I needed help with getting rid off termites. I had 3 different quotes and decided to go with Kilter Termite and Pest Control. Bill came to do the inspection, and he was great when it came to answering all my questions and concerns. The price was reasonable, and the service was quick. I needed the treatment done ASAP, Bill made sure to get me in the books immediately. On the day of my treatment, the individual who was completing the treatment, I believe his name is Warren, came and treated the house but unfortunately couldnt get to the basement. Another appointment needed to be scheduled but it was in the same week. They sent Rigo to complete the basement, and he did fantastic. Very friendly and accommodating. So far, Im please with the service.

The entire process was EXCELLENT! The Rep Bill Sanford came to my home -completed the inspection and took the time to educate me on the entire process. He was pleasant and really takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend this company. The cost was very reasonable as well. The termite treatment was also very pleasant. On Dec 2023 we found some termites inside our home. Since this was our first time we google searched and found Kilter with good reviews. We called and the free inspection was easy to setup, the inspector Joshua messaged us letting us know the arrival time. Upon arrival the inspector went around the house and provided recommendation and treatment options with a cost estimate. Decided to perform the treatment few days later. Luis came on for treatment, he took the time to explain with very details on the work that will be performed. All the treatment was done very professionally. Very happy with the service received.

I have been a Kilter Customer since at least 2000. They have always been courteous, timely and flexible scheduling my yearly checkup. Last week they repaired the eves and facia at various places around my house that had some old termite damage and wood rot. The workers were friendly, courteous, respectful and were very careful not to damage plants, grass or other parts of my houses with their various ladders and tools.

Kilter got the fumigation completed. An attic door entry was damaged and not reported or fixed. Communications for estimate revisions for subterranean termite treatment and less wood work to be done due to successful fumigation and reductions in needed wood replacement have been challenging and slow.

Was able to get an appointment quickly. Dave is very knowledgeable and professional and treats your home as if it was his. 5 years ago I had some work done and for the most part, that area is clean. This company does excellent work and will be having some additional areas treated within the next week.Had the treatment done. Warren was very professional and accommodating. He spent some quality time at my property and treated all the areas noted on the work order. Workmanship was great and he went the extra mile to ensure everything was done properly. In the last year, I have had to deal with both termites and more recently rats. After a very good experience with Kilter and the termites( including extensive repairs, I felt comfortable in tasking them to handle the unpleasantries of rats.Kilter also was responsive and effective in ridding the rats. Mosquitos now in control, less every treatment.We tried everything, plants, sprays in our home, and perimeter of home to deter the Mosquitos. We subscribed to the full service almost every 3 weeks for about 9 month contract. Best investment. Thank you Kilter!

Super Dave was the inspector that came out. He was on time and very courteous. He did a thorough job of inspecting my house from top to bottom and was very honest with me about what they could do for me. As it turned out I didnt have enough repair that needed to be done, to justify their minimum, so he gave me advice on how to rid my house of the family of mice that was living in my crawl space and told me he would send me an estimate for pest control. I would call them again if I have a pest problem.

Their termite inspector, Dave was great! He was on time, had a great personality and was very thorough. He educated me on the difference between termite damage and dry rot, a fungal decay. The next day I received a reasonable estimate via email and signed the agreement. About a week later, the termite technician, Gavin came out to do the treatment. He was a hard worker and finished the job in just over 1.5 hours. I was expecting it to take at least 4 hours. He also had a great attitude and was very respectful.

I had the fumigation service with them and they damaged my skylight. When I contacted for repair, they said it is part of the roof and the work does not guarantee no damage. So now I have to pay extra $700 to fix my skylight. They will not give you good after service. They washed their hand clean and leave you with the problem.

I had work done under my house to seal off an area for rodent control. The technician looked at my bait boxes as well at that time and said I need bait. He said he was going to contact the office and make sure somebody would come out right away and fill the bait stations. One month later, nobody had contacted me. I reached out to them and made an appointment. The day before the appointment they called me and said sorry we have to change the time because we had an ant emergency. It seems to be a common practice with Kilter to always change the times. Very difficult as a client to change my schedule with work etc. to accommodate Kilter‘s schedule. I understand that there are emergencies and that schedules need to be changed however, every single appointment that I have had with Kilter has had to be changed. The technician that came yesterday was very efficient and very nice. It’s the scheduling department. That is the problem.

