People complain about everything, this business provides good service and good prices and are honest. If anyone wants to go somewhere they are being lied to and scammed for their money go ahead. But Ive been going to this place for years and there is only one technician who treats your device with care and I never had any issues after my devices are fixed like other places. Satisfied

Two stars for the honesty on day 1, but it went downhill from there.1. Went there on a Monday to have the charging port on my iPad fixed. The proprietor was honest in that there is always a chance that it cannot be fixed. I said my thanks and he said he’ll call the next day if it can be done or not.2. You can figure out what happened. You’ve seen this before. No call. For the whole week.3. By Friday, I called. The business’s number went to voicemail AND THE MAIL IS FULL!!! Yes, this is that type of business.4. Passed by on Monday and guy says he couldn’t fix it. Something I could have learned a week ago. I could have gone to my regular place.5. I told him this and he said he was busy. The store wasn’t busy. Even if he was busy, it just shows that he wouldn’t find time to live up his commitments.6. Here’s the final clincher: I was ready to get it back and guy asks me to come back in one hour so he can put the iPad back together. Holy!I have a regular place I go to for repairs. I wanted to give another business a shot. Do you think I’ll come back? Do you think I’ll recommend this place? The business does not care enough for its customers. The customers will not care as well.

I had a few devices fixed here and Ive loved how honest he is about the services he needs to do on the devices I brought him. The owner is very helpful everytime I go. I have recommended him to family members and friends.

This dude fixed the screen of my iPhone 7+ for $75. & I still had to take it back cos screen was frozen almost all day. I called somewhere else 2days later to fix my dads iphone 7+ for just $53. Btw they never pick up the phone after you drop off your gadget instead, You get a voicemail asking you to leave a text message they never respond tooooo😡😡😡

Came by today business was closedEven though it says in Googles maps 10am waited because sign said 10:30 until 11:15 few people came by to get phone repaired as well, all waited at least 10 mins before leaving I guess they dont need the business. Everytime I come by this place its closed vs what their times board says. Dont waist your time just go to another one who will take your business and actually be there during their posted business hours.
