2024-05-07 15:12:28Gustavo was a great salesman. We couldn’t be more grateful with the service he provided. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We received a quote before going to the dealership. Once at the dealership, the quote was exactly as stated. We were leaving with our new vehicle within two hours. This was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

2024-04-01 16:22:13Great used car buying experience with Gustavo! He was straight forward from the beginning, we submitted our offer online and that is exactly what we paid. The car was ready when we arrived and we were out the door in less than 2 hours. He even put a bow on it so we could send a picture to our daughter as it was a college graduation gift.We had visited several other dealers closer to home and they all ended up being a waste of time with the current dealer mark ups and no upfront pricing. They all tried to sell us a newer car out of our price range.Gustavo listened to what we wanted and sold us the car we could afford. It was a very pleasant experience!

2024-06-06 20:06:41I droped my car last Saturday and picked up this morning. Overall service is good. But I got same error code again.. and, I m not sure visit again cus they dont have rent car . Anyway the Service department is great.

2024-06-14 22:54:29Set an appointment at 1 pm on a Thursday, a week in advance and was told to ask for Alberto.Arrived at my appointment on time and Alberto told me that the service would take 1-2 hours and told me to go sit in the waiting room.30 minutes later go by and Alberto comes into the waiting room telling me that they didnt have the parts and that they ordered the parts. why didnt they tell me that before i took the time to drop off my car? Why did they wait 30 minutes? They needed one week and 30 minutes to check if they had the parts for the service?The receptionist told me that they would call me back when they had the parts. Like the other reviews, i have called Kia Alhambra probably 5-10 times since then, and always get transferred to the service manager who doesnt pick up the phone ever.Save your time and do not come here!

2024-06-03 20:17:25While I have no complaints about the work done on my car, the service department representatives are definitely phoning it in. I have been to see them several times. Each service appointment, they act like Ive never taken my car to them before, havent made an appointment and/or havent spoken to them on the phone about why Im coming in (Ive done all three) -- they clearly have a habit of either making no notes on my account, or simply not looking up my account, either of which is just ridiculous.As a result they have several times suggested procedures that I already had done with them recently (e.g. new tires when my tires are only a few months old, or changing the filters when they already changed the filters six months ago!). They are also not very organized or responsive, and they are unable to give reliable estimates of how long service should take. This place is a real headache.

2023-08-03 19:01:56My wife was looking for a car. We went to many car dealerships and they all pulled a “fast one” except for KIA of Alhambra! We shopped via the website Car Gurus. There are many cars with their prices and specs listed. We saw cars priced at $17,000 and when we got to the dealership they said it was $25,000. There’s a lot of bait and switch. We were so angry about it. I told my wife let’s shop local. I had a great experience at Wondries Ford a while back. I told her let’s go see Wondries Kia. So we did. We had a fantastic experience! Steven Ortiz showed us a few cars. We liked Steven because he was honest. They didn’t do the bait and switch here. He showed us a car that we really liked and we got a great deal there, too! Fantastic service, and a great experience! Thank you Kia of Alhambra and Steven Ortiz!

My recent experience with their service department was a nightmare. Here’s a timeline of the ordeal:- **Day 1 (5/13)**: Dropped off my car at 10 am for a check engine light issue. Nathan assured me it would take 2-3 days. He promised an update by that afternoon or the next day. No call came.- **Day 2 (5/14)**: Called twice, both times getting transferred to the service center with no one answering.- **Day 3 (5/15)**: Called in the morning and was told Nathan would call me after starting his shift. He never called back. Tried calling twice more that day, still no response.- **Day 4 (5/16)**: Demanded the receptionist to find someone who could update me. Learned my car hadn’t even been looked at. Later that day, Nathan called to ask for $15 for gas to check for a leak and said it would take 2 more days, promising daily updates (which never happened).- **Day 6 (5/18)**: Picked up my car. The check engine light came back on after a short drive home. Called back and they told me to bring it back without any sympathy or care.- **Day 7 (5/19)**: Returned my car and dropped off the keys.- **Day 8 (5/20)**: Tried calling to ensure my car would get first priority. No one answered.Weeks passed, and they still hadnt fixed the issue. They falsely claimed the problem was a gas cap issue, but my check engine light kept coming back on. Nathan, my service tech, was careless and even suggested I could take my car back if it was taking too long.The customer service was atrocious. Days would pass without any contact, and reaching anyone on the phone was nearly impossible.In short, Kia of Alhambra offers poor service and even worse customer care. Save yourself the frustration and take your car elsewhere.

I recently purchased a brand new 2023 Kia Niro from this dealership, only to encounter a barrage of issues within the first 48 hours of ownership.The troubles began the morning after bringing the car home when I discovered I couldnt unlock the car door using either the provided keys or the Kia Access system. Despite my attempts to seek assistance from Kia Alhambra and Kia Access, I was met with deafening silence and no resolution. The complete lack of responsiveness from the dealerships staff during regular business hours was utterly frustrating and unacceptable.When I finally managed to get the vehicle to the dealership for repairs, I was further disappointed by the lack of communication and transparency throughout the repair process. The diagnosis dragged on longer than anticipated, leaving me stranded without transportation and causing significant inconvenience. While I appreciate the provision of a rental vehicle during this time, it does little to alleviate the overall poor experience.Moreover, its deeply disheartening to realize that the issues with the vehicle were evident even during the sales process. The salesperson struggled to unlock the car during my initial visit, indicating that the dealership was aware of the problems yet chose to sell the vehicle to me regardless.In conclusion, my experience with Kia Alhambra has been nothing short of disastrous. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership to proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly inspect their potential purchase beforehand. As for me, I will be taking my business elsewhere for any future automotive needs.
