Jesus at Kia Paso Robles was hands down the BEST person to work with when looking to buy a car. We had a terrible experience at a different dealership when trying to buy our EV9 at that location. We drove an hour to see Jesus at Paso Robles Kia & let me tell you, best decision we could have made! Jesus listened to us, respected us, took his time, communicated with us every step of the way & did what he said he would do! We felt very welcome by all the staff at that location. We were even offered homemade fudge by one of the associates there! The manager/owner took the time to chat with us and made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this Kia location and Jesus when looking for your next car! Very kind man.

We had a great experience here. Sean Fuller was our sales guy and he did a great job. He and his manager Bouba worked hard to truly get us the best deal possible. They were able to take the exact car we were looking for and bring it down to the price we had in mind. We bought a brand new car for the same price as buying an older model used elsewhere. They felt very genuine in wanting to do what was best for us, while also trying to earn our business. Sean even drove 40 miles away to pick up a family member so they could drive our old car home while we enjoyed the new purchase!Jacob was our finance guy and he was very good. Gave us a screaming deal on the extended warranty. Great job Kia Paso team! 10 out of 10!

We have been taking our KIA to this dealership since we moved into the area. They have been, for the most part really good. This past visit was excellent. Reese, the service advisor was great. He greeted me, explained what the service included and kept me posted as I waited. In the past, we have had not so good customer service, but it seems they have improved. I’m so very thankful for Bouba one of the mangers at Kia in Paso Robles. I had been on the look out for a specific year, model and color for a Kia Sorento. After a year of looking for this car and having no luck I came across Kia in Paso Robles that had my dream car. I gave them a call and Bouba so happened to answer. I asked if that specific car was still in stock and he explained everything I needed to know. I can honestly say he definitely went above and beyond to make sure I had my dream car. It was one of those most easy and smooth transactions. After traveling to a few different Kia dealerships I’m so blessed to have come across this one! Hands down one of the best dealerships I’ve ever been to.

The process was very easy. We came in for our first multi-point vehicle inspection along with addressing April/2024 recall notice. Gwen was pleasant and helpful and communicated well the work that would be done. Service was finished in the estimated time.

My experience was entirely positive. In addition to completing recall work on my Kia Niro EV, they did a complete inspection and washed and cleaned the car. None of this cost me anything. The two Service Department members I dealt with were professional and personable. An added plus was that the waiting area was clean and inviting and that coffee and snacks were provided.

I brought my Ford for an oil change and tire rotation and fluid check at the KIA in Paso Robles. They were very thorough and told me things that need to be watched for at a later time such as brakes. They are very nice and got my vehicle done in a timely manner. I highly recommend KIA.

I bought a Kia Sorento in Irvine, CA. I was recently moved due to military reasons. With that being said, I bought an extended warranty through Kia, which covered me for oil changes. When I went to do my oil change, they made me pay 68 dollars out of pocket, which I then went to call warranty insurance. The insurance then claimed that they are under contract with Kia and they are obligated to take my warranty, which would allow me to have my oil changes covered through the warranty. I then proceeded to call KIA to inform them, and they had me on hold for about 45 minutes! Their excuse for me not being covered was, “We don’t have that type of oil, so you will need to pay the difference from now on.” I paid thousands of dollars for this warranty! Overall, I had a terrible experience here! I would definitely not recommend buying the warranty here! The only good worker they had was my boy Reese in service; he was very cooperative. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!! Which is very sad because I’ve had great experiences at every other Kia!

Sitting in the waiting area as my car gets its 7,500 mile service check, it occurs to me that it’s the perfect time to share how much I appreciate my 2023 Kia Niro. Its clean lines, ample leg room and storage make it great for me and my husband. The Niro’s best asset, however, IS THE INCREDIBLE GAS MILEAGE. It averages 48 MPG! Our other car is a Ford Lightning and the Kia is definitely our car for longer trips. I would recommend this car and this outstanding Paso Robles Kia team to anyone!

For your safety PLEASE DONT HAVE YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!Brought my new Kia in for its first routine oil change. Waited two hours with an appointment and when it was done, they told me my tire PSIs were all 19. I knew this wasnt right because Id just had tires checked at Americas Tire the week before and they were all 35, plus common sense would indicate that I wouldnt suddenly have four flats with no sign of nails etc. The woman at the desk tried telling me that it was because its cold out but they inflated them, and I would need to make another multi-hour appointment to figure out what was wrong with my Kias monitoring system. Thankfully I checked the tires myself when I left and I found theyd overinflated my tires all the way to 47. Immediately brought the car back and had them check with a new gauge. Sure enough, their tire gauge was faulty and there is nothing wrong with my car.For what its worth, Im 9 months pregnant and I cannot believe they put me and my baby in a risky situation.Manager Daniel didnt even comp my oil--wrote me a freebie for next time. Yikes.TLDR: They seriously overinflated my tires even though I only wanted an oil change, tried to tell me it was a problem with my car, and put me at risk.

