The Kistler team exceeded all my expectations in their handling of my case. My first panicked call was to Carol asking what I should do after my car accident. I spoke with Kevin and he gave me a lot of information and suggested that I just file a small claim for up to $10,000 for property damage to my vehicle. He said it would not be worth it to get an attorney as I would be left with little money for my repairs. He also gave me a number to speak with other attorneys and see what they say about his opinion. Very useful, much appreciated.

I was in my first accident ever and googled local firms and kistler had good ratings. My car was totaled and I was injured, I ended up only getting 5k from the settlement. Im considering talking to BAR to see if everything was done correctly. They were also very unresponsive. I honestly will never come to them again. And will not recommend anybody here. Aside from that, they are nice but thats it.

I cant say enough good things. I only had to visit their office once to set things in motion, and then three more times to pick up three different checks. Everything else was handled with a few short emails or phone calls. In the end I was awarded far more money and sooner than I expected and with very little, actually no, stress on me. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. (In comparison, I can not say the same for the law firm I had for a different accident a few years ago )
