Kiersten and Patricia were amazing! They went above and beyond with my incredibly complicated house sale, from vacuuming before an open house to meeting repeatedly with the city regarding a coding dispute to finding buyer after buyer. I didn’t end up selling the house (no fault of theirs, the code dispute is still pending) but I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Super hard workers, willing to do anything to get the job done, and kind and compassionate.

The team of Ligeti-Karoubi did a fantastic job throughout the sale process. I had interviewed several realtors. Once I met Keirsten I knew immediately she was the one. She answered all my questions and concerns and then some. Intelligent, thoughtful, and very knowledgeable of the market with some 20 years active.Rather than push she led all along the way she managed each step always thinking ahead. Kiersten diligently kept me informed providing encouragement when things were moving fast and seemed chaotic, she was the calm one collected and always in control.Most importantly Kiersten and Patrica are truly nice people with a heightened sense of integrity and loyalty to their customer. I have used Patricia and Kierstens services to buy and sell three properties in Palo Alto. I highly recommend their services if you need an agent. As a team they are super organized and efficient and will carefully walk you through the sales process. Each of them are smart and really cares about their clients needs. Best is that they make a complex and sometimes stressful situation smooth. I will definitely work with Patricia and Kiersten again for my next real estate transaction.

Kiersten is one in a million. With so many realtors to choose from, she made it clear that we made the best choice possible. Her communication, fierce negotiation skills, and attention to detail make her the only realtor we would ever represent us in buying or selling property. (I dont think she ever sleeps), but she amazes us in her knowledge of the market and offers sound investment advice for properties on and off market.