I applied they looked at my car the other guy didnt want anything to do w my trade in . Then they wanted a ridiculous amount down and per month. He was very quick in replying to my questions regarding the 2022 Tesla Model Y Performance that I purchased.All the paperwork was done really quick I was in and out with my new car in 30 mins. My Kia had an oil lamp on. They were able to take me in the same day and diagnosed pretty quickly that switch was bad. They checked all the local auto stores for the part, but no one had one, so they had to order it from Kia. They gave me a loaner car while waiting for the part that arrived two days later.My service advisor, Matt, was super nice and kept me updated throughout the process. I warmly recommend this service! Went to look at a truck today. The salesman that was initially helping me was friendly and respectful but when he needed to call the manager after I pointed out an issue with one of the tires he got his manager involved. Manager said he wasn’t going to change it making it clear to me that the safety of his customers wasn’t his priority. While trying to work a deal he wouldn’t talk to me directly but would use the initial salesman as a messenger. He inspected the truck I was looking to trade in so I went out to check on him and he wouldn’t acknowledge me at all and without asking for my permission he hopped in my truck and took off for a test drive. He came back with a low ball offer for my trade in (through his messenger) and I said no thanks and walked out. One of his workers even came out after me hoping to fix any issues I might of had, clearly being aware that his manager was being rude and even said to me “ I don’t want you to leave here with a bad taste in your mouth”. Again the initial salesman helping me was very polite and respectful but his boss was very rude and unprofessional. I didn’t even get his name because he wouldn’t acknowledge me but he was an older gentleman. I would never buy a vehicle from this place.

Fantastic experience buying a new car. No pressure at all from James P. but must say that my friend bought a car from him a couple years ago and he didnt pressure that sale either. So I knew what I could expect. The rest of the sales team was very nice and helpful getting me up to speed on features of my new car. I would highly recommend this dealership. And my new car is absolutely gorgeous and a pleasure to drive. This is the 3rd Kia purchase from this dealership and all have been excellent cars. Each has lasted 10 plus years and my last Spectra had over 100,000 miles and was 15 years old. Was looking a little tired but still running like a champ.

They got this beautiful White Pearl 2015 Acura MDX AWD with technology package with 75k miles on a trade in with a clean Carfax no accidents, all maintenance done at regular intervals. My wifey wanted it and wed already bought a great truck from them a year ago, a 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel 4x4 longbed with only 32k miles on it, 1 owner clean Carfax no accidents also.So we went in and got it their finance guys found us the right bank with the right rates BOTH times.Great experiences BOTH times. Called into dealer for information on the car we were looking for. After having a horrible experience with Avis car sales this was a breath of fresh air. After our call we were met with excitement and a willingness to earn our business. We started with Justin then we met with Christopher and test drove the first car we headed back after a short drive. Christopher went above and beyond and insisted we drive further to get a feel for the car in different driving conditions. We test drove a second car but had already made up our minds. The paperwork was done and then we met George he was also great to deal with. They all took time to make the purchase easy for us. After finishing up Christopher took the time to explain the car technology and completed it by connecting our phones for hands free operation. It was a great experience from beginning to end! Go somewhere else they are only helpful when they are trying to make a commission. I made an appointment to get my passenger mirror fixed and an oil change. The oil change took over 3 hours which I thought included the mirror being replaced. The mirror needed to be ordered and painted though so I made another appointment. I went back for the 2nd appointment to get the passenger mirror fixed and left with the drivers side being the one that was replaced. Gino was the one I initially spoke with about replacing the mirror. When I approached the counter he was quick to turn and walk away I presume now because he was aware of his mistake and chose to ignore the issue letting Matt Miller handle my appointment. Instead of addressing their mistake, I was told that the side mirror on my Kia would’ve stopped working anyways and would’ve needed to be replaced eventually since they are known to do that so just make a 3rd appointment. He also said that they would order the correct part and make it up to me since it was a giant waste of time. However, this was two months ago and I’ve yet to hear back from anyone.

Last Monday I went in to KIA to get my Niro an oil change. While waiting I reached out to the sales department where Christopher introduced himself and agreed to help me find a trade in that was suitable for my life style and wallet. My experience with service for my Hyundai at Paso Kia has seriously declined since the pandemic. The best service manager Nick left there and a few service technicians as well. Yesterday was my last visit there, when they didnt tell me my car was done, after oil change and car wash. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes because the service manager was at lunch. The car was running when I got into it! The tires were overinflated, which I knew because it rode differently and gas mileage was very poor. Then when I looked at the tires and corrected the air pressure I noticed that the tires should have been rotated. Neveragain.