We originally called one of the big guys at Terminix. They came over and after a quick check just automatically recommended fumigating. It would be tough for us to leave our house for 2-3 days with pets and a baby. When we called Kilter they did a more thorough inspection and recommended localized treatment which allowed us to stay in the house and it was 1/3 the cost of fumigation. They were very professional, courteous and very easy to work with.

Kilter is very thorough when they came out to do our annual termite inspection. They give a complete report on things that can be done to the house. We also have bait boxes around the property which they come in service every three months. If I have a problem or see something unusual, I call the office and a technician comes out the next day . They are also on time for the appointments and they give a courtesy call 30 minutes before they arrive which I appreciate. The technicians are friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

I was not home when Humberto arrived. He went ahead and did the mosquito spraying. He made sure my dog was locked inside and safe from the chemicals. Excellent customer service. Humberto is a very outstanding employee. He called to tell me he locked my dog inside and wanted to make sure I was going to be home in the next few hours. Josh was I time, very thorough, professional, clean, courteous. He vacuumed after drilling some areas.I hired Kilter Termite a few years ago. I had another company, TERMINEX do an inspection first. They ridiculously exaggerated the problem and gave me an extremely high price. Then I called KILTER TERMITE and Pest Control. I was very impressed. Dave came out and inspected thoroughly. He was amazing, ethical, diligent and gave me a very affordable price.JOSH HARTLEY came to service and inspect on August 29th. It was the hottest day we have had in many years. He made sure that I was going to get service that day but the office drop the ball by not communicating with me. I received a call from Kilter Termite and they said I was way overdue for an inspection. A very nice fellow came out and checked our house, attic and garage. He said we needed to have some areas taken care of real soon. He gave me a booklet of their product and an estimate, I agreed to it and two other fellows came by a few days later. Both of them were very nice, introduced themselves and went to work. We talked when they were done and they explained what and how they had done it and informed me of a free inspection within two years. I was pleased that they wouldnt be tenting my house and that I would not be exposed to the solution they used.

My wife and I have been using Kilter for 21 years. Sometimes I spot termite droppings and they come out and get rid of them and sometimes they are doing an inspection and they find and kill them. We have had termites in the house, outside the house, and the subterranean termites, every time Kilter has come out quickly to eliminate them. Most of the one treatment works but on occasion a second treatment is required. I feel I have made a good investment using Kilter to maintain the integrity of my home.

The techs were very friendly and seemed to know their chemicals well. The termite man came out first and treated for the termites and he told us that the chemical would take care of the ants as well and that he would notify the company of what he had done. Apparently, the communication did get down to the ant tech and he showed up later on in the day. He was very polite, but I was sad that he had to spend his time coming to our house.

I used to be concerned about all the viruses carried by mosquitoes, etc. As a result of their services, my property is free of everything! Do not do business with them.. They showed up at my property over an hour late. Did not call to give an update. The tent was not properly secured and was blown apart during fumigation. They refused to redo the work. They claimed the work was complete properly despite their tent was blown apart. When I refused to pay they put a lien on my property. This is a terrible. I was happy to get both services through same company even though I got lower price quotes from another companies. When I called and set up both appointments, I was told the inspector no longer work for the company, but I was reassured that nothing will change. So I gave them credit card information and set up both services. After termite control, I was then told by the new inspector that the price for wood repair is now over $6000, triple of what I was quoted. I was so shocked, I asked to speak to the manager, MIKE. Mike told me that the original estimate was a mistake. It was only partial repair. They are not going to be hold responsible for the mistake. Mike was rude and made it very clear that he doesn’t care what happened.This is bait and switch fraud, I will report this whole experience to the consumer protection agency. Do not trust this company…..written estimate means nothing to them.

We had quite a bit of termite and dry rot damage. Vince made a thorough inspection and showed us what needed to be replaced after the kilter treatment. He made us feel very comfortable because he recommended only replacing what needed replacing and repairing the wood that had little damage.Chris and Casey worked really hard and did excellent work. They made the replaced wood and the repaired wood blend seamlessly. We had a 10-in x 12-in 20-ft beam supporting the front porch roof on two posts p and set into the stucco wall. They replaced the beam and both posts resetting the beam into the stucco wall. You cannot tell that any repair work was done. They kept their workspace neat and cleaned up everything completely. We would heartily recommend them to anyone needing termite or dry rot repair work done.

