I can’t begin to tell you how much of a gem kingly is. Max is an absolute wizard, my pc came out looking better than when i built it. He works so quickly and professionally, and is such a genuine person that really cares about his customers and his work. I will be returning again, the best tech experience hands down.

There aren’t enough words to say how pleased I am with Max and Kingly computers I have a 10-year-old laptop with Windows 7. It quit working and I went three places who told me to toss it and tried to sell me a new computer. I would’ve lost all my programs, all my work and my website. Max was recommended to me, and from the minute I walked in the door he assured me there was no problem. He had my computer running like new within a week. His prices are so fair. There was no pressure to buy a new computer. I don’t care what your problem is Max can repair it He Guarantees all his work, and he is a phone call away if you have a problem. Five stars isn’t high enough rating for Max. He is at 10+

I recently went to Max with all my parts to build a new custom computer. Max is both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He looked over all my parts to make sure they were compatible before building and assembled my dream computer. The care and diligence he put into building my computer is much appreciated. I 100% recommend him if you are looking for someone to assemble your next PC. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need tech solutions in the future!

Thought my laptop was fully dead. Motherboard got fried after I lent my computer to a friend and they plugged in the wrong charger. Max fixed it up in a matter of days, and also went above and beyond, he thoroughly cleaned, put new thermal paste in, and replaced my missing screws. I highly reccomend Kingly Computer Service Center!

The single best computer repair shop Ive ever been to. Max knows his stuff and had no issue repairing my laptop in a timely manner. He was able to replace multiple parts I had brought in at the same time. He also detailed and cleaned my whole laptop, which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this place to anyone having computer problems.

Great service and a great outcome for what I was sure was a lost cause. Max took the time to show me what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Repaired my laptop and gave me advice on how to take care of post repair. Would highly recommend. Parking is the only inconvenience depending what time you go.

I will definitely be coming back to Max for any future computer service needs!I called multiple computer service businesses and I went with Max as he was more welcoming, had good pricing, and he was willing to complete the request within my desired time frame.I wanted Max to replace a liquid cooling AIO system on my pre-built Lenovo desktop. I know it can be complicated due to proprietary tools/configurations that Lenovo uses, but this was not a problem for Max. He was able to provide suggestions on which replacement product to buy and installed it perfectly!Previously my CPU was consistently hitting 90C under load. This would cause my CPU to throttle performance and as a result I could not play modern games on high settings (despite my 2080S running just fine). My CPU runs at 50C under load and I can finally play modern games on highest settings!!

Kingly Computer Service Center is my go to for computer inquiries, parts, cleanings, and full pc builds. Max is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and passionate when it comes to his work, not to mention he can crack some jokes too.Over the last 8 years, Max has completed 3 different pc builds for me. He helped me find parts, understood my budget, and then made the dream become a reality. I will never go anywhere else for computer services, and I tell all my friends about it regardless of what computer they use (mac, windows, whatever).If youve read the review all the way down to this point...you know what Im gonna say. Max is as good as it gets with computer tech and repair. Great buys and trade in value too. I’ve been going to him for nearly a decade. I tend to hold on to computers way too long and he manages to always get my work off and on to a newer model before it’s gone forever. Purchased a couple of editing bays from Max as well. Done a lot of business. He’s a whiz, the very best. Solved a lot of tech headaches. Go see him!

Max, the owner and only guy there is amazing. I have used his services for over 10 years. This week my computer hard drive died. Max was a magician and somehow he was able to retrieve my data and save my life. I honestly dont know what I would have done without Max. He also put a new hard drive in my laptop and made it good as new. He is honest, quick, reasonable and a really nice guy. If you ever have computer issues Max is your guy.

My external hard drive became corrupted and another repair center I visited said that data recovery would be impossible. When I visited Maxs shop, he was able to explain in detail the problem, potential solutions, and price estimates. He was very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of my many questions. Despite others saying that the data was unrecoverable, Max was able to safely recover hundreds of gigabytes worth of priceless family photos and memories, and transfer it to my new hard drive. Not only that, the servicing time was fast and the price matched with his original estimate in addition to being very fair compared to other competitors. My family and I couldnt be more thankful for Maxs amazing service!