When my engine splash guard came partway off, Kia fixed it without charging me! Fast and friendly service. Next I needed new tires. I got great communication about which tires were right for me and my budget, and afterwards the car was riding great. I arrived at my appointment time for my oil change. An hour later, they still hadnt even taken my car back. I told them to cancel it and I will take it elsewhere. This was unacceptable to me. The counter agent, Matt, was immediately rude and started throwing things around, telling me They got backed up. You have to think of it like a Dr office. Well, no I dont. I explained to him that its my prerogative to take my business elsewhere if I feel Im not getting the service I expect, and I can change my mind. By the way, I left my Drs last week because they made me wait an hour and a half too. They called and promised it would never happen again. Then Matt had the nerve to a nicely say have a good day as he walked away. I just ignored him.A few days later I got an email from whom I believed to be the Service Manager, regarding my service. I explained all this in email, but somehow Matt intercepted email and again rudely replied.I contacted the general manager regarding this employee. He should not be in customer service. This is not the great service I had previously received over the last year and a half, before Matt appeared on the scene. When you call for an appointment, if you get Matt, ask for someone else.

Do yourself a favor and STEER CLEAR.First off my salesman Jack was nothing but polite and professional so this review does not reflect poorly on him. Sorry you are working under such poor management though.Jack came back with an appraisal for my trade in approved by the Sales Manager (Shawn I believe) and also some numbers for my new lease. The trade was just simply way too low and the lease was too high, but hey they start low and I start high. Thats negotiating right? Wrong. After I declined the offer the Sales Manager Shawn came in and without even introducing himself asks me what Im trying to get out of it because they are already offering too much. He said that he cant give me any more because my car needs mufflers and it affects the emissions. Either he knows nothing about what hes talking about or he was trying to scam me probably the latter. I explained that mufflers dont affect emissions, that I bought it from a dealer like that, and that it was not a concern to any of the 4 dealers I had already been to. Before I could finish he interupted to ask what I wanted for the car. I gave my number and then he simply held out his hands with the keys and said here with attitude, and dropped them into my hand. He said here and walked out. He was incredibly unprofessional and unwelcoming. His intimidation tactics didnt work on me and he didnt like that.The following day I made a deal with Alfano Chevrolet getting $2,000 more for my trade than Paso Kia, and incredible experience, and sold my car without mufflers no problem at all.If this couldnt get any worse when they had someone do the inspection on the my 16 Camaro SS they said they had to do a test drive. Odometer now reads 10 miles higher. So while someone is joy riding my 455 HP car Im inside getting treated like dirt.Oh wait theres more. I was about to leave and remembered I didnt catch the Sales Managers name so I approached an employee on the lot (I wont name them) and asked them for his name and told them he was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. Their response..... Oh yeah, hes just like that.I even called another KIA to ask if they could sell a car without mufflers and they said yes. What an absolute joke.KIA, giving dealerships everywhere a bad reputation.✌

Be careful they run your credit when your not there and you didn’t authorize it. Justin the new owner is soo unprofessional it’s a joke. Everytime we have dealt with him he seems to have a cocky attitude and doesn’t take care of issues. They ran our credit 5 different times and on days we weren’t there and after we left saying we wouldn’t be purchasing a vehicle. We started to get notifications that our credit kept getting ran. When we tried to get this taken care of and removed from our credit report Justin said they didn’t do anything wrong. Looks like this is going to be a long hard process on trying to get 4 inquiries removed from our credit.

