I’d like to start off by saying Kim Macias is one of the best most humble, most reliable, most hard-working real estate agents I have ever worked with she not only was my Real Estate Agent, but also became a sister in Christ and a Friend for life anyone looking for a real estate agent I would definitely highly highly recommend her. What do you want in a real estate agent? You want a professional who pays close attention to details and will work very hard in your best interest. You want someone who knows what they are doing, is honest and reminds you that ultimately the decisions are yours. Kim is all these things! Kim is hands down the best and most dedicated agent in the entire bay area! This is coming from a mortgage lending professional boasting 20 yrs+ in the real estate industry. Kim did a wonderful job guiding my family through the home selling process. She was courteous, caring and kind as we were going through this major life change. As our agent, her attention to detail in each step of the way was impeccable which gave us a lot confidence and made the process less intimidating. She has excelent communication skills and let us know all important information and details right away. Kim worked very hard and was able to get our house sold within a week of it going active. I highly recommend her and will definitely work with her again in the future.

Kim is absolutely AMAZING!!! Over the years, I’ve worked with a number of realtors and Kim is at the top. My wife and I recently sold our home and Kim made the often difficult process a stress free one. She is very attentive to her clients needs and is very responsive. She is detail oriented and communicates better than anyone I’ve ever dealt with in the industry.She will work day and night, around the clock for her clients as she did for us. My sister died and I was tasked with selling her house. In a painful time I had to rely on the luck of the draw finding an agent. And did I ever get lucky.From the moment I met Kim I knew I was in good hands. The compassion I saw in her, the sympathy she expressed, and the time she took with me gave me comfort. The research she had done prior to our meeting gave me confidence that she knew her business, knew the market, and was good at her job.Probate sales require more steps and more documentation than a traditional sale. I live in Southern California and initially kept my fingers crossed that the process would happen without my direct oversight. Kim kept my attorney and me updated every step of the way, so I relaxed and let this hard-working woman do her job.Kim kept an eye on the property the whole time, watering the yards when the sprinkler timers failed, putting out the trash cans when needed, rescuing a couple of things I’d left behind.To say Kim went above and beyond isn’t nearly enough.