Max is absolutely the best. He is truly a computer expert. I would recommend him for any computer or network problem you might encounter. Ive taken my computer and networking issues to him for 7 years and I am impressed every time. He has solved difficult problems with both Windows and Apple computers. I give a whole-hearted recommendation: He does excellent work, his pricing is fair, he explains the problem/solution set clearly, and he is both kind and modest. I stopped in here with a very alarming and frustrating problem on my new PC build. My dude at Kingly dove right in to see if the problem was simple... it wasnt. But the next day he had dignosed what turned out to be a very intricate automatic setting on my motherboard. Its something I wouldnt have ever been able to guess or figure out on my own. Im pledging all my future issues to Kingly and would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic and friendly service.

When it comes to custom gaming PC builds, Max is best there is. I ran all the parts and components that I wanted to use for my build by Max and he gave his honest opinion about it every step of the way. His skills in building PCs are incredible, especially his attention to detail. I needed a few small screws that I couldnt find anywhere and Max had the exact size I need at his shop, which saved me a lot of time trying to find them.

Max was easily the best computer technician I have ever worked with. I was having troubles with my custom built PC and was calling computer stores all over town. Before hearing about Kingly through a family member, I had tried reaching out to 4 computer stores prior. Each and every computer store either tried to over charge me (And I know because I work in the coding industry), or were incredibly rude after scheduling issues. Max was responsive, gave real prices, and works incredibly quick. I dont expect to use any other computer stores as long as I live in LA.

My custom DAW PC workstation was not starting. I was on the phone and emails for days with PC Audio Labs (builder) for help. Out of desperation I had to find a local repair. I took it to Max at Kingly who was able to determine that there was a crack in one of the RAM slots. He got it working so I can complete a recording project. Max saved the day! I highly recommend him if you need a honest repair technician. His service wasnt great it was exceptional.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Max was great. My computer needed to be upgraded and Max explained everything that he would be doing and why it needed to be done. Very informative. When I dropped off my computer I knew exactly how much I would be charged so there weren’t any surprises when I came to pick it up. I have already recommended this repair shop to some friends. Also very COVID safe. All interactions are done outside the front door, with masks worn and sanitizer on stand by.

Max did a brilliant job on my 6-year-old laptop, which had stopped working (due to overheating among other things). He cleaned everything, replaced the drive, and now it is superfast and better than new. It was quite a long job, and his price was very reasonable. Highly recommended! I have been going to Max for computer repairs and advice for a lot of years. Two days ago I took to him my wifes PC which has been soooooo slow for years, and I was sure wed need to get a new computer. Well, Max recommended - and installed a 1 Terabyte SSD (solid state drive) - to replace the old disk hard drive. Dropped hard drives that must have been broken due to manufacturer error (sorry Max, it was me all along), snapped iPhones that were ripped in half like Hagrid opening a Snickers wrapper, and data loss that rivals the destruction of the Great Library at Alexandria, nothing fazes him...and nothing can stand in his way. He has not let me down, not once, and he is fast....like Hermes fast. But best of all, he is affordable and fair. He goes above and beyond...he is literally going back to his shop as we...speak...as of right now, to get my old phone that is needed for a data transfer. I cant stress enough how great Max is, and is basically the best find I have ever found in my life.

I had a Dell laptop which would turn off by itself and need its DC jack replaced. Max was able to diagnose the issue and fix the issues. I was satisfied with the work.I dont appreciate the typical Chinese B.S. comment made by the previous reviewer. Its a cheap shot.If the person didnt like that Max took his computer to the back then he couldve said something instead of going online and making a racist comment while simultaneously overgeneralizing an entire ethnic group.

What a great resource!I brought a MacBook that had been damaged by water, and they went out of their way to try to repair individual components (capacitors and whatnot) before finally ordering a replacement screen. And then, when I mentioned that I had another MacBook with a broken hinge, they kept they held onto the old laptops screen assembly and used it to repair my hinge!In the end, SF Computer saved me $300-$400 over what it would have cost to go to a place that just figures out what parts are damaged and orders new ones (e.g. the Apple Store). And I didnt have to make an appointment!

What a great place. Best PC Repair Shop in all of LA without a doubt. Went in and he cleaned out my cpu fan and everything because it was over heating. He also cleaned the whole entire laptop front to back and gave it back to me looking brand new! Also adjusted the hinges so it sat more level both for no extra cost. Very friendly environment and the guy is very knowledgeable and knows what he is doing. Anything is wrong with your computer then take it here!!! Would give more then 5 stars if possible

I had an appointment confirmed and was told to call if I need to cancel. I had to pay for an Uber to get there on time and found the door locked. I called and they said they are going to be a half an hour late. I understand things come up, but if you’re going to hold me to the standard to call to cancel at least call me and tell me you’re running late! Very rude!