Have gone to this Kia 3 times for an oil change on my 2021 black kia telluride and the three times they did a curtesy wash when we asked them not too they just smeared the dirt around that was on the car. I asked for my car not to be washed for that reason now it has scratches all over the paint and with it being black it is very noticeable.This is the last time I will be coming here. From the sales, to the finance, to the service technicians - this place is a JOKE!!! I am a single mom barely making it and needed a RELIABLE car. ALL three cars that I drove from their lot made very strange noises and ALL of the brakes seemed BAD. The day that I was there I was on my way to Fresno, I completely felt that my time was wasted on PURPOSE because they knew I did not want to be stranded with two small children in the piece of junk that I drove in with. I was re-assured numerous times by both the sales and finance reps that the vehicle I finally chose had been THOROUGHLY INSPECTED. I was the last person leaving the lot at 8pm and immediately heard CLUNKING as I turned onto Theater Dr. on my way to Hwy 46. Although the sales rep convinced me that the brakes only felt strange because I wasnt used to driving a van, I began to realize that the BRAKES WERE NOT FINE at all. The next day I spoke with the dealership and let them know what was going on and they said they would look at it but could ASSURE me that nothing was wrong. I am feeling totally screwed at this point. I bought the van on Friday, Returned from Fresno on Sunday, they picked up the van on Monday to have their service department inspect. The service manager called on Tuesday advising they would not charge me for the diagnosis (OH GEE THANK YOU) and they found that the struts were bad, the brake pads needed to be replaced, and the rotors were warped. He told me that this was not the case when they sold the car to me!!! ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME!!! SO in that two days I caused the rotors to warp!!! They claimed that this was not a safety issue when they sold the car to me so they were not obligated to fix it. The Sales Manager stated he would split the bill with me (WHAT A GUY, They seriously wanted me to pay for this B.S.) because the Car was sold AS IS so that means Im SCREWED!! When I called they told me the total was $186.00 plus tax but when I picked it up the total was $240. with no detailing being done or the Rust Spot being repaired. For those extras to now be done I would need to bring it back yet again. According to the notes on the receipt stating every little thing wrong with the van and they are implying that they were all created (including the RUST SPOT) during the three days that I had the vehicle. I gave them a mouthful when I went to pick up the P.O.S. they sold me. Then as I am driving away THERE IS NOW A BRAND NEW SOUND!!! SERIOUSLY!!! There was no way I was going to have them work on it any further, they already tapped out all of my funds. I cant even look at this stupid van anymore. I had a mechanic look at it and he told me it was the shocks. WOW, the gift that just keeps taking!!! I thought that if I bought a used vehicle at a dealership I would be better off because they wouldnt sell a lemon. Unfortunately I was wrong. DON’T BUY HERE!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY AND DONT LOOK BACK!!! I hope they get inspected for selling cars like this, it needs to end! No one should have to dump money into a vehicle they just bought from a dealership for $10,000 out the door!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

Been to Paso Kia a couple of times. Love my car that I purchased in Ventura and have owned 2 Kias prior to that, but Paso Kia has been very disappointing. My lastest trip was to buy a replacement part and they tried to charge me $20 more than I was quoted at another Kia dealership for a $65 piece. They adjusted the price when I questioned, but if I wouldnt have known I wouldnt have been so lucky. Do your homework before going in.

Tina in the parts division misled me regarding a roof rack. I ordered the rack online however she did not tell me there was a restocking fee if the rack did not fit our needs. When I return the rack I was charged a substantial restocking fee. I love my Kia however would never recommend San Luis Bay Kia parts to anybody

If I could give zeros stars I would. I went in for an oil change and was told it would take an hour. Two hours later and Im finally getting my car back, only to find a big oil hand print on my steering wheel, oil all over my steering wheel and engine compartment, as well as oily foot prints on my light tan floor boards. Seeing as I was already late to prior obligations I cleaned it myself and left. When I called 30 minutes later to speak to a manager about it I got nothing but a rude unhelpful attitude (which I had witnessed being given to another customer waiting at the same time as I complaining about the wait). Highly unsatisfied and will not be returning.

Okay so I have a 2016 Kio Rio I had a crack in my air condenser according to my mechanic, he suggested to take it to the Dealer and see if it would under warranty. So I did,I brought it in and the guy at the counter( his name was Nick, I think) helped me he was pleasant, nice, cordial etc. Had me sign for $75 charge if it was not found to be under warranty, it only took about 45 min. and he asked me to come out the garage area to actually see the problem and guess what??? Since it was deemed to be an outside influence( in this case a rock) possibly coming in and hitting the condenser and cracking it, it was NOT under warranty, of course, right? Just my luck😢 so not only will KIA not cover the cost for replacing, they want to charge me $ 900+ to fix it!!!👎. So to end this story, it just goes to show you things happen to your car that are unfortunate and Dealerships will charge you an arm and a leg so find a recommended mechanic to fix anything on your car and KIA needs to make stronger air condensers for their KIA Rios So rocks cant jump up and hurt them😉. If you do decide to use the dealership for repairs make sure the cap is on the water in the engine, that happened to my friends Sorrento, just sayin in the end I will have my mechanic fix the condenser for less and I will still love my RIO even though I disagree with their rock theory.

They blow rainbows up your ass, have you sign the paperwork just to call you in a couple days to have you return to fill out new paperwork because you never got the warranty that they had promised, they will charge you $1100 for a warranty that was promised from day one free of charge. I just got a call 2 months later saying they need the car back to get it smogged due to complications with the title, this outfit should be shut down!
