at the beginning of the process due to some personal issues, and he was always willing to work with the times that we were available,Your business model is very impressive. The fact that you were able to give us a strict timeline and schedule each process down to the day did not cease to amaze us. You were also able to be flexible with us during this process as we did make a couple of changes after the original design had been put in place and construction was already moving forward.We have to tell you, each member of your crew were respectful of our home and our time and they were all truly a pleasure to work with.We definitely would recommend Kitchen and Bath Crate for any level of kitchen remodel.We are planning a future bathroom remodel and will be looking forward to working with your company again.

My husband and I cannot thank the whole team at Kitchen & Bath Crate enough for the fabulous job they did on our home. From the first phone call inquiring about the process to the final adjustments on the punch list, all was incredible! We worked with so many instrumental people from Paula who answered the first call through Daniel who designed it (along with input from Lindsay and Brooke) and Carrie in finances to Richard, head of the actual work, and his crew.(Thanks to Jim for the final touches!)Our project was a big one. We had custom work done in the remodel of the kitchen. We changed a dining room into a library with a gorgeous wall of bookshelves and drawers. We added a ton of storage to the laundry room in addition to transforming both of our bathrooms. Kitchen & Bath Crate set realistic expectations and provided a workable timeline. They started and finished on time. Communication was exemplary. We received the texts and photos that we requested. We highly recommend this wonderful company and would not hesitate to use them again ourselves. Thank you!

After lots of research, we opted to go with KB Crate for our remodel, both Kitchen and Bath. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the entire process. From the initial call with Scott, In Home Consultations with Chris and Paula, Design Meeting with Casey and Chris, and our Project Manager Aaron, everything was handled in a professional manner. The entire team worked with us to make sure our Projects were what we had envisioned. There were little, if any, surprises during the entire process. The Field Crew was always on time, respectful, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The end product has drawn the awe of our friends and family. I would highly recommend KB for any home remodel projects. Our experience with KB Crate was awesome, they will be very hard to beat.

We have new counter tops. newly painted walls and ceiling, new sink & garbage disposal, new backsplash, remodeled pass-thru area, new paint in an exciting color on all our wood cabinets, new overhead and under cabinet lighting, all new switches, and we could not be happier.Kitchen & Bath CRATE did exactly what they told us they would do. Each person who worked in our home were expert in their specialty, they were courteous, quiet, on time, and each day cleaned up before leaving. The Project Manager communicated with us every day summarizing what was accomplished and what to expect the following day. He produced a written schedule before starting the the project and they kept to that schedule until the last day, when they finished a day early.Starting this process was easy. First a Customer Relationship Manager came to our home and listened to what we wanted to achieve, and then furnished us with a detailed proposal. He then invited us to a show room where we were assisted by him and a certified licensed interior designer who walked us around to view all available products and color combinations that worked together to achieve the exact kitchen we had in mind.The whole process was seamless and smooth. We love our kitchen!

We had our kitchen remodeled by Kitchen and Bath Crate. We were not too sure what we wanted, just wanted change. The staff helped us determine what we wanted. They gave us an estimate and stuck with it. Any additions they let us know the cost. They went beyond what was required of them and during the pandemic they ensured our safety at all time. I would advice family and friends to use their services. They finished according top the schedule they gave at the beginning and were very good at cleaning up at the end of the day and the end of the project.

Kitchen & Bath CRATE was by far the BEST company I have ever worked with. From the beginning they were all polite and extremely helpful. I had the pleasure of Scott helping me with my in-home quote. I honestly was nervous because I thought the quote was going to be absurdly high. I thought this because of how detail oriented they were. Scott took the time to hear my vision, tell me the background of the company, he helped me pick out all my materials and fixtures in home, measured everything to ensure accuracy, he provided me with all the financing options, and told me the breakdown of the entire process and what would happen each day. One thing I want to add is how much I appreciate Scott and his team’s kindness, anytime I would speak, they would stop what they were doing and give me their full attention. This is a small detail but it is HUGE, it made me feel like I was heard and valued. I also had the pleasure of working with Brian who managed my project. Brian is AMAZING! He reached out immediately, sent me updates throughout the entire project, which included photos messages before the job started to show my materials were in, giving details of the crew that would be on site for the day and what time they would arrive, he checked in each day of the project to ensure everything was being done correctly, and he continued to follow up a couple weeks after the project was finished to see if there were any finishing touches that they needed to complete. Anytime I needed to reach out or ask a question, I received a response promptly with clear communication. Additionally, the entire team was so respectful of my home, they covered and protected the floors, they lined walls and doors in the construction areas with plastic to prevent dust flying everywhere, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and they all respected my dogs and even gave them pets and love. I also loved the project completion date guarantee and the $500 per day return if they went over their intended end date. They did not go over the project timeline, but I have never heard of another company having this business model. This added another level of how far above and beyond this company is of its competitors and how much respect they have for their customer. After the project is over, they do not forget you, they keep in touch and continue to value you as a customer for life. The even sent us delicious cookies. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Kitchen & Bath CRATE, I am so glad I stumbled upon them online, I will recommend them to everyone and look forward to using them for future projects. A+++++ rating.
