I first reached out to Kim during my last month in the Army. Even though I was out of the state and would not be in the local area for a month, she did not hesitate to start helping. Not once did she comment lets wait until you get to California.During the 12+ months we worked together, Kims customer service was by far the best I had ever experienced. Emails, texts, and phone calls were promptly returned. If she did not have the answer, she would get the answer then let me know. I rarely had to follow up. She was updating me before I had a thought to ask for an update.She was never turned off by my million questions. This was my first home purchase, needless to say, I had LOTS of questions.What I respected the most was she never pressured me to buy a home. No matter how long it took, she was going to provide all the professional guidance, answers, and support.If I decide to sell this house and/or buy another home, Kim would be the first realtor I would reach out to. We really enjoyed working with Kim on the sale of our rental property. Kim is very professional and knows what needs to be done. Our rental property was left in bad shape. Kim took the time to walk through the property and provided an assessment of what she felt the property needed in order to be sold. She took the time to provided us pictures so we had a good understanding of what needed to be done. The house and yard needed to be cleared of junk left behind, and a number of the rooms needed painting. Kim connected us with a few contractors she felt could do the work. The contractors did an amazing job getting the property in shape to sell. The contractors fees were very reasonable given the work. Kim coordinated the work with the contractors and visited the property throughout the process to ensure the work was being completed. Kim was amazing to work with and we would strongly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home.

Very impressed with Kim! My wife and I wanted to sell an investment property. We had used Kim in the past when we originally purchased this property and were happy with her. She brings years of real estate experience. She is always relaxed, confident and very personable. She asked us how much we wanted to ask for it and said $280K. She said oh youll probably get $300K and she was right.Through the whole process Kim was just a text away and she responded back quickly. I have no idea where to start on this review. Kim saved us. Thats the most important thing.My brother and I recently had to sell our childhood home of 50+ years after our father died. We had initially listed the house with another realtor who was not helping us at all. We needed someone with real estate expertise, not just a real estate license. Someone who could read the market and tell us what the price of the house should be. The first person didnt do that, so I reached out to the realtor that sold my house in San Diego in 2019 and she found Kim for us. What a BLESSING that was!Kim was knowledgeable, efficient and, best of all, just fun to work with! As a nervous first time home buyer in a sellers market, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent to work with than Kimberlee! I’ve dealt with Realtors in the past. I personally know 5 who I love dearly. Kimberlee popped up on my FB on a real estate article which I’ve read and liked. I further researched her on her realtor site; read all the comments and went with my instincts. I’m never wrong on gut feelings and my gut was telling me have her sell your home. I now will see who my true friends are from the 5 realtors I personally know when they find out I never went to them. I’ve only met with Kimberlee a few times and she has constantly put me at ease because selling such a large home can be nerve racking. She’s very professional and responsive. A year ago my husband and I started searching for our very first home for our family of 5. We were coming from a small 2 bedroom house in the country and we needed more space. We both were first time home buyers and had no idea what we were doing. Kim was referred to me by a mutual friend. I told my friend I needed a bulldog, someone fierce who would find me the right home, fight for my family, but also someone who truly cared about people and not just the money. There were Lots and lots of showings, lots and lots of frustrating conversations, and nothing hopefully in sight. It was a very hard, competitive market to be in during this pandemic. No matter how frustrated or impatient I got Kim never gave up on me. She continued to show us homes, homes she knew I would hate and homes she thought I would love. None were checking the right boxes. I was all over the map from Linden, valley springs, Lodi, and lockeford. But Kim just kept showing up, kept giving us her honest opinion and advice. Kim makes you feel like you are her only client all the time. She answered my messages at all hours of the day just to put my mind at ease. Just when I thought there was no hope a house popped up on the market. I was very hesitant because it wasnt move in ready but Kim knew what we were looking for. The neighborhood was amazing, the bones of the house were in great shape, It just needs a little love. As of yesterday my husband and I are finally homeowners and we couldnt of picked a better realtor.