Kilter is amazing!! We had seen a few ants here and there in the house and were planning to call, but for whatever silly reason, we waited. I came home one evening to find our living room COVERED in ants. I mean covered. My son left food on the floor and they descended on it. In a straight panic, I called Kilter. They came out the very next morning right when they said they would. Our tech was amazing. He was very thorough and walked the entire property to see what other issues we had. We live in an area with a ton of insects and various bugs, so there were a lot. The tech was very clear on the instructions and did an excellent job. We havent seen anything except butterflies outside since he sprayed. The follow up was also great. Someone came back out to make sure everything was handled and we were not having any more issues.Kilter was fast, friendly and most importantly- effective. My kids are enjoying playing outside again without the fear of spider bites. I am going to sign up for their quarterly service since the area around here is so prone to pests. Thank you Kilter!

I had my property serviced by Rodney D. and he was very kind and professional. I placed an inquiry online over the weekend and first thing Monday morning they called to get my house a free inspection. BEWARE OF LIARS!! I was looking for a pest control company several months back and I saw that Kilter had good reviews on Yelp so I had them come out to my house. I SPECIFICALLY asked Michael Labib (the person that came out) if they had a cancellation fee and he said NO. I mistakenly believed that he was telling the truth and signed up with him.We decided to cancel the service because Kilter was non-responsive on a couple of issues that we had. They told us that they would come out if we had issues between treatments. The first issue was ants in the house. We called to schedule an appointment and they said they could not come out for two weeks. Being that I did not want to deal with ants in my kitchen that long, I ended up buying ant bait and spray and had to treat it myself. The second issue we had was a mini invasion of some small bugs in our back yard. I called several times to get someone to come out and they did not even bother returning my calls.So, I call to cancel and I am told by Claudia there is a $100 cancellation fee. After I explained that I had specifically asked Michael before I signed up, Claudia asked me, “Don’t you read your contracts before you sign something?” She refused to waive the fee and refused to let me speak to the owner. This is unacceptable and so I went on Yelp to post my review and let everyone know about this company’s bad service. I also updated my review to reflect that I was still waiting to hear from the owner.Claudia called me back after my update, and was saying that they would waive the cancellation fee if I agreed to delete my negative review and post a positive review. I refused to post a positive review and she then agreed that if I would delete my negative review, they would go ahead and waive the cancellation fee. In good faith, I deleted my review.I asked for something in writing showing that they were going to waive the cancellation fee. She said that they would mail a hard copy to my house showing that they were waiving the fee. I called her twice because I received a letter in the mail stating that I owed them a cancellation fee. She told me not to worry that I will receive it in the mail by the weekend. Now it is Monday and I received a COLLECTIONS LETTER stating that the creditor (Kilter) has requested that they contact me. I literally contacted them a week ago to cancel this service!!!Do not trust anything they tell you verbally. They are liars!!

Its a good company to deal with if you have termite issues, I didnt wanted to tent my house because I have a dog and its a hassle to leave for 3 or 4 days, stay in a hotel, they came and inject the walls of my house, you will still see the termites for few weeks, this procedure works slower than tenting the house, they give you two year warranty, within two year if you see the termites in your home and they will send a technician to do the injecting procedure again, if you dont have apet, I would recommend to tent the house, I personally dont think that this injecting the walls works as good as tenting, but...thats my opinion.

Having used them for years for regular outdoor pest control, which has always been fine, I decided to ask them to inspect my house for termites and rodents (our neighbor had recently encountered a rodent problem). The man who called said he was the owner and reported evidence of both rodent and termite infestation. I immediately signed and paid for a rodent clearing contract, whereby they were to clear out the old carcases and roof insulation, set traps or poison, and then they would return two or three times to check that the rodents had gone. The second stage was going to be another expensive procedure to deal with the termites, and there was a final stage when the insulation would be restored. The men came quickly, I paid the first stage in full. They never returned for the promised checks - so, despite several calls to Kilter I still dont know if all the rats have gone - all attempts to get them to fulfil the contract have failed. Also, when the men arrived to clear out the insulation, I asked them about the termites. They said they saw almost no evidence of termites in the loft, certainly nothing to justify special treatment. In short, their own staff said that the inspector had deceived me. Never again.

After the repair work was completed, I asked if they had applied termite killer fluid to the end of the roof rafters before replacing the facia boards.The answer was that the applicators have to do that work. the repair do not do that.
