Ordered food online and we got it it was over cooked chicken with a burnt taste and bitter tasting cold slaw and to top it off there was a caterpillar at the bottom of my bucket of chicken. I have tried to call to complain a bout 4 times today but no one will answer the phone and called the corporate phone no. and got Japan witch was no help at all, so buyer be where

My wife was craving for kfc yesterday so I went to kfc drive through around 9 just for the employee to tell me that were out of chicken. But they close at 10pm.The next day (today), since I work at the gas station next door, I went there on my break (8pm) to pre-order a bucket of chicken to pick up when I get off at 9pm. The lobby was already closed.Lobby door was already locked by 8pm and the employees were sitting in the lobby. So, pretty much, the employees were getting paid for 2hrs doing nothing.They really need to close this branch or get the management retrain on how to run a restaurant.Very disappointed

I have been waiting on a refund for overcooked nasty chicken 25.09 for 2 months. Everytime I call corporate office they tell me someone will get back with me. Management service starts from the top in this case its bad from top to bottom. What a way to represent your failing companys. Do Not Eat here.

Just got to kfc at 9:06 pm. They close at 10. When I went to the doors where locked and dining room area looked closed. Went to drive through and was told they didnt have any more chicken for the night. .....like seriosuly. Why even bother going.Left a video of me trying to open the doors.

Got the famous bowl tonight. Got home and saw they gave me absolutely no chicken in my bowl. I thought maybe I ordered the wrong food, but nope the girl there just didnt add chicken. She didnt even tell me when she gave me my food. Probably why she didnt give me my receipt either. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

This Canyon Country KFC is awful, it is disgusting, it’s dripping in grease, and the chicken we got was very old chicken, which looked like it was probably cooks 6 hours earlier. Even the skin on the chicken was missing, that’s how awful it is.Also, they Always screw up your order.We ordered from them last night and they got our whole order wrong. We received all totally wrong chicken, only 6 pieces of dark disgusting pieces, instead of what we paid for and ordered, Yes we verified our order with the cashier.We ordered an 8 piece Family meal with white meat chicken. We even paid extra. We wanted Breasts and wings.There was no white meat, and yes not only did we order all white meat breasts, we received only dark meat chicken that was so greasy, so old and disgusting, that it was inedible.I called and called and called the store, but no one answered.I am legally disabled so I was not able to drive back there.I took pictures of everything.How dare this KFCi in Canyon Country lie to us, they guaranteed and promised us out order was correct and freshly made just for us, but it was all lies.Shame on you KFCShame on you for taking advantage of handicap people.Shame on you for not having any pride I your food nor your service.Shame on you for having No Integity and no morals.

As someone who became a vegetarian at a time where Id lived enough to have had all the fast food, but long ago that I barely remember what it tastes like, Im always pining to have the experience of eating like regular people. The last few years have brought a renaissance of plant-based options to, not just fine dining establishments, but the formerly long-gone from my palate fast food places like Kentucky Fried Chicken. I was super excited when they announced a partnership with Beyond to offer Beyond Chicken nuggets. The very idea that I could eat a meal from KFC, after more years than Id care to admit, had me pumped.So my wife, child, and I ordered delivery...each of us getting a box of the new Beyond nuggets, plus a biscuit, a side of mashed potatoes, and a lemonade to boot.Kudos to KFC for offering this. All our nugget orders were seriously overcooked. The coating gave me a little bit of a nostalgic memory for what I remembered KFC to taste like, but the inside, Beyond part, was overcooked, super-dense, and not, Id imagine what it should have been.This is really disappointing. Its so easy to overcook plant-based meats...Did whoever made this batch just make a mistake and cook them as long as the regular chicken? Are the staff just not trained well enough on how to cook this new product? Im not sure, but in week 1 of its availability they did Beyond Chicken wrong, and if this is the way theyre offering it, it has the potential to be a flop. I really want this product to be successful so I hope they figure out how to properly cook them. The inside should be tender and juicy, not dry and dense. Im sure this isnt the standard that they developed with Beyond and it was just a preparation error...but 3 orders...all overcooked...not good.The mashed potatoes were as good as Id expect from a fast food joint...ie: not very but edible.I liked the biscuit. I eat a lot of biscuits. I make biscuits...this tasted like a good, buttery southern biscuit.Fingers (human, not chicken) crossed theyll get it together and perfect this offering so we plant-based folks can truly enjoy it.P.S. Why not offer a vegetarian gravy while youre at it?

Bad service and false advertising, we order the family pack and they gave us only very small portions of kosla, mash potatoes, and macaroni and there service was bad one girl gave attitude while we were ordering on the phone. Bad service.

I was very disappointed when I got home and saw the food I received. It went directly in the trash. I don’t see how someone could think it’s ok to serve food like this.

It was quick and the people were nice, I could be a little more cleaner, especially by the soda area but it wasnt horrible, ordered a famous bowl and they were really generous with the popcorn chicken, thank you 😌
